Description
Q=w×Ls/Rs
Fe、Si及びAlを含む合金粉末フレークまたはFe、Si及びCrを含む合金粉末フレーク83〜87wt%とPV系樹脂13〜17wt%を混合した複合体を射出し、カレンダリング(calendaring)して図12の形状を有する軟磁性基板を製作した。
Ni−Zn系フェライトまたはMn−Zn系フェライト99wt%及びPVA系樹脂1wt%を混合した後、1100℃〜1300℃で焼結して平面の軟磁性基板を製作した。
Claims (5)
- 無線充電システムの無線電力送信装置において、
送信コイル、そして
片面に前記送信コイルを収容する軟磁性基板を含み、
前記送信コイルを収容する面には、前記送信コイルの形状に対応する溝が形成され、
前記送信コイルは、第1送信コイル、前記第1送信コイルと並列に配置される第2送信コイル、そして前記第1送信コイル及び前記第2送信コイル上に配置される第3送信コイルを含み、
前記溝は、前記第1送信コイルの外部周囲の少なくとも一部、前記第2送信コイルの外部周囲の少なくとも一部、そして前記第3送信コイルの外部周囲の少なくとも一部を覆う壁面を含み、
前記溝は、前記第1送信コイルの内部周囲及び前記第3送信コイルの外部周囲に覆われる第1突出面、前記第2送信コイルの内部周囲及び前記第3送信コイルの外部周囲に覆われる第2突出面、そして前記第1送信コイルの外部周囲、前記第2送信コイルの外部周囲及び前記第3送信コイルの内部周囲に覆われる第3突出面をさらに含むことを特徴とする無線電力送信装置。 - 前記壁面には、前記第1送信コイル、前記第2送信コイル及び前記第3送信コイルの末端を誘導するための誘導溝がさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線電力送信装置。
- 前記第1送信コイルと前記第2送信コイルの末端を誘導するための前記誘導溝は、前記第3送信コイルの末端を誘導するための前記誘導溝が形成される前記壁面と直交する前記壁面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の無線電力送信装置。
- 前記軟磁性基板は、金属粉末及び高分子樹脂を含む複合体(composite)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線電力送信装置。
- 前記複合体は、Fe、Si及びAlの合金粉末フレーク及びFe、Si及びCrの合金粉末フレークのうちの少なくとも1つとPV(polyvinyl)系樹脂、PE(polyethylene)系樹脂及びPP(polypropylene)系樹脂のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の無線電力送信装置。
