Claims (9)
- 複合材料製の基本部品(1)と重金属要素(9)を有する自動巻時計機構用の振動用おもりであって、
前記基本部品(1)は、内側部分(5)と周縁部分(3)とを有し、
前記周縁部分(3)は、内部に前記重金属要素(9)が嵌められているハウジング(7)を有し、前記ハウジング(7)は、前記周縁部分(3)と一体的な少なくとも1個の突起部(11)により部分的に閉塞される盲穴である
することを特徴とする振動用おもり。 - 前記突起部(11)は、その底部に前記突起部(11)を一層柔軟にするように構成された窪み(13)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の振動用おもり。 - 前記重金属要素(9)は円板状の形状を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の振動用おもり。 - 前記ハウジング(7)は、穴の円筒壁面と一体的な突起部(11)により部分的に閉塞された円筒状盲穴である
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の振動用おもり。 - 各盲穴の円筒壁面は、3個の規則的に分布された突起部(11)を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の振動用おもり。
- 前記基本部品(1)の周縁部(3)が形成される複合材料には、重金属粒子が充填されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の振動用おもり。 - 前記基本部品(1)の内側部分(5)及び周縁部分(3)は、一方の部分に他方の部分をオーバーモールドすることにより、2種類の異なる複合材料から形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の振動用おもり。 - 前記周縁部分(3)は、前記重金属要素(9)を有しないハウジング(7)も含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の振動用おもり。 - 前記重金属要素(9)は封止ガスケットにより被覆されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の振動用おもり。
