対象物を洗浄する洗浄装置で使う洗浄液を管理する液体管理システムであって、
アルコールと純水とを混合して洗浄液を作る混合手段と、
前記混合手段で前記洗浄液中のアルコール濃度を所定の濃度範囲内に調整する濃度調整手段と、
前記洗浄装置から排出された洗浄液を回収して前記混合手段へ戻すラインであって、前記混合手段と前記洗浄装置との間で洗浄液を循環させる循環ラインを構成するラインと、
前記混合手段へ戻すライン上に設けられ、前記洗浄装置から排出された洗浄液中のアルコールを濃縮する濃縮器と、を有し、
前記濃度調整手段は、
前記混合手段にアルコールを供給するアルコール供給手段と、
前記混合手段に純水を供給する純水供給手段と、
前記混合手段における洗浄液のアルコール濃度を測定する濃度測定手段と、
前記濃度測定手段の測定結果に基づいて前記アルコール供給手段と前記純水供給手段の双方または一方を制御することにより、前記混合手段へ戻すラインに沿った洗浄液の循環中に、前記混合手段における洗浄液のアルコール濃度を所定の濃度範囲内に維持する濃度調整処理を実行する第一の制御手段と、を有する、
