0.52% ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛(複数可)、約11%P
0.01% 市販の消泡剤(希釈剤を含む)
0.79% 酸化防止剤(芳香族アミンおよび硫化オレフィン)
1.0% ヒンダードフェノール性C−4エステル酸化防止剤
この基本潤滑剤を、以下の表に示した成分でトップ処理する。

0.57% オレフィンコポリマー粘度調整剤
0.14% ポリマー性流動点降下剤
0.79% ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛(複数可)、約11%P
0.01% 市販の消泡剤(希釈剤を含む)
0.99% 酸化防止剤(芳香族アミン、硫化オレフィン)
0.25% ヒンダードフェノール性C−4エステル酸化防止剤
0.1% ヒドロキシ酸誘導体摩擦調整剤
この基本潤滑剤を、以下の表に示した成分でさらに処理する。
一つの実施形態において、本発明は、例えば、以下の項目を提供する。
(項目1)
(a)潤滑粘度の油と、
(b)油溶性チタン含有材料の形態における100万重量部当たり約20〜約300重量部のチタンと、
(c)油溶性モリブデン含有材料の形態における100万重量部当たり約40〜約500重量部のモリブデンと、
(d)約0.3〜約3重量パーセントのヒンダードフェノール性酸化防止剤と
を含む潤滑組成物。
(項目2)
前記油溶性チタン含有材料が、チタン(IV)アルコキシドもしくはチタン(IV)カルボキシレートまたはその混合物を含む、項目1に記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目3)
前記油溶性チタン含有材料が、チタン(IV)イソプロポキシドもしくはチタン(IV)2−エチルヘキソキシドまたはその混合物を含む、項目1または項目2に記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目4)
前記油溶性チタン含有材料が、チタン改質分散剤を含む、項目1または項目2に記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目5)
前記油溶性チタン含有材料が、チタンアルコキシドとヒドロカルビル置換無水コハク酸との反応生成物を含む、項目1または項目2のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目6)
前記チタンの量が、100万重量部当たり約50〜約140重量部である、項目1から5のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目7)
前記油溶性モリブデン含有材料が、モリブデンヒドロカルビルジチオカルバメートを含む、項目1から6のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目8)
前記モリブデンの量が、100万重量部当たり約70〜約150重量部である、項目1から7のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目9)
前記ヒンダードフェノール性酸化防止剤が、ヒンダードフェノール性エステル酸化防止剤を含む、項目1から8のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目10)
前記フェノール性酸化防止剤の量が、約0.7〜約2.0重量パーセントである、項目1から9のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目11)
前記組成物中のリンの量が、100万重量部当たり約1000重量部未満である、項目1から10のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目12)
前記潤滑組成物中の前記チタンの量が、100万重量部当たり約50〜約140重量部であり、前記潤滑組成物中の前記モリブデンの量が、100万重量部当たり約70〜約150重量部であり、前記ヒンダードフェノール性酸化防止剤が、ヒンダードフェノール性エステル酸化防止剤を含み、約0.7〜約2.0重量パーセントの量で存在し、前記潤滑組成物中の前記リンの量が、100万重量部当たり約1000重量部未満であり、前記油溶性チタン化合物がチタンアルコキシドを含む、項目1から11のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目13)
(e)耐摩耗剤、および
(f)分散剤
からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの添加剤をさらに含む、項目1から12のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目14)
(g)前記組成物に対して100万重量部当たり約100〜約2000重量部のナトリウムを付与する量のナトリウム含有清浄剤をさらに含む、項目1から13のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目15)
(h)約0.1〜約2.0重量パーセントの、ヒドロキシカルボン酸またはそのエステル、アミド、イミドもしくは塩、または複数の先の官能基を有するその誘導体を含む成分をさらに含む、項目1から14のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目16)
(a)潤滑粘度の油と、
(b)油溶性チタン含有材料の形態における100万重量部当たり約200〜約2000重量部のチタンと、
(h)約0.1〜約2.0重量パーセントの、ヒドロキシカルボン酸またはそのエステル、アミド、イミドもしくは塩、または複数の先の官能基を有するその誘導体を含む成分とを含む潤滑組成物。
(項目17)
前記(h)の成分が、酒石酸、リンゴ酸、グリコール酸もしくはクエン酸またはそのエステル、アミド、イミド、もしくは塩を含む、項目16に記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目18)
前記(h)の成分が、オレイル酒石酸イミドまたは酒石酸と、約8〜約18個の炭素原子を有する1つもしくは複数のアルコールとのジエステルを含む、項目16に記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目19)
(g)Ti含有清浄剤以外の金属含有清浄剤をさらに含む、項目16から18のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目20)
前記金属含有清浄剤が、ナトリウム含有清浄剤を含む、項目19に記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目21)
前記ナトリウム含有清浄剤が、前記潤滑組成物に対して100万重量部当たり約100〜約2000重量部のナトリウムを付与する、項目20に記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目22)
(c)油溶性モリブデン含有材料の形態における100万重量部当たり約40〜約500重量部のモリブデンをさらに含む、項目16から21のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目23)
(a)潤滑粘度の油と、
(b)油溶性チタン含有材料の形態における100万重量部当たり約20〜約200重量部のチタンと、
(g)前記組成物に対して100万重量部当たり約100〜約2000重量部のナトリウムを付与する量のナトリウム含有清浄剤と
を含む潤滑組成物。
(項目24)
前記油溶性チタン含有材料が、約20,000未満の数平均分子量を有する、項目1から23のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
(項目25)
内燃機関に、項目1から24のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物を供給するステップを含む、前記内燃機関を潤滑する方法。
Claims (10)
- 潤滑組成物であって、
(a)潤滑粘度の油と、
(b)油溶性チタン含有材料の形態における100万重量部当たり20〜200重量部のチタンと、
(c)該組成物に対して100万重量部当たり100〜2000重量部のナトリウムを付与する量のナトリウム含有清浄剤と
を含む、潤滑組成物。 - 前記油溶性チタン含有材料が、20,000未満の数平均分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の潤滑組成物。
- 前記油溶性チタン含有材料が、チタン(IV)アルコキシドもしくはチタン(IV)カルボキシレートまたはそれらの混合物を含む、請求項1または2に記載の潤滑組成物。
- 前記油溶性チタン含有材料が、チタン(IV)イソプロポキシドもしくはチタン(IV)2−エチルヘキソキシドまたはそれらの混合物を含む、請求項1または2に記載の潤滑組成物。
- 前記油溶性チタン含有材料が、チタン改質分散剤を含む、請求項1または2に記載の潤滑組成物。
- 前記油溶性チタン含有材料が、チタンアルコキシドとヒドロカルビル置換無水コハク酸との反応生成物を含む、請求項1または2に記載の潤滑組成物。
- 前記チタンの量が、100万重量部当たり50〜140重量部である、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物。
- フェノール性酸化防止剤をさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑組成物。
- ヒドロキシカルボン酸またはそのエステル、アミド、イミドもしくは塩、または複数の先述の官能基を有するその誘導体をさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑組成物。
- 内燃機関に、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の潤滑組成物を供給するステップを含む、前記内燃機関を潤滑する方法。
