Description
The present invention relates to a powder medicine injection device and a powder medicine injection method for jetting and diffusing a powder medicine such as an insecticide.
Conventionally, in order to get rid of the pests present in the room, water is used as a one-time-use type pesticide that sprays the entire amount of the drug in the room, including a smoke type that burns and uses the pesticide composition. Various types are known, including those that do not use fire, such as a heat transpiration type, an aerosol type sprayed with a propellant, and a pump type that sprays a solution with a pump.
A smoking type insecticide is a combination of an insecticidal component, an exothermic agent, and an auxiliary heat agent placed in a container. When ignited with a starter, insecticidal components and burning agents burn. At that time, the finer particles of the insecticidal component spread as smoke in the room (see Patent Document 1).
A heat transpiration type insecticide diffuses an insecticidal component by the force of a foaming agent from a container heated by reaction heat such as water and calcium oxide (see Patent Document 2).
Aerosol-type insecticides are those in which an insecticidal component is dissolved in a liquefied gas such as LP gas and compressed into a pressure-resistant container, and the insecticidal component is ejected in a fine mist. In the single use type, the push button is irreversibly locked, and the whole amount of the medicine is injected (see Patent Document 3).
A pump-type insecticide is an insecticide dissolved in a solvent and stored in a liquid container. The action of a pumping pump connected to the liquid container causes the insecticide to be sprayed in a fine mist (see Patent Document 4). ).
However, the conventional single-use type insecticide described above has a problem that the insecticidal components that can be used are limited. That is, the smoking type and heat transpiration type insecticides are easily decomposed because the insecticidal components are heated to a very high temperature, and it is not possible to use insecticidal components that are weak against heat. In addition, since aerosol type and pump type insecticides are sprayed after dissolving the insecticidal component in a solvent or liquefied gas, it is not possible to use an insecticidal component with low solubility or an unstable insecticidal component in a liquid state.
In addition, when these types of insecticides burn, or when the foaming agent decomposes, a medium other than the insecticide, such as a solvent, decomposition gas (acid gas), or liquefied gas, is contained in the room. Be sprayed. Therefore, prior preparation such as covering a precision device such as a personal computer or an audio device, covering a fire alarm, or extinguishing a gas water heater is necessary at the time of use.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and suppresses the decomposition of the powdered drug due to the heat of the drug, and the powdered drug can be used without using a medium such as a decomposition gas, a liquefied gas, or a solvent. It is an object of the present invention to provide a powdery drug injection device and a powdery drug injection method that can diffuse.

The object of the present invention described above is achieved by the following configuration.
(1) a container body having an upper end opening;
A cylinder that is inserted into a lid that closes the upper end opening, and both opening ends face the inside and the outside of the container body;
The drug itself or the powdered drug impregnated in the powder and stored in the cylinder;
A piston that slides in an airtight manner on the lower sliding inner peripheral wall of the cylinder and has a gap with respect to the upper-diameter inner peripheral wall of the cylinder,
A powdery drug injection device characterized in that a reaction gas is generated in the container body and the piston is pushed up along the lower sliding inner peripheral wall.

An injection nozzle is provided at an upper opening end of the cylinder.
(3) It is a powdery medicine injection device of the composition of the above (2),
The powder medicine injection device according to
(4) generating a reaction gas in a container body having an upper end opening;
A piston containing a medicine itself or a powdery medicine in which a medicine is impregnated with a powder and sliding airtightly with respect to the lower sliding inner peripheral wall and having a gap with respect to the upper enlarged inner peripheral wall The upper end opening portion so that the lower opening end of the cylinder faces the inside of the container main body and the upper opening end of the cylinder faces the outside of the container main body. A process of attaching to,
And a step of injecting and diffusing the powdered medicine stored in the cylinder by pushing up the piston to the upper diameter-enlarged inner peripheral wall with a pressure in the container body of the reaction gas that has become a predetermined value or more. A powdery medicine injection method characterized by the above.
According to the powdery drug injection device having the above configuration (1), for example, the gas generating agent reacts with the liquid or the like in the container body to generate a reaction gas, whereby the inside of the container body becomes a high pressure. When the pressure in the container body exceeds a predetermined level, the piston in the cylinder is pushed up. Then, when the piston reaches the upper-diameter inner peripheral wall, the high-pressure reaction gas in the container body is released at once from the gap between the upper-diameter inner peripheral wall and the piston, and is powdered by the wind pressure of the high-pressure gas in the container main body. The medicine is sprayed and diffused out of the cylinder at once.
That is, the reaction gas for injecting and diffusing the powdered drug is confined in the container body until the pressure in the container body exceeds a predetermined value and the piston reaches the upper diameter expansion inner peripheral wall, and the piston expands to the upper diameter expansion inner peripheral wall. When it reaches, the air is released from the gap with the upper-side expanded inner peripheral wall at once, so that it is injected at once from the upper opening end of the cylinder. Therefore, a high-pressure reaction gas can be obtained without using an explosive reaction with heat.
Therefore, it is not necessary to smoke the smoke agent by burning the drug as in the prior art or to heat and evaporate the powdered drug using a hydrothermal exothermic agent that indirectly heats the foaming agent. As a result, heat is not applied to the powdered drug, and a drug weak against heat can be used. Moreover, it is not necessary to dissolve a chemical | medical agent in a solvent or liquefied gas like an aerosol type or a pump type, and a chemical | medical agent with low solubility or a chemical | medical agent unstable in a solution state can also be used.
According to the powdery drug injection device having the configuration (2), the flow rate of the high-pressure gas released at once from the gap between the piston and the upper-side enlarged inner peripheral wall is further increased by the injection nozzle, and the powdery powder in the cylinder The medicine is more reliably injected and diffused out of the cylinder.
According to the powdery medicine injection device having the configuration of (3) above, the piston that has reached the upper-diameter inner peripheral wall of the cylinder is prevented from moving toward the injection nozzle. It is possible to prevent the pushed-up piston from blocking the injection nozzle.
According to the method of injecting a powdery medicine having the configuration of (4) above, reaction gas is generated in the container body, the pressure in the container body becomes equal to or higher than a predetermined value, and the piston in the cylinder is pushed up to expand the upper-side expanded inner peripheral wall When the pressure reaches the pressure, the high-pressure reaction gas in the container body is released at once from the gap between the upper-diameter inner peripheral wall and the piston, and the powdered drug is jetted and diffused out of the cylinder at a stretch by the wind pressure of the high-pressure gas in the container body. .
In other words, like the conventional smoking type and heat transpiration type, use the decomposition gas generated when the smoking agent is smoked with the heat of the combustion agent or heating element, or when the blowing agent is decomposed by heating the blowing agent. By doing so, it is not necessary to diffuse the powdered medicine. As a result, heat is not applied to the powdered drug, and a drug weak against heat can be used. In addition, it is not necessary to dissolve a drug in a solvent or a liquefied gas as in the conventional aerosol type or pump type, and a drug with low solubility or a drug unstable in a liquid state can be used.
According to the powder medicine injection device and the powder medicine injection method of the present invention, the powder medicine can be diffused without using a medium such as a decomposition gas or a solvent. In addition, it is not necessary to dissolve the powdered drug in a solvent or liquefied gas, and it is not necessary to apply heat for diffusion. Therefore, a drug with low solubility, a drug that is unstable in a liquid state, or a drug that is easily decomposed by heat is used. Can be used.
Moreover, since the powdery medicine can be sealed in the cylinder simply by sealing the upper opening end with a cap, a rubber plug, a sealing film, etc., it is easy to handle. Furthermore, the powdered medicine in the cylinder can be prevented from being decomposed by moisture or oxidation of the outside air, and can be stored stably.
Furthermore, since the powdery drug injection device and the powdery drug injection method of the present invention do not require the use of a fixed power source or fire heat, there is no danger of a fire or the like, and it is safe and does not require a large-scale device. It can be carried and used even in places where there is no power supply or other equipment.
The present invention has been briefly described above. Furthermore, the details of the present invention will be further clarified by reading through a mode for carrying out the invention described below (hereinafter referred to as “embodiment”) with reference to the accompanying drawings. .
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the powdery
The
The
The
That is, the
Furthermore, by providing the convex portion on the bottom surface of the outer peripheral side of the
The
A
A
The
In this embodiment, the liquid accommodated in the container
Next, the procedure of the powdery drug injection method for spraying and diffusing an insecticide using the powdery
First, as shown in FIG. 2 (a), the
In addition, a predetermined amount of a water-absorbing polymer or an aqueous gel in which water is retained may be stored in the
Next, after putting
Then, as shown in FIG. 2B, the
As shown in FIG. 2C, when the pressure of the carbon dioxide gas G in the
As shown in FIG. 2 (d), when the
