Description

The present invention relates to a control box assembly method and a control box.

The machine tool includes a control box. The control box of a machine tool disclosed in Patent Document 1 stores a control board and the like and can be attached to a column of the machine tool. The control board controls the operation of the machine tool. The control box has a rectangular parallelepiped shape. Conventionally, an operator has fixed a front wall, a right side wall, a left side wall, a back wall, an upper wall, and a bottom wall by welding. Welding requires skill and skill. Therefore, rivets are suitable for fixing each wall. Rivets are easier to work than welding.

When the control box described in Patent Document 1 is assembled, if the rivets are hit sequentially from the end of the wall in a state where the mutual positional relationship between the walls is not determined, the wall may be distorted. Therefore, in order to prevent distortion of the walls, it is desirable to temporarily fix each wall in a rectangular parallelepiped shape and then hit the rivets in an appropriate order, but it is difficult to maintain the shape with each wall temporarily fixed. Met. The method of connecting the walls one by one sequentially is time-consuming because it is necessary to change the attitude of the control box frequently during assembly and hit the rivets. Since the strength of the rivet fixing is weaker than that of welding, there is a possibility that the rigidity of the control box is lowered.

An object of the present invention is to provide a control box assembling method and a control box that can be assembled simply and appropriately by rivet fastening.

The assembly process of the control box 20 will be described with reference to FIGS. The assembly process of the control box 20 includes a first temporary fixing process, a second temporary fixing process, a third temporary fixing process, and a fastening process.

[First temporary fixing process]
As shown in FIG. 5, the worker places the bottom wall 21 on a work table (not shown). As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the operator places the right side wall 22 upright on the right side of the bottom wall 21 and places the left side wall 23 upright on the left side of the bottom wall 21. The right end side of the bottom wall 21 is placed inside the right side wall 22 and placed on the upper surface of the lower rib 46 (see FIG. 3). The left end side of the bottom wall 21 is placed inside the left side wall 23 and placed on the upper surface of the lower rib 56 (see FIG. 3). The right side wall 22 and the left side wall 23 can stand on their own, but are more stable and stand by the weight of the bottom wall 21.

[Second temporary fixing process]
As shown in FIG. 9, the operator places the left and right edges of the outer surface of the back wall 24 against the inner surface of the contact piece 42 of the right side wall 22 and the inner surface of the contact piece 52 of the left side wall 23, and temporarily Stop. As shown in FIG. 10, the operator can move the engaged portion 71 provided on the back wall 24 with respect to the through holes 83 of the bridges 81 and 82 of the engaging portion 57 provided on the contact piece 52 of the left side wall 23. The nail | claw part 77 is inserted from upper direction. The engaged portion 71 engages with the engaging portion 57. Since the claw portion 77 is inserted into the through hole 83, the engaged portion 71 is unlikely to come off from the engaging portion 57.

The opening 76 of the engaged portion 71 is to avoid interference with the bridges 81 and 82. Therefore, the entire control box 20 can be made smaller as compared with the case where the control box 20 does not include the opening 76. The upper edge of the opening 76 is locked to the upper part of the bridge 81. Therefore, the operator can position the back wall 24 in the vertical direction with respect to the right side wall 22 and the left side wall 23. The engaged portion 72 of the back wall 24 is engaged with the engaging portion 47 provided on the contact piece 42 of the right side wall 22 in the same manner as the engaged portion 71 engages with the engaging portion 57. To do. Therefore, the operator can temporarily fix the back wall 24 to the right side wall 22 and the left side wall 23. Therefore, the shape of the back wall 24, the right side wall 22, and the left side wall 23 can be maintained while standing on the work table.

Further, as shown in FIG. 11, the operator engages the engagement portion provided on the left end side of the rib 35 of the bottom wall 21 with respect to the through holes 87 of the bridges 85 and 86 of the engagement portion 73 provided on the back wall 24. 36 claw portions 39 are inserted from below. The engaging portion 73 engages with the engaged portion 36. Since the claw portion 39 is inserted into the through hole 87, the engaging portion 73 is difficult to come off from the engaged portion 36. The notched portion 38 of the engaged portion 36 avoids interference with the bridges 85 and 86. Therefore, the entire control box 20 can be made smaller as compared with the case where the control box 20 is not provided with the notch 38. The engaging portion 74 of the back wall 24 is engaged with the engaged portion 37 provided on the right end side of the rib 35 of the bottom wall 21 in the same manner as the engaging portion 73 engages with the engaged portion 36. Match.

Thus, the operator can temporarily fix the upper part of the back wall 24 to the left side wall 23 and the right side wall 22 and temporarily fix the lower part to the rib 35 of the bottom wall 21. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the entire back wall 24 can be temporarily fixed to the bottom wall 21, the left side wall 23, and the right side wall 22. Further, since the bottom wall 21, the left side wall 23, the right side wall 22 and the back wall 24 can be temporarily fixed together, it is possible to stand up more stably. The positional relationship between the walls 21 to 24 is determined.

[Third temporary fixing process]
As shown in FIG. 12, the worker puts the upper wall 25 on the bottom wall 21, the right side wall 22, the left side wall 23, and the back wall 24 that are self-supporting on the work table from above. The upper surface of the rib 45 of the right side wall 22 and the upper surface of the rib 55 of the left side wall 23 abut against the lower surface of the plate portion 61 of the upper wall 25 to support the upper wall 25 from below. Temporary fixing of the upper wall 25 is completed with respect to the bottom wall 21, the right side wall 22, the left side wall 23, and the back wall 24. The mutual positional relationship between the walls 21 to 25 is determined.

[Fastening process]
As shown in FIG. 12, the worker fastens the rivet 90 and fixes the walls to each other at the portions where the temporarily fixed walls 21 to 25 overlap each other. The bottom wall 21 and the right side wall 22 are fixed by fastening the rivet holes 40 and 48 with the rivet 90. The bottom wall 21 and the left side wall 23 are fixed by fastening the rivet holes 40 and 58 with the rivet 90. The bottom wall 21 and the back wall 24 are fixed by fastening the rivet holes 40 and 78 with the rivet 90. The back wall 24 and the right side wall 22 are fixed by fastening rivet holes 78 and 48 with rivets 90. The back wall 24 and the left side wall 23 are fixed by fastening rivet holes 78 and 58 with rivets 90. The upper wall 25 and the right side wall 22 are fixed by fastening rivet holes 68 and 48 with rivets 90. The upper wall 25 and the left side wall 23 are fixed by fastening rivet holes 68 and 58 with rivets 90. The upper wall 25 and the back wall 24 are fixed by fastening rivet holes 68 and 78 with rivets 90.

Thus, the worker can hit the rivet 90 at an appropriate position in an appropriate order in a state where the mutual positional relationship between the walls 21 to 25 is determined. For example, the operator can reduce distortion generated in the wall by striking in order from both sides of the wall toward the center. Therefore, the operator can assemble the control box 20 appropriately. Thus, the assembly process of the control box 20 is completed. The front wall 26 (see FIG. 2) is rotatably attached to the left shaft support end portion of the front surface of the control box 20 that opens.

In the above assembling process, the bottom wall 21, the right side wall 22, the left side wall 23, and the back wall 24 are temporarily fixed together, and the shape can be maintained independently, so that the control can be performed while the bottom wall 21 is left on the work table. The box 20 can be assembled to the end. Therefore, the operator does not have to change the posture of the heavy control box 20 during the assembly process, so that the control box 20 can be assembled easily and quickly. The assembly process can reduce the work load on the worker.

As shown in FIG. 10, the bridges 81 and 82 protrude forward from the inner surface of the contact piece 52 of the left side wall 23 (the contact piece 42 of the right side wall 22). Does not jump out. Therefore, the beauty of the back side of the control box 20 is not impaired. When transporting the control box 20, there is no risk of injury to the operator. The same applies to the bridges 85 and 86 (see FIG. 11) provided on the back wall 24.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the operator fixes the fixing pieces 43 and 53 of the control box 20 to the left side surface (not shown) and the right side surface 5A of the column 5 with a plurality of screws 95, respectively. Therefore, the control box 20 can be attached to the back side of the column 5. The fixing pieces 43 and 53 are formed by part of the right side wall 22 and the left side wall 23, respectively. Therefore, the work of fixing the fixing piece to the back wall 24 by welding or rivet is not necessary. Since the fixing pieces 43 and 53 are a part of the right side wall 22 and the left side wall 23, the rigidity can be improved as compared with those fixed later.

As described above, the control box 20 of this embodiment stores the control board of the machine tool 1 and can be attached to the machine tool 1. The control box 20 is formed by fixing a bottom wall 21, a right side wall 22, a left side wall 23, a back wall 24, an upper wall 25, and a front wall 26 in a rectangular parallelepiped shape. The right side wall 22 and the left side wall 23 are each provided with plate-like contact pieces 42 and 52 at respective rear end portions. The contact pieces 42 and 52 are portions that contact the left and right edges of the back wall 24 from the outside. The contact pieces 42 and 52 are provided with engaging portions 47 and 57 respectively on the upper portions. The back wall 24 includes engaged portions 71 and 72 at upper portions of both left and right edges. The engaging portions 57 and 47 can be engaged with the engaged portions 71 and 72, respectively.

The assembly process of the control box 20 includes a second temporary fixing process and a fastening process. In the second temporary fixing step, the right side wall 22 and the left side wall 23 are arranged to face each other. The back wall 24 is disposed so that the outer surfaces of the left and right edges of the back wall 24 abut against the inner surface of the contact piece 42 of the right wall 22 and the inner surface of the contact piece 52 of the left wall 23. Further, the engaging portions 57 and 47 are engaged with the engaged portions 71 and 72. Therefore, the operator can temporarily fix the right side wall 22 and the left side wall 23 to the back wall 24. The back wall 24, the right side wall 22, and the left side wall 23 can retain their shapes while standing on the work table. In the fastening process, the operator can easily fasten the contact piece 42 of the right side wall 22 and the contact piece 52 of the left side wall 23 with the rivets 90 to the left and right edges of the back wall 24. The bottom wall 21, the upper wall 25, and the front wall 26 may be fixed to the temporarily fixed back wall 24, right side wall 22, and left side wall 23, respectively. The operator does not have to change the posture of the control box 20 in the middle of the assembly process. Since the abutting pieces 42 and 52 of the right side wall 22 and the left side wall 23 are brought into contact with the left and right edges of the back wall 24 and fastened by the rivets 90, the rigidity of the left and right sides of the back wall 24 can be improved. Therefore, the rigidity of the entire control box 20 can be improved.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made. In the above embodiment, in order to temporarily fix the left and right edge portions of the back wall 24 to the right side wall 22 and the left side wall 23, the engaged portions 71 and 72 are provided on the upper portions of the left and right edge portions of the back wall 24, Engaging portions 47 and 57 are provided on the contact piece 42 of the right side wall 22 and the contact piece 52 of the left side wall 23. For example, as shown in FIG. 13, the engaging structure of the engaged portion 71 and the engaging portion 57 is such that the claw portion 77 is inserted into the through hole 83 of the bridges 81 and 82 from above, but can be engaged with each other. Any structure can be used.

For example, as shown in FIG. 13, an L-shaped engaged portion 101 is provided on the inner surface of the contact piece 52, and a rectangular opening 176 is provided on the back wall 24. The upper edge of 176 may be hooked. Even if it is such a structure, the effect similar to the said embodiment can be acquired.

In the above embodiment, the upper portions of the left and right edges of the back wall 24 are temporarily fixed to the right wall 22 and the left wall 23, and the lower portions of the left and right edges of the back wall 24 are temporarily attached to the ribs 35 of the bottom wall 21. It has stopped. For example, the lower portions of the left and right edges of the back wall 24 may be temporarily fixed to the right side wall 22 and the left side wall 23.

For example, as shown in FIG. 14, an engaged portion 271 is provided near the lower left corner of the back wall 24, and an engaging portion 257 is provided below the contact piece 52 of the left wall 23. The engaged portion 271 includes an opening 276 and a claw portion 277. The claw portion 277 extends downward from the center of the upper edge portion of the opening 276. The engaging portion 257 includes a pair of upper and lower bridges 281 and 282 and a through hole 283. Similarly to the structure shown in FIG. 10, the operator inserts the claw portion 277 into the through holes 283 of the bridges 281 and 282 from above. Therefore, the lower part of the left edge of the back wall 24 can be temporarily fixed to the left wall 23. The rib 35 of the bottom wall 21 includes a notch 35A. The cutout portion 35A avoids interference with the bridges 281 and 282. Therefore, the entire control box can be made smaller as compared with the case where the control box does not include the notch portion 35A. A similar structure may be provided in the vicinity of the lower right corner of the back wall 24.

In the above embodiment, the engaging portion 57 is constituted by a pair of upper and lower bridges 81 and 82, but it may be constituted by one bridge or a plurality of bridges. The bridges 81 and 82 are formed by cutting and raising the contact piece 52, but other members may be fixed by welding or the like.

The control box 20 of the above embodiment is attached to the column 5, but may be attached to the other part of the machine tool 1 or may be attached to a member other than the machine tool 1.
