Claims (4)
- 流体を正確に計量して可変的混合比で混合し、その結果として得られた流体混合物を、同じ、実質的に一定の流量で送達するシステムにおいて、
混合室と、
第一の流体成分を第一の流体制御弁および下流の第一の制量穴を介して前記混合室に供給する第一の供給管路と、
前記第一の流体成分と前記混合室の中で混ぜ合わされて流体混合物を生成する第二の流体成分を第二の流体制御弁および下流の第二の制量穴を介して前記混合室に供給する第二の供給管路と、
前記混合室から出て、そこを通って流体混合物が吐出弁に送達される排出管路と、
を含み、
前記排出管路は、前記吐出弁が開いている時に、その最大流量が第一と第二の流体制御弁の合算最低流量より低く、それによって前記混合室内と、それぞれの第一と第二の流体制御弁の下流の前記第一と第二の供給管路内に流体背圧が発生し、
前記第一の制量穴の大きさは調節可能であり、前記混合室に供給される第一の流体成分の流量を変化させることができ、それによって前記混合室と前記第一の供給管路内の流体背圧が変化し、前記第二の流体制御弁を通って送達される第二の流体成分の流量に付随的な逆変化が生じる、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記第二の制量穴の大きさは一定であることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1または2に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記排出管路内の、前記吐出弁と前記混合物の間に第三の制量穴(j)をさらに含み、前記第三の制量穴の大きさが一定であることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記第一の供給管路から出て第二の混合室につながる第三の供給管路であって、調節可能な大きさの第三の制量穴を有する第三の供給管路と、
前記第二の供給管路と同じであり、第三の流体成分を前記第二の混合室に供給する第四の供給管路と、
前記排出管路と同じであり、前記第二の混合室から第二の吐出弁へとつながる第二の排出管路と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とするシステム。
