Description
The present invention relates to an electric motor rotor, an electric motor, and an air conditioner.
A conventional motor rotor includes an inner cylindrical portion made of a plastic material fixed around a rotating shaft, a cylindrical magnetic pole portion made of a plastic material provided on the outer peripheral side of the inner cylindrical portion, and these magnetic pole portions. A connecting portion that integrally couples the inner cylindrical portion to the inner cylindrical portion, a disc-shaped inertia mass body that is disposed on the first end surface portion of the magnetic pole portion and has an insertion hole that passes through the inner cylindrical portion at the rotation center portion; , A plurality of protrusions integrally formed on the first end surface portion of the magnetic pole portion, and a plurality of penetrations that are provided on the peripheral edge portion of the inertia mass body and through which the plurality of protrusion portions of the first end surface portion are respectively inserted. A thermal fusion formed at the time of thermal fusion around the through-hole of the inertial mass body, and a thermal fusion body formed by thermal fusion of the tip of the convex portion inserted through each through-hole. An engagement portion that engages with the adherend is formed, and the inner diameter of the insertion hole of the inertia mass body and the outer diameter of the inner cylinder portion are substantially the same. Is (for example, Patent Document 1).
In the above-described conventional motor rotor, since the resin injection port (gate) of the magnetic pole portion is provided at the end surface portion, it is necessary to provide a recess around the gate in order to prevent the gate cut portion from protruding from the end surface. .
However, if this is done, the protrusion of the gate cut portion can be prevented, but since the magnetic pole portion is reduced around the gate, the efficiency of the motor is reduced due to a decrease in magnetic force, and the distortion of the magnetic flux density distribution is increased, resulting in abnormal noise. There is a problem that occurs.
The present invention has been made in view of the above, and an object thereof is to provide an electric motor rotor, an electric motor, and an air conditioner capable of improving performance, improving reliability, and reducing costs. .
In order to solve the above-described problems and achieve the object, an electric motor according to the present invention includes a shaft, a rotor magnet provided integrally with the shaft around the shaft, and an axial direction of the rotor magnet. A position detection magnet assembled to one end of the position detection magnet, and the rotor magnet is provided with a pedestal provided on an end surface on the position detection magnet side, and a molding gate provided on the pedestal. The position detecting magnet has a hole through which the protrusion is inserted, and the position detecting magnet has the protrusion inserted into the hole and abuts the pedestal. The front end of each is thermally welded and fixed to the rotor magnet.
According to the present invention, it is possible to improve performance, improve reliability, and reduce costs.
Hereinafter, embodiments of a rotor of an electric motor, an electric motor, and an air conditioner according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration of an electric motor according to the present embodiment, FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a rotor assembled with a bearing, FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a rotor, and FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a rotor magnet. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a position detection magnet, and FIG. 6 is a diagram showing assembly of a rotor. Hereinafter, the configuration of the rotor and the electric motor according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The
The
A shaft (shaft) 1 is provided integrally with the
2A is a side view of the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
One bearing 21 is press-fitted into the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
The
Further, the inner diameter of the
A plurality of
The plurality of
The
Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the
Further, the
In this embodiment, since the
Further, in the present embodiment, since the
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the height of the
The
The
5A is a plan view of the
The
The outer diameter of the
Thus, in the present embodiment, the distance between the detected
The assembly of the
The end surface of the

FIG. 7 is a manufacturing flow diagram illustrating a method for manufacturing the rotor of the electric motor according to the present embodiment.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the
Further, in the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, since the
Further, in the present embodiment, one
In the present embodiment, the press-fitting load of the
