Description
内側シュラウド用のプリフォームを形成する第1のプリフォーム部分の円周に沿って連続的に、次にベーンプリフォームを形成する第2のプリフォーム部分に沿って長手方向に連続的に、かつまた、外側シュラウドプリフォームを形成する第3のプリフォーム部分に沿って円周方向に通過する第1の組の糸を含む織繊維プリフォームを作製するステップであり、糸のうちの第1の組の糸が、第1のプリフォーム部分を通して、および第3のプリフォーム部分を通して1つの第2のプリフォーム部分から次のものまで交互に通過することによって、前記第2のプリフォーム部に沿って連続して通過する、ステップと、
繊維プリフォームをマトリックスによって高密度化するステップと
を含む方法によって達成される。
1)ストリップの長手方向に連続的に延在し、平行な糸の複数の層を備える第1の組の糸と、不織セグメントによって互いから分離される繊維ストリップの織りセグメントに沿って第1の組の糸で製織される第2の組の糸とを有する繊維ストリップを製織するステップであり、繊維ストリップが、
第1のプリフォーム部分の長さに相当する長さにわたって延在する第1の繊維ストリップ部分であり、不織セグメントと交互する織りセグメントから成る第1の繊維ストリップ部分、
第1の部分直後の、不織セグメントと交互する織りセグメントから成る、第2の繊維ストリップ部分であり、第2の繊維ストリップ部分の織りセグメントが、第2のプリフォーム部分に対応し、ベーンの長手方向寸法に相当する長さを有し、第2の繊維ストリップ部分の不織セグメントが、連続したベーンプリフォームの間で結合部分を形成する、第2の繊維ストリップ部分、および
第2の部分直後の、第3のプリフォーム部分の長さに相当する長さにわたって延在する第3の繊維ストリップ部分であり、不織セグメントと交互する織りセグメントから成る、第3の繊維ストリップ部分
を備え、
第1および第3の部分のそれぞれにおいて織りセグメントおよび不織セグメントの総数がベーンの数に等しい、ステップと、
2)第1の繊維ストリップ部分を巻き上げるステップ、
巻き上げられた第1の繊維ストリップ部分に対して実質的に半径方向にその織りセグメントを配置するように、第2の繊維ストリップ部分を折り曲げるステップ、および
第3の繊維ストリップ部分を巻き上げるステップ
を含み、
連続したベーンプリフォームの間に結合部分を形成する第2の繊維ストリップ部分の不織セグメントが、巻き上げられた第1の繊維ストリップ部分において、および巻き上げられた第3の繊維ストリップ部分において交互に不織セグメントを通して係合される、繊維ストリップを成形するステップと
を含む。
Claims (16)
- 圧縮機ステータまたはタービンノズルを形成し、内側シュラウドと、外側シュラウドと、および内側シュラウドと外側シュラウドとの間に実質的に半径方向に延在し、それらに固定されているベーンとを備えるタービンエンジン部品であって、その部品においては、内側シュラウド、外側シュラウド、およびベーンが、マトリックスによって高密度化された織繊維強化材を有する複合材料で作製され、織繊維強化材が、少なくとも3つの連続したベーンを長手方向に通過し、かつ内側シュラウドおよび外側シュラウドを交互に通過する経路に沿って連続的に延在する1組の糸を含み、前記少なくとも3つの連続したベーンが、内側シュラウドセグメントと外側シュラウドセグメントとの間に延在し、織繊維強化材の糸が、内側シュラウドセグメントに沿って円周方向に連続的に延在し、かつ外側シュラウドセグメントに沿って円周方向に連続的に延在する、タービンエンジン部品。
- 内側シュラウド、外側シュラウド、およびベーンが、複合材料で作製される単一部品を形成する、請求項1に記載のタービンエンジン部品。
- 繊維強化材が、その円周に沿った内側シュラウドおよび外側シュラウドのうちの一方に沿って、次にベーンのうちのすべてを通して連続的に、かつ次にその円周に沿った内側シュラウドおよび外側シュラウドのうちの他方のものに沿って通過する経路に沿って連続的に延在する1組の糸を含む、請求項2に記載のタービンエンジン部品。
- 複数のセクタから成り、各セクタが、内側シュラウドセクタと、外側シュラウドセクタと、シュラウドセクタの間に延在し、かつそれらに固定された少なくとも2つのベーンとを有する複合材料の単一部品を形成する、請求項1に記載のタービンエンジン部品。
- 複数のセクタから成り、各セクタが、内側シュラウドセクタと、外側シュラウドセクタと、シュラウドセクタの間に延在し、かつそれらに固定された少なくとも3つのベーンとを有する複合材料の単一部品を形成する、請求項1に記載のタービンエンジン部品。
- 外側シュラウドに固定され、それから半径方向に外側へ延在する少なくとも1つのフランジをさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のタービンエンジン部品。
- 内側シュラウドに固定され、内側に向かって開いている実質的なチャネルセクションのハウジングをそれの内側に画定する部分をさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のタービンエンジン部品。
- セラミックマトリックス複合材料で作製される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のタービンエンジン部品。
- 圧縮機ステータまたはタービンノズルを形成するタービンエンジン部品であり、内側シュラウドと、外側シュラウドと、および内側シュラウドと外側シュラウドとの間に実質的に半径方向に延在し、それらに固定されているベーンとを有する部品を製作する方法であって、
内側シュラウド用のプリフォームを形成する第1のプリフォーム部分の円周に沿って連続的に、次にベーンプリフォームを形成する第2のプリフォーム部分に沿って長手方向に連続的に、かつまた、外側シュラウドプリフォームを形成する第3のプリフォーム部分に沿って円周方向に通過する第1の組の糸を含む織繊維プリフォームを作製するステップであり、糸のうちの第1の組の糸が、第1のプリフォーム部分を通して、および第3のプリフォーム部分を通して1つの第2のプリフォーム部分から次のものまで交互に通過することによって、前記第2のプリフォーム部に沿って連続して通過する、ステップと、
繊維プリフォームをマトリックスによって高密度化するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 繊維プリフォームを作製するステップが、
1)ストリップの長手方向に連続的に延在し、平行な糸の複数の層を備える第1の組の糸と、不織セグメントによって互いから分離される繊維ストリップの織りセグメントに沿って第1の組の糸で製織される第2の組の糸とを有する繊維ストリップを製織するステップであり、繊維ストリップが、
第1のプリフォーム部分の長さに相当する長さにわたって延在する第1の繊維ストリップ部分であり、不織セグメントと交互する織りセグメントから成る第1の繊維ストリップ部分、
第1の部分直後の、不織セグメントと交互する織りセグメントから成る、第2の繊維ストリップ部分であり、第2の繊維ストリップ部分の織りセグメントが、第2のプリフォーム部分に対応し、ベーンの長手方向寸法に相当する長さを有し、第2の繊維ストリップ部分の不織セグメントが、連続したベーンプリフォームの間で結合部分を形成する、第2の繊維ストリップ部分、および
第2の部分直後の、第3のプリフォーム部分の長さに相当する長さにわたって延在する第3の繊維ストリップ部分であり、不織セグメントと交互する織りセグメントから成る、第3の繊維ストリップ部分
を備え、
第1および第3の部分のそれぞれにおいて織りセグメントおよび不織セグメントの総数がベーンの数に等しい、ステップと、
2)第1の繊維ストリップ部分を巻き上げるステップ、
巻き上げられた第1の繊維ストリップ部分に対して実質的に半径方向にその織りセグメントを配置するように、第2の繊維ストリップ部分を折り曲げるステップ、および
第3の繊維ストリップ部分を巻き上げるステップ
を含み、
連続したベーンプリフォームの間に結合部分を形成する第2の繊維ストリップ部分の不織セグメントが、巻き上げられた第1の繊維ストリップ部分において、および巻き上げられた第3の繊維ストリップ部分において交互に不織セグメントを通して係合される、繊維ストリップを成形するステップと
を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 第1または第3の繊維部分の不織セグメントを通して、2つの連続したベーンプリフォームの間に結合部分を形成する第2の繊維ストリップ部分の不織セグメントを係合した後、第2の繊維プリフォーム部分の前記不織セグメントが製織される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 製織が、第1または第3のプリフォーム部分の前記不織セグメントにおいて糸の第1の組の糸とインターリンクされている第2の繊維プリフォーム部分の前記不織セグメントにおいて、糸の第1の組の糸で行われる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 第2の繊維ストリップ部分に隣接する端部から遠い方の端部において、第1の繊維ストリップ部分は、巻き上げられた後にこれが内側シュラウドのインナーライニングを形成するように、その全長にわたって製織された第4の繊維ストリップ部分によって延在される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 繊維プリフォームを作製するステップが、それに実質的なチャネルセクションを与えるために、前記インナーライニングの側部を内側に折り返すステップを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 第2の繊維ストリップ部分に隣接する端部から遠い方の端部において、第3の繊維ストリップ部分は、巻き上げられた後にこれが外側シュラウドのアウターライニングを形成するように、その全長に沿って製織される第5の繊維ストリップ部分によって延在される、請求項10から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第5の繊維ストリップ部分が、第3の部分の幅よりも大きい幅から成り、繊維プリフォームを作製するステップが、第3の繊維ストリップ部分に対して側方に突出する前記アウターライニングの少なくとも一部を外側に折り返すステップを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
