Patent document 5 (Japanese Patent No. 3997036) discloses in
Patent Document 6 (Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-552) discloses in a claim that “a four-way switching valve configured such that a bowl-shaped valve element slides on a valve seat having a plurality of fluid ports. The rotor housed inside the non-magnetic shield tube projecting from the valve body, a motor coil mounted on the outside of the shield tube and driving the rotor, and rotating the rotor at a limited angle. An electric four-way valve comprising a gear mechanism that converts motion and a valve body holder that is coupled to the output shaft of the gear mechanism and supports the valve body in a freely movable manner. It is disclosed.
By the way, in the structure described in
Therefore, when the reduction ratio cannot be increased and a larger rotational torque is required, it is necessary to use a large motor, which may increase the size and cost of the refrigerant switching valve.
Moreover, the welding which joins the case body and valve seat plate which comprise an exterior at an edge part is a structure performed over time, and production efficiency deteriorates.
Furthermore, since the valve body is eccentric from the center of the case body and the valve seat plate and is close to the edge, the valve body may be affected by heat during welding.
In the configuration of the refrigerator described in
Furthermore, in the case of a configuration including two types of refrigerant switching valves, which are a four-way valve, an electromagnetic valve and a refrigerant backflow prevention valve, for example, a copper refrigerant pipe for connecting the two types of refrigerant switching valves to the refrigerant circuit is provided. The location where the refrigerant pipe and the refrigerant switching valve are connected by brazing is one in the inlet pipe of the solenoid valve, three in the outlet pipe, and the two ends of the refrigerant backflow prevention valve, for a total of six places. Many.
Therefore, the material cost of the refrigerant piping is increased, the assembly cost is increased, and the cost may be increased.
In the configuration described in
In the configuration described in

<Condensation prevention>
Here, if each

Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the opening periphery 1H2 of the
Thus, the refrigerant | coolant piping 17 has a function which heats the opening peripheral part 1H2 of the refrigerator main

(First Mode in FIG. 5) Condensation Prevention Mode In the first mode (condensation prevention mode) shown in FIG. 5, the
The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant compressed by the
Since the temperature of the refrigerant that has flowed into the dew condensation prevention pipe 17 (that is, the temperature of the refrigerant that has flowed out of the condenser 52) is higher than that of the outside air, the refrigerant that has flowed into the dew
Then, the refrigerant that radiates heat to the opening peripheral edge 1H2 and has a temperature lower than that at the time of flowing into the dew

(Second Mode in FIG. 6) Bypass Mode As shown in FIG. 6, in the second mode (bypass mode), the
The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant compressed by the
When operating in the first mode (condensation prevention mode) (see FIG. 5), a refrigerant having a temperature higher than that of the outside air flows through the dew

For example, the dew point is obtained from the humidity of the outside air detected by the outside
If there is a risk of condensation, the mode is switched to the first mode (condensation prevention mode), and if there is no risk of condensation, the mode is switched to the second mode (bypass mode). Can be prevented. Further, at other times, that is, when condensation is not likely to occur, heat leakage can be suppressed, which is effective in reducing power consumption.

(Third mode in FIG. 7) Stop mode In the third mode (stop mode) shown in FIG. 7, the
In the third mode, the communication port C is closed to block the circuit through which the refrigerant circulates. That is, since the communication port C of the
Here, when the

(Fourth Mode in FIG. 8) Refrigerant Recovery Mode In the fourth mode (refrigerant recovery mode) shown in FIG. 8, the
Since the inflow port A does not communicate with any of the communication ports B, C, and D, the refrigerant does not flow even when the
On the other hand, since the communication port B and the communication port C communicate with each other, the second

As shown in FIGS. 10 to 13, the

Therefore, in this embodiment (the present invention), an inflow port A (inflow pipe 68) is provided on one side with respect to the

From (Formula 3), the communication ports B, C, and D are arranged from the diameter d of the communication pipe 69, the gap gap necessary between the adjacent communication pipes 69, and the regular N-square N in which the communication pipe 69 is arranged. A possible radius R is determined.
As a specific example, if the minimum dimension for processing the gap is used, the radius R required at that time is the minimum arrangement radius, and the radius R becomes smaller as N is smaller. is there.

In the case of N = 4, the minimum arrangement radius R = (2.8 + 0.5) / [2 · sin (π / 4)] = 2.3 mm,
When N = 5, the minimum arrangement radius R = (2.8 + 0.5) / [2 · sin (π / 5)] = 2.8 mm,

Therefore, the first mode (condensation prevention mode) (see FIGS. 5 and 18 (4)) that passes through the

On the other hand, the communication pipe 69 generally uses a copper pipe as a refrigerant pipe, and the
Here, the thickness of the second
The

2. The refrigerant switching valve 60 (projected area) can be downsized.
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, in the
Thereby, size reduction of the refrigerant | coolant switching valve 60 (projected area) is possible.
3. Thermal deformation during welding of the

Therefore, in the

Here, a step portion is provided on the outer periphery of the first
Thereby, the
The upper step portion of the first
Contrary to the configuration of this embodiment, as a configuration for preventing thermal deformation of the

As shown in FIG. 11, the

Since the two-stage deceleration is performed from the

As shown in FIG. 10, in the
As a result, the

As shown in FIG. 10, in the
Therefore, the support rigidity and accuracy of the

As shown in FIG. 10, in the
As described above, it is desirable to reduce the contact area between the
15. Piping can be simplified.
Conventionally, a refrigerant switching valve is used to switch between a condensation prevention mode (first mode) (see FIG. 5) via the
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the
Further, in the case of a configuration including a conventional refrigerant switching valve and a refrigerant backflow prevention valve, there is no refrigerant backflow prevention valve for connecting a part of the refrigerant pipe to one end and the other end of the refrigerant backflow prevention valve. The length of the refrigerant pipe is longer than
On the other hand, in this embodiment, since the refrigerant backflow prevention valve is not provided, it is not necessary to increase the length of the refrigerant pipe, and the material of the refrigerant pipe is saved, which is effective for resource protection.
In the above description, the configuration provided with the conventional refrigerant switching valve and the refrigerant backflow prevention valve has been described in comparison with the embodiment (the present invention), but the configuration provided with the refrigerant backflow prevention valve. This embodiment is not limited to the comparison, and this embodiment can reduce the brazed portion and increase the length of the refrigerant pipe even when compared with a configuration including two sets of refrigerant switching valves, which are conventional solenoid valves. It is clear that the material for the refrigerant pipe is saved and the resource protection is effective.

Next, a preferable arrangement relationship among the communication ports B, C, and D, the valve body sliding
(N-square arrangement of communication ports B, C, D of valve seat plate 67)
As shown in FIG. 16, the communication ports B, C, and D are adjacent to each other in the order of the communication ports B, C, and D at three vertices including two adjacent sides among the vertices of the
Therefore, when this angle θp is referred to as one pitch, the communication port B, the communication port C, and the communication port D are arranged adjacent to each other at the corresponding vertices, and there is an interval of 1 pitch (= θp) between them. Thus, no communication port is arranged at the apex ap1 of the other regular square 91. That is, the range from the communication port B to the communication port D is 2 pitches (= 2θp).

The
<N-gonal arrangement of communication ports B, C, D>
For a four-way valve in which three communicating ports B, C, and D are arranged at the apex of the regular square 91 described above, if this is generally a regular N-gon (N: integer greater than or equal to 4), it is described as follows: it can.
With respect to the arrangement of the communication ports B, C, and D, in the regular N square 90 (see FIG. 15) where N is an integer of 4 or more, as shown in FIG. , D are arranged adjacent to each other in the order of communication ports B, C, D at three vertices including two adjacent sides among the vertices of a regular N-gon, and the respective communication ports are connected to each other. The angle θp formed by the center line connecting the mouth and the
Therefore, if this angle θp is referred to as one pitch, the communication port B, the communication port C, and the communication port D are arranged adjacent to each other at their corresponding vertices, and there is an interval of 1 pitch (= θp) between them. The communication port is not arranged at the apex of the other regular N-gon.
That is, the range from the communication port B to the communication port D is 2 pitches (= 2θp).

≪Operation during liquid sealing≫
Next, the case where what is called a liquid seal arises in a refrigerant path (refrigerant circuit) is demonstrated using FIG. Here, the liquid seal is a refrigerant circuit whose both ends are closed, that is, the closed circuit is filled with a liquid refrigerant, and then the temperature rises and the refrigerant thermally expands, so that the refrigerant expands inside the piping of the refrigerant circuit or inside the valve body. This is a phenomenon in which high pressure occurs.
As described above, for example, in the third state (see FIG. 18 (3)) of the
Incidentally, for example, in the third state (see FIG. 18 (3)) of the
Further, the third
FIG. 20 is an enlarged partial cross-sectional view illustrating a cross section of the second
When all of the inside of the closed circuit is filled with liquid refrigerant and then the temperature rises and the refrigerant thermally expands, the pressure P2 of the thermally expanded refrigerant is directed from the communication pipe 69 to the valve body 80 (from the lower side to the upper side in the drawing). Join.
Incidentally, as described with reference to FIGS. 10 to 13, the
Here, the pressure P2 of the refrigerant becomes larger than P1, and receives a force exceeding the total weight of the rotor 70 (
Thus, since the
The effect of preventing the pressure in the communication pipe 69 from rising abnormally is not limited to the liquid-sealed state in which the communication pipe 69 is filled with the liquid refrigerant. The same effect can be obtained when the pressure is increased due to thermal expansion due to temperature rise.
