Claims (12)
- 睡眠時無呼吸の検出方法であって:
少なくとも1の呼吸信号を検出するステップと;
検出アルゴリズムを利用して、前記少なくとも1の呼吸信号から少なくとも1の睡眠時無呼吸事象を自動的に判定するステップと、を具え、
前記検出アルゴリズムの利用がさらに:
前記少なくとも1の呼吸信号から複数の特徴を抽出するステップと;
前記複数の特徴を用いて少なくとも1の候補の睡眠時無呼吸事象を判定するステップと;
前記判定した少なくとも1の候補の睡眠時無呼吸事象を用いて、少なくとも1の睡眠時無呼吸事象を確認するステップと、を具え、
前記判定するステップがさらに:
前記少なくとも1の呼吸信号のローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅の瞬時振幅が、振幅閾値とローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅の傾向平均とを乗じて得た値よりも小さいかどうかを判定するステップと;
前記ローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅の傾向平均が、変数とローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅の統計的分散とを乗じて得た値よりも小さいかどうかを判定するステップと、を具え、
前記ローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅の瞬時振幅が、前記振幅閾値と前記傾向平均とを乗じて得た値よりも小さいとともに、前記傾向平均が、前記変数と前記統計的分散とを乗じて得た値よりも小さい場合にカウンター値が増加され、さらに前記カウンター値が閾値よりも大きい場合に、前記少なくとも1の候補の睡眠時無呼吸事象を判定することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記少なくとも1の呼吸信号が、鼻気流呼吸(NAR)信号、呼吸誘導プレチスモグラフィ(RIP)の努力信号、および心電図(ECG)から導出した呼吸信号のうちのいずれかであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法が、さらに:
検出した前記少なくとも1の呼吸信号を、複数の楕円ローパスフィルタを用いて前処理するステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法が、さらに:
前記少なくとも1の判定された候補の睡眠時無呼吸事象から、少なくとも1の偽陽性を削減するステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記複数の特徴が、ローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅、ローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅の傾向平均、およびローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅の統計的分散のうちのいずれかを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法において、前記ローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅の統計的分散が、所定の時間にわたる90番目から10番目のパーセンタイル値の間の差であることを特徴とする方法。
- 睡眠時無呼吸検出用の無線センサ装置であって、当該無線センサ装置が:
少なくとも1の呼吸信号を検出するセンサと;
前記センサに接続されたプロセッサと;
前記プロセッサに接続されたメモリ装置と;を具え、当該メモリ装置が、前記プロセッサにより実行されたときに、前記プロセッサに検出アルゴリズムを利用して、前記少なくとも1の呼吸信号から少なくとも1の睡眠時無呼吸事象を自動的に判定させる検出アルゴリズムおよびアプリケーションを具え、
前記検出アルゴリズムの利用がさらに、
前記少なくとも1の呼吸信号から複数の特徴を抽出するステップと;
前記複数の特徴を用いて少なくとも1の候補の睡眠時無呼吸事象を判定するステップと;
判定した前記少なくとも1の候補の睡眠時無呼吸事象を用いて、少なくとも1の睡眠時無呼吸事象を確認するステップとを具え、
前記判定がさらに:
前記少なくとも1の呼吸信号のローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅の瞬時振幅が、振幅閾値とローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅の傾向平均とを乗じて得た値よりも小さいかどうかを判定し;
前記ローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅の傾向平均が、変数と、前記ローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅の統計的分散とを乗じて得た値よりも小さいかどうかを判定することを含み、
前記プロセッサにより実行されたときに、前記アプリケーションが、さらに、前記プロセッサに、
前記ローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅の瞬時振幅が、前記振幅閾値と前記傾向平均とを乗じて得た値よりも小さく、前記傾向平均が、前記変数と前記統計的分散とを乗じて得た値よりも小さい場合にカウンター値を増加させ、前記カウンター値が閾値よりも大きい場合に、前記少なくとも1の候補の睡眠時無呼吸事象が判定されることを特徴とする無線センサ装置。 - 請求項7に記載の無線センサ装置において、前記少なくとも1の呼吸信号が、鼻気流呼吸(NAR)信号、呼吸誘導プレチスモグラフィ(RIP)の努力信号、および心電図(ECG)から導出した呼吸信号のうちのいずれかであることを特徴とする無線センサ装置。
- 請求項7に記載の無線センサ装置において、前記プロセッサにより実行されたときに、前記アプリケーションが、さらに、前記プロセッサに、
複数の楕円ローパスフィルタを用いて、検出された前記少なくとも1の呼吸信号の前処理を行わせることを特徴とする無線センサ装置。 - 請求項7に記載の無線センサ装置において、前記プロセッサにより実行されたときに、前記アプリケーションが、さらに、前記プロセッサに、
少なくとも1の判定された候補の睡眠時無呼吸事象から、少なくとも1の偽陽性を削減させることを特徴とする無線センサ装置。 - 請求項7に記載の無線センサ装置において、前記複数の特徴が、ローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅、ローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅の傾向平均、およびローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅の統計的分散のうちのいずれかを含むことを特徴とする無線センサ装置。
- 請求項11に記載の無線センサ装置において、前記ローパスフィルタされた包絡線幅の統計的分散が、所定の時間にわたる90番目から10番目のパーセンタイル値の間の差であることを特徴とする無線センサ装置。
