Claims (10)
- 航空機ターボプロップまたはターボジェットなどのタービンエンジンのロータホイールにして、歯(14)をその外周部に有するロータディスク(50)を備え、歯は、ブレード根元を軸方向に取り付け、半径方向に保持するためのスロット(18)を画定し、ブレードが、空気ストリームのための環状流路を画定するように端部と端部を合わせて円周方向に配置されるプラットフォームを含み、実質的に軸方向上流側に延びる環状リップ(48)が、環状通路から出て行く空気を制限するようにディスク(50)の上流側の面に取り付けられ、シール手段(48)が、環状リップ(48)とブレードのプラットフォームの上流端部との間に設けられる、ロータホイールであって、環状リップ(48)が、環状リップ(48)をディスク(50)に保持するための半径方向保持手段(70)の内側から軸方向下流側に、およびそれの内側に向かって半径方向に延びる環状リム(52)を備え、これらの保持手段(70)が、ディスク(50)の上流側の面から軸方向に突出するように形成され、シール手段(84)が、環状リップ(48)とブレードのプラットフォームの上流端部との内側に半径方向に配置され、半径方向保持手段(70)が、ディスク(50)の歯(14)の上流側および半径方向外側端部に形成されることを特徴とする、ロータホイール。
- リップ(48)の環状リム(52)が、半径方向保持手段(70)に半径方向外側に当たっており、かつその下流端部において半径方向環状壁(56)に接続される実質的に円筒状の壁(54)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のロータホイール。
- ラグ(72)が、実質的にディスク(50)の歯(14)の底部に、リップ(48)の半径方向環状リム(52)の半径方向内側端部に対向して、ディスク(50)の上流側の面から軸方向に突出して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のロータホイール。
- リップ(48)のリム(52)の半径方向環状壁(56)が、半径方向内方に突出し、かつ2つの連続するラグ(72)の間に円周方向に係合される少なくとも1つの回転防止フィンガ(58)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のロータホイール。
- 環状リップ(48)が、シール手段を収容するように下流側に開いている環状グルーブを含み、グルーブが、円筒状壁(54)によって内部に、かつ下流側に向かうにつれて増加する部分の円錐台形環状壁(68)によって外部に画定されることを特徴とする、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のロータホイール。
- シール手段が、円錐台形壁(68)とディスクの上流側の面から突出する半径方向保持手段(70)との間で半径方向に挿置されるO−リング(84)を備え、前記O−リング(84)が、ロータホイールの回転中に遠心力の作用の下で半径方向外側に移動し、かつ円錐台形壁(68)におよびプラットフォームの上流端部に押し当てるのに適していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のロータホイール。
- O−リング(84)が、実質的に三角形の断面から成り、リップ(48)の円錐台形壁(68)と接触するための円錐台形面(86)と、ブレードのプラットフォームの上流端部の半径方向の面に軸方向に押し当てるための実質的に半径方向の面(88)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のロータホイール。
- 環状リップ(48)が、ロータディスクに固締される上流チークプレート(46)によってロータディスク(50)に対して軸方向に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のロータホイール。
- ブレードが、セラミックマトリックス複合材料で製作されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のロータホイール。
- 特に低圧タービンにおいて、請求項の1から9いずれか一項に記載のロータホイールを少なくとも1つ含む航空機ターボプロップまたはターボジェットなどのタービンエンジン。
