Claims (18)
- 回転軸(10)を備え、かつ各々が、ねじ末端が雄型か雌型かにより、管状コンポーネントの外部又は内部の周辺面に形成された少なくとも1つの第1ねじ領域(3、3a;4、4a)を、その末端(1、2)の一方に備え、かつ、組立て時に協働しうる第1及び第2の管状コンポーネントを備え、
前記末端(1、2)が端子表面(7、8)で終端する、ねじ山接合部の作製のための組立体において、
前記ねじ領域の少なくとも1つは、前記ねじ領域の係合したねじ山長の少なくとも10%にわたり、かつ、前記回転軸(10)を通る長手方向断面において、曲線(C)の連続的な凹部にしたがう輪郭を有している、ねじ山接合部の作製のための組立体。 - 曲線(C)の前記凹部は、最小ねじ高が10%〜90%低減される円形又は楕円形の円弧である、請求項1に記載のねじ山接合部の作製のための組立体。
- 第1及び第2の管状コンポーネントは、前記ねじ末端が雄型か雌型かにより前記コンポーネントの外側又は内側の周辺面に形成された第2ねじ領域(3b;4b)を各々備え、かつ組立て時に協働しうる、請求項1又は2に記載のねじ山接合部の作製のための組立体。
- 各コンポーネントの、第2ねじ領域(3b;4b)が、第1ねじ領域(3a;4a)の延長部に設けられる、請求項3に記載のねじ山接合部の作製のための組立体。
- 第1及び第2の管状コンポーネントは、第1及び第2ねじ領域(3a、3b;4a、4b)間に設けられた金属/金属封止面(37;47)を各々備え、金属/金属封止面(37;47)は、第1及び第2の管状コンポーネントが一体に組み立てられる場合に、封止締まりばめ状態で協働しうる、請求項3又は4に記載のねじ山接合部の作製のための組立体。
- 金属/金属封止面(37;47)は先細りであり、他方の封止面はトロイダルである、請求項5に記載のねじ山接合部の作製のための組立体。
- 前記トロイダル面は雄型末端がある前記管状コンポーネント上に設けられ、そのトーラスの半径は40〜80mmであり、一方、前記先細り面は1〜6度のテーパ状で、雌型末端がある前記管状コンポーネント上に設けられる、請求項5に記載のねじ山接合部の作製のための組立体。
- ねじ領域又は複数のねじ領域(3;4)は、前記管状コンポーネントの回転軸(10)と0.5度以上、好ましくは、5度の角度を形成するテーパ母線(20)を有している、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のねじ山接合部の作製のための組立体。
- ねじ領域又は複数のねじ領域(3、3a、3b;4、4a、4b)は自動ロック式であり、そのねじ山(32;42)は、第1及び第2の管状コンポーネントの回転軸(10)を通る長手方向断面で見て、ねじ山頂部(35、45)と、ねじ山谷底部(36、46)と、ロードフランク(30;40)と、スタビングフランク(31;41)とを備え、各管状コンポーネントのねじ山頂部(35、45)の幅は、対象の前記管状コンポーネントの端子表面(7;8)の方向に狭くなり、一方、ねじ山谷底部(36、46)の幅は広くなる、請求項8に記載のねじ山接合部の作製のための組立体。
- 前記雄型及び雌型の管状コンポーネントの前記ねじ山の輪郭は、蟻継ぎ状である、請求項9に記載のねじ山接合部の作製のための組立体。
- 曲線(C)の凹部に一致する前記輪郭は、雄型末端(1)がある前記管状コンポーネントの端子表面(7)から最も遠いねじ領域(3a)に適用される、請求項8又は9に記載のねじ山接合部の作製のための組立体。
- 前記ねじ領域の少なくとも一方は、軸(10)を通る長手方向断面において、曲線の少なくとも2つの連続的な凹部にしたがう輪郭を有している、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のねじ山接合部の作製のための組立体。
- 前記ねじ領域の第1と最後のねじ山は、前記ねじ山頂部と谷底部との間に隙間を設けるために不完全である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のねじ山接合部の作製のための組立体。
- 前記不完全なねじ山頂部と谷底部との間の隙間(j)は、0.1〜3mmである、請求項13に記載のねじ山接合部の作製のための組立体。
- 各コンポーネントについて、第2ねじ領域(3b;4b)が、第1ねじ領域(3a;4a)の前記テーパ軸に平行だが一致しないテーパ軸上に設けられる、請求項3に記載のねじ山接合部の作製のための組立体。
- 各コンポーネントについて、第2ねじ領域(3b;4b)のらせんが、第1ねじ領域(3a、4a)のらせんに対して角度αだけずれる、請求項3に記載のねじ山接合部の作製のための組立体。
- 請求項4〜16のいずれか一項に記載の組立体の自動ロック式接合部により得られるねじ山接合部の構造。
- 回転軸(10)を備える管状コンポーネントを作製するための方法であって、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の組立体により作製される前記ねじ山接合部を得るための第2の機械加工を行う前に、軸(10)を通る長手方向断面において、曲線の連続的な凹部に一致する輪郭を得るように、前記管状コンポーネントの一方の末端の第1の機械加工が行われる、方法。
