Claims (9)
- 0.1mGal未満の加速度を伴う振幅と、1Hz以下の周波数と、1周期が1秒以上の振動とによって特定される地震予兆波以外の地盤振動を除振する除振手段と、前記地震予兆波により共振する電子顕微鏡と、前記共振した電子顕微鏡の像を監視する監視手段と、からなる地震予知装置によって、地震発生前に生じる前記地震予兆波を検出することにより、地震を予知する地震予知方法。
- 前記加速度は、0.05mGal以下である請求項1記載の方法。
- 0.1mGal未満の加速度を伴う振幅と、1Hz以下の周波数と、1周期が1秒以上の振動とによって特定される地震予兆波以外の地盤振動を除振する除振手段と、前記地震予兆波により共振する電子顕微鏡と、前記共振した電子顕微鏡の像を監視する監視手段と、からなる地震予知装置。
- 前記電子顕微鏡が、透過型電子顕微鏡、又は走査型電子顕微鏡である請求項3記載の地震予知装置。
- 前記除振手段が、除振台である請求項3又は4に記載の地震予知装置。
- 前記電子顕微鏡の分解能が、10nm以下である請求項3又は4に記載の地震予知装置。
- 前記監視手段が、CCD(Charge Coupled Device)イメージセンサー、CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor)イメージセンサー、または光電子増倍管であることを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の地震予知装置。
- さらに、前記電子顕微鏡の画像から振動成分を検出する検出手段を有する請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載の地震予知装置。
- 前記検出手段が、FFT(高速フーリエ変換)画像解析法、クロスコリレーション法、又はヤングフリンジ法により前記振動成分を検出するものであることを特徴とする請求項8記載の地震予知装置。
