Abstract
Description
なお、第1接触面52及び第2接触面62は長手軸Lに沿って向けられている状態に限られず、第1接触面52及び第2接触面62の法線が長手軸Lからずれた斜面として形成されていることが好適であることはもちろんである。
第1接触面52及び第2接触面62が閉位置に位置しているとき、第2処置部34の先端34aが第1処置部32の先端よりも長手軸Lに沿って先端側に位置する。このため、第1処置部32を閉位置にした状態で、処置対象の生体組織に対して、第2処置部34で切開や剥離などの処置を適宜に行うことができる。
第1接触面52及び第2接触面62が開位置に位置しているとき、第2処置部34の先端34aが第1処置部32の先端と同一の位置又は第1処置部32の先端よりも基端側の位置にある。例えば血管が露出したとしても、第1処置部32を開位置に切り替えたとき、第1処置部32の先端、特に、第1接触面52を第2処置部34の先端34aよりも先端側に配置することができる。このため、血管を第1接触面52に当接させることが容易である。そして、第1接触面52に血管を配置すると、第2処置部34の存在に影響を受け難い状態で、第1接触面52と第2接触面62との両方に血管を接触させ易い。したがって、第1処置部32が閉位置にあるときには第2処置部34の先端34aが第1処置部32の先端よりも長手軸Lに沿って先端側にあるとしても、第1処置部32が開位置に切り替えられたときには第1処置部32の一部が第2処置部34の先端34aよりも長手軸Lに沿って先端側にある。このため、この実施形態に係る処置具12を用いて、血管などの生体組織を第1処置部32で適宜に封止させるなどの処置を容易に行うことができる。
なお、処置具12は、第1ヒータ及び第2ヒータのうち、少なくとも一方を有していれば良い。
図4Aに示すように、第1処置部32の第1部材42及び第2部材44は、付勢体46により連結されている。第2部材44のうち付勢体46に連結されている部位は電気絶縁性を有することが好ましい。このため、第1部材42及び第2部材44間は、互いに電気的に絶縁されている。なお、付勢体46自体が電気絶縁性を有する素材で形成されていることも好ましい。付勢体46としては、例えば圧縮コイルバネなどの押しバネが用いられることが好適である。このため、付勢体46は、第1処置部32の第1部材42の第1接触面52と第2部材44の第2接触面62とを離隔させている。
図4Aに示すように、スライドレバー74を溝72の基端に配置する。このとき、第1部材42の係止部48は、シース22の先端22aよりも、長手軸Lに沿って基端側の位置に離間している。このとき、第2処置部34の先端34aが第1処置部32の先端よりも長手軸Lに沿って先端側に突出している。例えば第2処置部34を用いてモノポーラ処置を行うことで、生体組織を切開したり、層間を剥離させたりする。
Claims (6)
- 先端と基端とにより長手軸を規定するシースと、
生体組織に接触する第1接触面を有する第1部材と、前記第1接触面と対向し前記長手軸に沿って前記第1接触面よりも基端側で前記生体組織に接触する第2接触面を有する第2部材とを有し、前記第1接触面及び前記第2接触面の間に挟持した生体組織にエネルギを付加することで前記生体組織を凝固可能な第1処置部と、
前記第1部材及び前記第2部材の少なくとも一方を前記長手軸に沿って移動させ、前記第1接触面及び前記第2接触面が近接した閉位置と、前記第1接触面及び前記第2接触面が離間した開位置とに切り替える移動機構と、
前記第1処置部に並設され、前記第1接触面及び前記第2接触面が前記閉位置に位置しているとき、その先端が前記第1処置部の先端よりも前記長手軸に沿って先端側に位置し、前記第1接触面及び前記第2接触面が前記開位置に位置しているとき、その先端が前記第1処置部の先端と同一の位置又は前記第1処置部の先端よりも基端側の位置にある、前記シースに対して固定されている第2処置部と
を有する処置具。 - 前記第2処置部は前記生体組織にエネルギを付加することで前記生体組織を切開又は剥離させることが可能である、請求項1に記載の処置具。
- 前記移動機構は、
前記第2部材に連結され、前記シースの前記長手軸に沿って移動可能なスライダと、
一端が前記第1部材に連結され、他端が前記スライダ又は前記第2部材に連結された付勢体と
を有する、請求項1に記載の処置具。 - 前記付勢体は、前記第1部材及び前記第2部材を一体的に移動させることが可能である、請求項3に記載の処置具。
- 前記第1部材は、前記スライダが前記長手軸に沿って基端側から先端側に向かって移動すると、前記シースに対して位置が規定される係止部を有し、
前記スライダは、前記第1部材が前記シースに対して前記係止部で係止された状態で、前記付勢体の付勢力に抗して前記長手軸に沿って基端側から先端側に向かって移動するにつれて前記第2部材の前記第2接触面を前記第1部材の前記第1接触面に近接させることが可能である、請求項4に記載の処置具。 - 前記第1処置部の前記第1部材は、前記第2処置部が配設されるチャンネルを有する、請求項1に記載の処置具。
