An unneutralized commercial product may be converted into a salt using an arbitrary alkaline agent, and a neutralized commercial product may be desalted using an optional acid. Alkaline agents and acids are not particularly limited, but examples of alkali agents include ammonium, 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP), 2-amino-2-methyl-1,3-propanediol (AMPD), and the like. Is preferably used to form a salt, and the acid is preferably desalted using hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or the like. As a desalting method, for example, 1 g of (acrylates / alkyl acrylate (C 1-18 ) / alkyl (C 1-8 ) acrylamide) copolymer AMP (plus size-L9909B, 40% by mass) is added to ethanol (95% by mass). ) Dissolve in 4 g. To this, 65 μL of hydrochloric acid is added for desalting to obtain an (acrylates / alkyl acrylate (C 1-18 ) / alkyl (C 1-8 ) acrylamide) copolymer (35% by mass). In the present invention, a salt using 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol is abbreviated as AMP, and a salt using 2-amino-2-methyl-1,3-propanediol is abbreviated as AMPD. did.
In the present invention, the effect of imparting durability and water resistance to the film of component (A) varies depending on the type of component (B). Therefore, the optimum blending ratio of the component (A) and the component (B-1) or (B-2) is from the viewpoint of antiperspirant effect, durability of the antiperspirant effect, improvement of sweating prevention of clothes, and non-stickiness. Is as follows.
When the component (B-1) is used, the ratio of the component (B-1) to the component (A) indicated by (B-1) / (A) is 0.02 to 5 by mass ratio, More preferably, it is 0.04-0.75. If this ratio is less than 0.02, the antiperspirant effect persistence and the sweat sweat inhibiting effect of the clothes are deteriorated, and if it exceeds 5, the antiperspirant effect and its sustainability and the sweat sweat inhibiting effect are deteriorated. On the other hand, depending on the proportion of the components (A) and (B-1), the stability of the preparation over the long term (no white turbidity, no precipitation) is deteriorated. From the viewpoint of stability, 0.02 to 1.0 is preferable, and 0.04 to 0.5 is particularly preferable.
When the component (B-2) is used, the ratio of the component (B-2) to the component (A) represented by (B-2) / (A) is 0.05 to 10 by mass ratio. More preferably, it is 0.1-1. If it is less than 0.05, the durability of the antiperspirant effect and the effect of preventing sweating deteriorate, and if it exceeds 10, the antiperspirant effect and its durability, and prevention of sweating of clothes are not sufficient, and the non-stickiness decreases. On the other hand, depending on the proportions of the components (A) and (B-2), the stability of the preparation over the long term (no white turbidity, no precipitation) is deteriorated. From the viewpoint of stability, 0.05 to 1.0 is preferable, and 0.1 to 0.5 is particularly preferable.
