Description
実施例3は実施例1及び2の何れかを含み、第二つる状体がカフ本体の第二領域の直線縁に対して鋭角に延び、第二つる状体が第一方向と反対の第二方向に曲がるような湾曲形状にバイアスされることを特徴とする。
実施例5は実施例1及び4を含み、第二つる状体がカフ本体の第二領域の直線縁に対して実質的に垂直に延びることを特徴とする。
実施例7は実施例5を含み、第一つる状体及び第二つる状体がカフ本体から反対の方向に延びることを特徴とする。
実施例11は実施例1〜10の何れかを含み、第一及び第二つる状体の各々が神経の周囲に約360度を上回って延びるように構成されることを特徴とする。
実施例13は実施例1〜12の何れかを含み、第一つる状体及び第二つる状体が一体型つる状体の一部であり、一体型つる状体が一体型つる状体の中間点付近で方向が逆転するような回転方向にバイアスされることを特徴とする。
実施例18は実施例14を含み、第一方向が第三方向と同じで、第二方向が第四方向と同じであることを特徴とする。
Claims (14)
- 基端及び先端を有するリード線本体と、
前記リード線本体を通して延在する第一導電体と、
前記リード線本体の前記先端に対して固定された電極カフであって、
第一領域及び第二領域を有するカフ本体と、
前記カフ本体の前記第一領域から延びる第一つる状体と、
前記カフ本体の前記第二領域から延びる第二つる状体と、
前記カフ本体上に配置され、且つ、前記第一導電体に電気的に接続された第一電極とを含み、
前記第一つる状体及び前記第二つる状体の少なくとも一方は前記カフ本体上に重なるように構成される電極カフと
を含む神経刺激リード線。 - 請求項1に記載の神経刺激リード線であって、前記第一つる状体が前記カフ本体の前記第一領域の直線縁に対して実質的に垂直に延びる神経刺激リード線。
- 請求項2に記載の神経刺激リード線であって、前記第二つる状体が前記カフ本体の前記第二領域の直線縁に対して実質的に垂直に延びる神経刺激リード線。
- 請求項3に記載の神経刺激リード線であって、前記第一つる状体及び前記第二つる状体の両方が前記カフ本体から同じ方向に延びる神経刺激リード線。
- 請求項3に記載の神経刺激リード線であって、前記第一つる状体及び前記第二つる状体が前記カフ本体から反対の方向に延びる神経刺激リード線。
- 請求項1に記載の神経刺激リード線であって、
前記リード線本体を通して延在する第二導電体と、
前記カフ本体上に配置され、且つ、前記第二導電体に電気的に接続された第二電極と
をさらに含む神経刺激リード線。 - 請求項1に記載の神経刺激リード線であって、
前記第一つる状体内に形成され、前記第一つる状体を通して延在する第一縫合糸と、
前記第二つる状体内に形成され、前記第二つる状体を通して延在する第二縫合糸と
をさらに含む神経刺激リード線。 - 請求項1に記載の神経刺激リード線であって、前記カフ本体が神経の周囲に約360度を下回って延びるように構成された神経刺激リード線。
- 請求項1に記載の神経刺激リード線であって、前記第一つる状体及び前記第二つる状体の各々が神経の周囲に約360度を上回って延びるように構成された神経刺激リード線。
- 基端及び先端を有するリード線本体と、
前記リード線本体を通して延在する第一導電体と、
前記リード線本体を通して延在する第二導電体と、
前記リード線本体の前記先端に対して固定された第一カフであって、
第一カフ本体と、
前記第一カフ本体から延びる第一つる状体であって、前記第一つる状体が第一方向に曲がるような湾曲形状にバイアスされた第一つる状体と、
前記第一カフ本体から延びる第二つる状体であって、前記第二つる状体が前記第一方向と反対の第二方向に曲がるような湾曲形状にバイアスされた第二つる状体と、
前記第一カフ本体上に配置され、且つ、前記第一導電体に電気的に接続された第一電極とを含み、
前記第一つる状体及び前記第二つる状体の少なくとも一方は前記第一カフ本体上に重なるように構成される第一カフと、
前記リード線本体の前記先端に対して固定された第二カフであって、
第二カフ本体と、
前記第二カフ本体から延びる第三つる状体であって、前記第三つる状体が第三方向に曲がるような湾曲形状にバイアスされた第三つる状体と、
前記第二カフ本体から延びる第四つる状体であって、前記第四つる状体が前記第三方向と反対の第四方向に曲がるような湾曲形状にバイアスされた第四つる状体と、
前記第二カフ本体上に配置され、且つ、前記第二導電体に電気的に接続された第二電極とを含み、
前記第三つる状体及び前記第四つる状体の少なくとも一方は前記第二カフ本体上に重なるように構成される第二カフと
を含む神経刺激リード線。 - 請求項10に記載の神経刺激リード線であって、前記第一カフが前記リード線本体の前記先端に対して第一リード線延出部を介して固定され、前記第一リード線延出部が前記リード線本体に固定され、前記第一カフが前記第一リード線延出部に取り付けられた神経刺激リード線。
- 請求項10に記載の神経刺激リード線であって、前記第二カフが前記リード線本体の前記先端に対して第二リード線延出部を介して固定され、前記第二リード線延出部が前記リード線本体に固定され、前記第二カフが前記第二リード線延出部に取り付けられた神経刺激リード線。
- 請求項10に記載の神経刺激リード線であって、前記リード線本体の前記先端に固定された歪み軽減体をさらに含む神経刺激リード線。
- 請求項10に記載の神経刺激リード線であって、前記第一方向が前記第三方向と同じで、且つ、前記第二方向が前記第四方向と同じである神経刺激リード線。
