Description
Claims (16)
- 第1の色分布を主に第1の方向に放出するための、及び第2の色分布を主に第2の方向に放出するための照明デバイスであって、
前記照明デバイスの周囲に光を放出するための光出口窓であって、前記光出口窓が、前記第1の色分布の光の脱出のための第1の部分と、前記第2の色分布の光の脱出のための第2の部分とを有し、前記第2の部分が前記第1の部分とは異なる、前記光出口窓と、
第1の色の光を含む既定の色分布の光を放出するための光源と、
入射する光を一部反射又は後方散乱するための、及び入射する光を一部伝送するための光分配層であって、前記光分配層が、前記光源と前記光出口窓の前記第2の部分との間に配置され、前記光分配層が完全には透明でなく、前記光分配層が前記光出口窓近傍に前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分とを隔てるための縁端を有する、前記光分配層と、
前記第1の色の光を第2の色の光に変換するための発光材料であって、前記発光材料が、前記光分配層内に配置される、又は前記光分配層と前記光出口窓の前記第2の部分との間に配置される、又は前記光出口窓の前記第1の部分若しくは前記光出口窓の前記第2の部分に配置される、発光材料と、
を含む、照明デバイス。 - 前記光分配層が散乱プレートを含む、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記既定の色分布、前記第1の色及び前記第2の色の少なくとも1つが可視光スペクトル内の色の光を含む、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記発光材料が有機蛍光体である、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記有機蛍光体がペリレン誘導体を含む、請求項4に記載の照明デバイス。
- 第1の色を第3の色に変換するための別の発光材料を更に含み、前記別の発光材料が前記光源と前記光出口窓の前記第1の部分との間に配置される、又は前記光源と前記光分配層との間に配置される、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 入射する光を一部反射又は後方散乱するための、及び入射する光を一部伝送するための他の光分配層を更に含み、前記他の光分配層が前記光分配層と前記光出口窓の前記第2の部分との間に配置され、前記他の光分配層が完全には透明でなく、
前記光出口窓が、前記光出口窓の前記第2の部分の一部と重なっている第3の部分を有し、
前記他の光分配層が前記光出口窓近傍に前記第3の部分の境界を形成するための縁端を有する、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。 - 第1の色の光を第4の色の光に変換するための他の発光材料を更に含み、前記発光材料が、前記他の光分配層内、又は前記他の光分配層と前記光出口窓の前記第3の部分との間に配置される、請求項7に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光源が前記光分配層上に設けられ、前記光源が前記光分配層から離れる方向に光を放出する、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光源が前記光分配層上又は前記他の光分配層上に設けられ、前記光源が、それぞれ、前記光分配層から離れる又は前記他の光分配層から離れる方向に光を放出する、請求項7に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光分配層が、光が反射、散乱、伝送及び/又は放出される方向に影響するために平坦でない形状を有する、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光分配層及び前記他の光分配層の少なくとも1つが、光が反射、散乱、伝送及び/又は放出される方向に影響するために平坦でない形状を有する、請求項7に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記光分配層が、
色フィルタであって、前記色フィルタを通じて伝送される光の前記色分布を選択的に通すための色フィルタと、
制御信号に応じて光を散乱するための切替可能な散乱素子と、
二色性フィルタであって、前記二色性フィルタを通じて伝送される光の色を選択的に通すための、及び別の色の光を反射するための二色性フィルタと、
の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の照明デバイス。 - 請求項1に記載の前記照明デバイスを含むランプ。
- 後付け電球又は光伝送チューブを含み、前記光出口窓が前記後付け電球によって形成され、前記光源が前記後付け電球の基部に配置される、又は前記光出口窓が光伝送チューブの一部によって形成され、前記光源が前記光出口窓とは異なる前記光伝送チューブの部分に配置される、請求項14に記載のランプ。
- 請求項1に記載の照明デバイスを含む、又は請求項14に記載のランプを含む、照明器具。
