Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat. In particular, the present invention relates to a vehicle seat including a seat back that supports the back of a seated person and a headrest that supports the head.
In vehicle seats equipped with a headrest for supporting the occupant's head at the top of the seat back, a metal mounting bracket for mounting the headrest is generally fixed to the top of the seat back frame. The headrest is held by this mounting bracket. A seat back frame having such a mounting bracket is disclosed in, for example,
In the technique of
By the way, generally, when the vehicle is traveling or idling, the floor panel vibrates at a specific frequency with respect to the engine. This vibration is also transmitted to the headrest via a seat frame attached to the floor panel. The natural frequency at which the headrest particularly easily vibrates with respect to the seat back frame increases as the rigidity of the coupling portion of the mounting bracket to the seat back frame increases. Therefore, when the above technique is used, there is a problem that the natural frequency of the headrest reaches the vicinity of the frequency of the floor panel, and the headrest tends to resonate with the floor panel, thereby amplifying the vibration.
Here, in order to reduce the resonance level of the headrest, it is conceivable to lower the rigidity of the coupling portion of the mounting bracket. However, if the rearward rigidity is weak, the joint portion yields to the inertial force of the seated person's head when receiving a rear collision, and the head cannot be reliably supported by the headrest.
On the contrary, the natural frequency of the headrest can be lowered by increasing the mass of the headrest. However, this increases the mass of the sheet and the manufacturing cost, which is not a preferable means.
Thus, the present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the problem to be solved by the present invention is that the seating person's support performance to the seat at the time of the rear impact is normally ensured. The purpose is to suppress the vibration of the headrest at the time.
In order to solve the above problems, the vehicle seat according to the present invention takes the following means.
A vehicle seat according to a first aspect of the present invention is a vehicle seat including a seat back that supports a back of a seated person and a headrest that supports a head, and a seat back frame that forms a skeleton of the seat back. The upper and lower lateral members extending in parallel with the width direction of the seat back are provided at the upper portion, and the mounting members for mounting the headrest are the upper and lower lateral members of the seat back frame. It is arranged so as to be bridged vertically, and is coupled to the lower lateral member, but is not coupled to the upper lateral member and is disposed on the front surface of the upper lateral member, A back pad is disposed around the mounting member, and the range in which the mounting member can be moved away from the lateral member when the mounting member is not coupled to the upper lateral member is Characterized in that it is formed as a weak bending deformation rigidity than the pad flexural deformation stiffness of the body portion of the serial back pad.
According to this configuration, since the headrest attachment member is not coupled to the lateral member on the upper side of the seat back frame, the rigidity of the coupling portion is reduced, and the natural frequency of the headrest can be lowered. Therefore, vibration can be suppressed if the natural frequency is sufficiently lower than the peak of the amplification factor of resonance.
In the case of a rear collision, the headrest supports the seated person's head and exerts a backward action force. With respect to the backward acting force acting on the headrest, the headrest mounting member receives a supporting load by both the upper and lower lateral members. Therefore, at the time of a collision, the headrest can be reliably supported on the seat back at least in the same state as before.
At the moment of the rear impact, the headrest has an action force that tends to move forward relative to the seat back due to the impact of the impact, so that the distance from the seated person's head is reduced. And This acting force is exerted on the mounting member of the headrest, and since the mounting member is not coupled to the upper lateral member, it moves relative to the front in a direction away from the upper lateral member. As a result, the seated person's head can be brought into contact with and supported by the headrest as quickly as possible, and whiplash occurring at the seated person's neck can be effectively suppressed.
In general, a back pad that bends and deforms is disposed around the attachment member of the headrest. Since the back pad supports the back of the seated person, the back pad is formed of a pad material having a necessary and sufficient bending deformation rigidity. Therefore, when the body part of the back pad formed of such a material is bent and deformed and the headrest mounting member described above is moved forward, it becomes a movement resistance, and the mounting member can be quickly moved as desired. There are times when it cannot move.
However, according to the configuration of the present invention described above, the range in which the mounting member of the headrest can be moved away from the lateral member on the upper side is formed as a bending deformation stiffness that is weaker than the bending deformation stiffness of the main body of the back pad. Therefore, there is almost no movement resistance when the attachment member moves forward, and the movement can be performed as desired.
According to the configuration of the present invention, the range in which the attachment member moves between the back pad main body and the headrest attachment member is set to a bending deformation rigidity weaker than the pad bending deformation rigidity of the back pad main body. Therefore, the arrangement of the back pad in the seat back can be arranged in a surely positioned state. Further, the appearance of the surface of the seat back in the vicinity where the mounting member is disposed can be improved.
The vehicle seat according to the second invention of the present invention is the vehicle seat according to the first invention, and the range in which the attachment member is movable is a member different from the main body of the back pad. The bending deformation rigidity of the other member is weaker than the pad bending deformation rigidity of the main body portion of the back pad.
According to this configuration, a configuration in which the flexural deformation rigidity is weak is achieved by a member different from the back pad, and thus the weak flexural deformation rigidity can be easily set.
A vehicle seat according to a third aspect of the present invention is the vehicle seat according to the first aspect, wherein the material of the member disposed in a range in which the attachment member is movable is a back pad main body. Although it is the same as the material of a part, it is set as the shape structure from which the bending deformation rigidity becomes weaker than the said main-body part.
According to this configuration, the range in which the attachment member can be moved is also made of the same material as that of the back pad, and only the shape configuration is changed. Therefore, the mounting member can be integrally formed, and the handling thereof is facilitated.
A vehicle seat according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the vehicle seat according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the attachment member is a predetermined amount or more away from the upper lateral member. A restriction means for restricting movement is provided.
According to this configuration, since the restricting means for restricting the mounting member from moving a predetermined amount or more forward in the direction away from the upper lateral member is provided, a seated person can be prevented when receiving a rear collision. It can be reliably supported.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, suppression of the vibration of a headrest at the time of normal can be aimed at, ensuring the support performance of the seated person to the sheet | seat at the time of a rear collision.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The seat back 30 includes a metal seat back
The seat back
The seat back
The
As described above, the
The
When a force in the front-rear direction is applied to the
Next, referring to FIG. 3, a configuration that is characteristic of the present embodiment will be described. As described above, the

4 (C) and 4 (D) show a modified embodiment of FIGS. 4 (A) and 4 (B), in which members having the same shape are arranged at the front and rear positions, or the front and rear positions are formed in the same shape. . As a result, the same action can be performed in the front-rear direction.

Next, the behavior of the
The general movement of the
Due to the initial behavior, a backward acting force acts on the seated person's head as a reaction force of the rear collision in a state in which the seated person's head is in contact with and supported by the headrest. This acting force is supported by the
Specifically, the behavior when a force is applied to the
Then, in the initial stage of the rear collision, as shown in FIG. 5A, a backward acting force acts on the seated person's head as a reaction of the rear collision and moves backward. On the other hand, an acting force F 1 that tries to move forward by the impact action of the rear impact acts on the
In the initial behavior of the
After the above-described initial behavior of the
FIG. 6 shows an embodiment including a regulating means 60 that regulates the
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, illustration of the
As one embodiment of the restricting
Then, as shown in FIG. 6, when a forward force F1 is applied to the
