Description
The present invention relates to a power generation system, and more particularly to a power generation system in which a fuel cell and a gas turbine are linked.
Fuel cells are expected to be used in various fields in recent years because of their low pollution and high power generation efficiency. As a highly efficient power generation system using a fuel cell, a combined power generation system in which a fuel cell and a gas turbine are linked is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In the combined power generation system, the fuel cell is installed upstream of the combustor of the gas turbine, and exhaust fuel gas including fuel (residual fuel) discharged from the fuel cell is introduced into the combustor of the gas turbine. That is, the fuel cell and the combustor of the gas turbine are connected by piping. Thereby, all the fuel can be utilized for power generation.
On the other hand, air (oxidant gas) is pressurized by an air compressor, supplied to the fuel cell and used for power generation, and the air heated by heat exchange with the fuel cell is used as combustion air in the combustor of the gas turbine. be introduced. In the gas turbine, high-temperature and high-pressure combustion exhaust gas is converted into electric power by driving the turbine, so that high power generation efficiency can be obtained in the entire system.
As described above, in the combined power generation system using the fuel cell and the gas turbine, a part of the air discharged from the air compressor of the gas turbine is supplied to the fuel cell, and the exhaust fuel / exhaust air of the fuel cell is gasified. It is a system that returns to the combustor of the turbine and burns it. That is, the operating pressure of the gas turbine fluctuates in accordance with a load change of a generator or the like connected to the gas turbine, and the following problems occur with this fluctuation.
First, it is necessary to make the pressure change on the fuel cell side follow the pressure change (combustor outlet pressure) accompanying the load fluctuation of the gas turbine. That is, when the pressure at the combustor outlet of the gas turbine fluctuates, the pressure on the fuel cell side also fluctuates, which affects the pressure control performed between the air electrode and the fuel electrode of the fuel cell.
Further, the pressure followability on the fuel cell side may limit the load change of the gas turbine. That is, if a delay occurs in the pressure control on the fuel cell side, the rate of change in the load of the gas turbine may also be reduced.
Since the internal volume of the pressure vessel that constitutes the fuel cell is larger than the internal volume of the gas turbine, when the pressure of the gas turbine changes, the flow rate of the air flowing into the combustor of the gas turbine changes and the gas turbine operates. May cause trouble. That is, when the pressure of the gas turbine rises, the air discharged from the compressor of the gas turbine is consumed for pressurizing the pressure vessel of the fuel cell, and the inflow amount to the combustor side may be reduced. .
The present invention has been made in consideration of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fuel cell in a power generation system that uses a fuel cell and a gas turbine without causing internal pressure fluctuation on the gas turbine side to the fuel cell side. It is in providing the electric power generation system which suppresses the pressure change of the air supplied to the.

That is, the power generation system of the present invention includes a fuel cell that generates power with fuel gas and oxidant gas, a gas turbine connected to a load, and a first shaft that is provided in the gas turbine and driven by the gas turbine. And an exhaust turbine that is driven by exhaust gas from the gas turbine to supply an oxidant gas to the fuel cell, and is connected to the exhaust turbine and driven independently from the first shaft by the exhaust turbine. A second shaft, an oxidant gas line that directly supplies the oxidant gas discharged from the exhaust turbine to the fuel cell, an exhaust gas line that discharges the exhaust gas discharged from the turbine of the gas turbine, An exhaust gas combustor to which the exhaust gas is supplied via the exhaust gas line and an exhaust fuel gas discharged from the fuel cell are introduced.
According to the above configuration, since the oxidant gas is supplied to the fuel cell by the power of the exhaust turbine, the internal pressure fluctuation on the gas turbine side is not given to the fuel cell side, and the pressure change of the oxidant gas supplied to the fuel cell is changed. And the operation state of an exhaust turbine can be made constant by making constant the quantity of the exhaust gas supplied to an exhaust turbine irrespective of the operation state of a gas turbine. Examples of the fuel gas F1 include hydrocarbon gases such as hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and methane, gases obtained by gasification of carbonaceous raw materials such as coal, and gases containing two or more of these components. The representative oxidant gas O1 is air, but a mixed gas of exhaust combustion gas and air or a mixed gas of oxygen and air may be used.

Next, the detailed structure of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
The
In the present embodiment, the fuel gas F1 passes through the inner peripheral side of the cylindrical (or tube-shaped)
The
The
The
The
In the
The

4 and 5, the
Each of the
A space formed by the
A space formed by the
A space formed by the
In the
A space formed by the
As the temperature of the
As described above, the oxidant gas O1 in the
The direct current obtained by the power generation in the plurality of fuel cells 205 flows to the end side of the
The fuel gas F <b> 1 flowing on the inner peripheral side of the
In the present embodiment, the fuel gas F1 and the oxidant gas O1 flow oppositely on the inner peripheral side and the outer peripheral side of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the plurality of

Next, operation | movement of the electric power generation system 1 which consists of said structure is demonstrated.
When the power generation system 1 is in steady operation, the air compressor 4 sucks air from the outside and compresses it by the operation of the
The exhaust gas discharged from the turbine 6 is introduced into the

In the
According to the above embodiment, since the oxidant gas O1 supplied to the
Further, by setting the operating pressure on the
The operating pressure of the
Further, by reducing the operating pressure of the

As shown in FIG. 6, in addition to the power generation system 1 of the first embodiment, the
According to the above embodiment, the operation state of the

In the present embodiment, differences from the first embodiment described above will be mainly described, and description of similar parts will be omitted.
As shown in FIG. 7, in addition to the
According to the above embodiment, since the exhaust fuel gas F2 of the
