Claims (16)
- 沖合風車(4)を支持するためのジャケット構造体(1)を組み立てるためのジャケット組立てガイド(5)において、該ジャケット構造体(1)が、複数の脚(10)と、複数の結合筋交い(11)と、筋交い(11)を脚(10,100)に結合するために脚(10)に配置された複数の接続エレメント(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E)とを有しており、前記ジャケット組立てガイド(5)が、
ジャケット構造体(1)の組み立てられた状態での脚(10,100)の位置に対応する位置に、支持された脚(10,100)が保持されるように、ジャケット構造体の組立て中に複数の脚(10,100)を支持するための複数の支持タワー(51)と、
脚(10,100)を支持タワー(51)に解放可能に結合するための複数の結合手段(56)と、を有し、
組み立てられたジャケット構造体(1)が支持タワーの間のスペースを通過することができるように前記複数の支持タワー(51)が配置されていることを特徴とする、ジャケット組立てガイド。 - 組み立てられたジャケット構造体を前記スペースを通して滑らせるためのスキッディング軌道(6)をさらに有する、請求項1記載のジャケット組立てガイド。
- 接続エレメント(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E)及び該接続エレメント(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E)の間に保持された筋交いへの結合アクセスを提供するためのアクセス手段(52,53,55)を有する、請求項1又は2記載のジャケット組立てガイド。
- ジャケット構造体(1)のそれぞれの脚(10,100)に対して一つの支持タワー(51)を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のジャケット組立てガイド。
- それぞれの支持タワー(51)は、組み立てられたジャケット構造体(1)の脚の角度に対応する角度で傾斜させられている、請求項4に記載のジャケット組立てガイド。
- 結合手段(56)が、クランプ(56)を含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のジャケット組立てガイド。
- アクセス手段が、アクセスプラットフォーム(52)、通路(53)及び/又はエレベータ(55)を含む、請求項3に記載のジャケット組立てガイド。
- アクセスプラットフォーム(52)、通路(53)及び/又はエレベータ(55)が前記支持タワー(51)に配置されている、請求項7記載のジャケット組立てガイド。
- アクセスプラットフォーム(52)が、支持タワー(51)によって支持された脚(10,100)の接続エレメント(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E)の高さに対応する高さに配置されている、請求項8記載のジャケット組立てガイド。
- 支持タワー(51)が、複数のアクセスプラットフォーム(52)及びエレベータ(55)を含み、該エレベータ(55)が、アクセスプラットフォーム(52)のうちの少なくとも1つの高さにまで延びている、請求項8又は9記載のジャケット組立てガイド。
- 複数の脚(10,100)と、複数の結合筋交い(11)と、筋交い(11)を脚(10,100)に結合するために脚(10,100)に配置された複数の接続エレメント(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E)とを有する、沖合風車(4)を支持するためのジャケット構造体(1)を組み立てる方法において、該方法が、
脚(10,100)が、ジャケット構造体(1)の組み立てられた状態における脚(10,100)の位置に対応する位置に保持されるように、ジャケット組立てガイド(5)の支持タワー(51)に複数の脚(10,100)のうちの少なくとも1つの脚(10,100)を結合するステップと、
複数の結合筋交い(11)のうちの1つの筋交いを接続エレメント(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E)の間の所定の位置に保持するステップと、
接続エレメント(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E)及び筋交い(11)への結合アクセスを提供するステップと、
接続エレメント(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E)の間に保持されたそれぞれの筋交い(11)を結合するステップと、
組み立てられたジャケット構造体(1)を解放するために脚(10,100)を支持タワー(51)から分離するステップと、
支持タワー(51)の間のスペースを通過するように、組み立てられたジャケット構造体(1)をスキッディング軌道(6)に沿って滑らせることによって、ジャケット構造体をジャケット組立てガイド(5)から解放するステップと、
を有することを特徴とする、ジャケット構造体(1)を組み立てる方法。 - 脚(10,100)を支持タワー(51)に結合するステップが、脚(10,100)を支持タワー(51)に締め付けることを含む、請求項11記載の方法。
- 筋交い(11)を接続エレメント(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E)の間に保持するステップが、筋交い(11)を接続エレメント(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E)の間の所定の位置に懸吊するためにリフティング装置(7)を使用することを含む、請求項11又は12記載の方法。
- 接続エレメント(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E)の間に保持された前記筋交い(11)を結合するステップが、クレビス(30)及び/又はフランジ(25,121)及び/又は接着剤(23)によって筋交い(11)の一方の端部を接続エレメント(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E)の対応する領域に結合することを含む、請求項11から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 接続エレメント(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E)を脚(10)に取り付けるステップを有し、接続エレメントを取り付けるステップが、筋交い(11)を接続エレメント(20A,20B,20C,20D,20E)に結合するステップの前に行われる、請求項11から14までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 接続エレメント(20C,20D)が、ボルト(42)及び/又は接着剤(23)によって脚(10,100)に取り付けられる複数のシェル部材(21,22)を含む、請求項15記載の方法。
