Description

The present invention relates to, for example, a connection structure between an outer wall of a building and a partition wall having a pair of wall bodies arranged with a gap in the thickness direction.

Conventionally, curtain walls are used for the outer walls of high-rise hotels, office buildings, and the like, and the partition walls are double walls. An example is shown in FIG. The outer wall 1 shown in this figure is a double skin type glass curtain wall having an inner skin 1A and an outer skin 1B, and the partition wall 2 in the figure is a dry double wall. A clearance C is provided between the parting object 51 attached to the outer wall 1 and the partition wall 2.

The connection structure between the outer wall 1 and the partition wall 2 as described above can follow the behavior of the outer wall 1 in the out-of-plane (indoor) direction by the clearance C provided between the parting object 51 and the partition wall 2. Durability and the like are improved.

However, in the connection structure described above, the parting object 51 extending across the two living room spaces S1 and S2 partitioned by the partition wall 2 transmits the sound and vibration of the adjacent room, and becomes a weak point in sound insulation between the adjacent rooms. .

Further, in the above joint structure, the pair of sealing materials 53 and 53 provided between the outer wall 1 and the parting object 51 include the path R1 passing through the pair of sealing materials 52 and 52 provided in the portion serving as the clearance C. The sound insulation in the route R2 that is routed depends on each of the pair of sealing materials 52 and 53, and there is a problem that sufficient sound insulation performance between adjacent rooms cannot be obtained in this respect as well.

Here, Patent Document 1 discloses a technique for improving a sound insulation defect generated in an internal space of a building due to vibration of a glass curtain wall by providing a sound absorbing material or a sound insulation material. However, even in the joint structure of the outer wall (glass curtain wall) and the partition wall (fireproof partition wall) disclosed in Patent Document 1, the pair of backup material and seal material are routed particularly from the gap between the sound insulating material and the partition wall. In the route, sufficient sound insulation is not achieved. Further, Patent Document 1 does not specifically refer to a configuration for causing the sound insulating material to follow the behavior of the outer wall in the out-of-plane direction.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned matters, and its purpose is to prevent the transmission of sound and vibration from the outer wall to the partition wall while being able to follow the behavior of the outer wall, and the sound insulation performance between adjacent rooms. An object of the present invention is to provide a joint structure between an outer wall and a partition wall that can be improved.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the structure for connecting the outer wall and the partition wall according to the present invention is the connection between the outer wall of the building and the partition wall having a pair of wall bodies arranged with a gap in the thickness direction. A pair of outer wall side cutouts fixed in a state of being arranged side by side on the inner side of the outer wall, and a pair of outer wall side cutouts sandwiched from both the left and right sides, and provided at positions spaced from the outer wall, A pair of partition-side partings to which the wall body is fixed; a pair of sealing materials provided from the pair of partition-side partings to the outer wall; the pair of outer wall-side partings and the pair of partition-side partings It is characterized by comprising a pair of elastic members arranged between the hardware.

In the joint structure between the outer wall and the partition wall, each of the pair of partition-side parting objects is at a position farther from the outer wall than the pair of outer wall-side parting objects with respect to the receiving member attached to the ceiling and the floor. It has a connecting part to be connected, and the distance from the outer wall side part to the connecting part may be equal to or larger than the distance from the outer wall to the pair of partition side part ( Claim 2).

In the connection structure between the outer wall and the partition wall, the connection portion of one of the partition side parting objects is connected to the receiving member in a state of overlapping with the connection part of the other partition side parting object, and between the two connection parts. An elastic sheet may be sandwiched between the two (claim 3).

In the invention of the present application, a structure for connecting the outer wall and the partition wall that can follow the behavior of the outer wall and can prevent transmission of sound and vibration from the outer wall to the partition wall and improve sound insulation performance between adjacent rooms. Is obtained.

That is, in the connection structure between the outer wall and the partition wall of the invention according to each claim of the present application, by providing only the sealing material between the outer wall and each partition side parting object, between the outer wall and each partition side parting object. Can be a clearance that allows the behavior of the outer wall in the out-of-plane direction (in the room direction), and the behavior of the outer wall can be followed within this clearance range.

In addition, since an elastic member is inserted between the outer wall side part and the partition side part, sound and vibration from the outer wall are transmitted to the partition wall via the outer wall side part and the partition side part. Is also effectively prevented.

Further, in the conventional example shown in FIG. 5, the sound insulation between adjacent rooms in the path R1 passing through the pair of sealing materials 52, 52 and the path R2 passing through the pair of sealing materials 53, 53 is only the sealing materials 52, 53, respectively. It was not enough to rely on. However, in this invention, since a pair of outer wall side parting metal which exhibits a sound insulation effect is provided between a pair of sealing materials, sufficient sound insulation performance is obtained also in the path | route which passes along these pairs of sealing materials.

In the joint structure of the outer wall and the partition wall according to the second aspect of the present invention, each partition side parting metal is fixed by the receiving member. By the way, if the distance from the outer wall-side part fixed to the outer wall to the connecting part of the partition-side part is smaller than the clearance, the outer wall-side part will be partitioned when the outer wall behaves in the out-of-plane direction (indoor direction). There is a risk of colliding with the connecting part of the side parting metal and impairing the effectiveness of the clearance. However, in the present invention, the distance from the outer wall side cutout to the connecting portion is equal to or larger than the distance from the outer wall to the pair of partition side cutouts, so that the behavior of the outer wall for the clearance is surely allowed. can do.

In the previous example shown in FIG. 5, the parting object 51 straddling the adjacent rooms is a weak point in sound insulation between the adjacent rooms. However, in the connection structure between the outer wall and the partition wall of the invention according to claim 3 of the present application, sound and vibration are transmitted to the adjacent room through a pair of partition-side parting objects exposed to the indoor side. This is prevented by the elastic sheet sandwiched between the two connecting parts of the hardware.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a structure for connecting an outer wall 1 and a partition wall 2 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The outer wall 1 is a double skin type glass having an inner skin 1A and an outer skin 1B. It is a curtain wall, and the partition wall 2 is a dry double wall, and has a pair of wall bodies 2A and 2A arranged in a state where a gap is provided in the thickness direction.

As shown in FIG. 1, a pair of outer wall side metal fittings 3, 3 attached to the outer wall 1 and a pair of wall bodies 2 </ b> A of the partition wall 2 are fixed to a joint portion between the outer wall 1 and the partition wall 2. A pair of partition-side cut-off objects 4, 4; a pair of partition-side cut-off objects 4, 4 extending from the outer wall 1 to a pair of sealing materials 5, 5; a pair of outer-wall-side cut-off objects 3, 3; A pair of elastic members (rubber gaskets in this example) 6, 6 disposed between 4, 4 are provided.

FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing the main part of the connection structure shown in FIG. 1. Hereinafter, the configuration of each member will be described in detail with reference to FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the pair of outer wall side parting objects 3 and 3 are fixed in a state of being lined up side by side on the inner side (inner side) of the outer wall 1. As shown in FIG. 2, each outer wall side parting object 3 is connected by overlapping a part of two plates (in this example, steel plates) 7 and 8 extending in a crank shape in the indoor / outdoor direction (in this example, screw fastening) ). The plate 7 located outside the two plates 7 and 8 is an elastic sheet (for example, butyl) at a position where it enters the outer wall 1 (inner skin 1A) (a position outside the inner surface of the outer wall 1). The sheet is fixed to the outer wall 1 (inner skin 1 </ b> A) via a sheet 9 (screw fastening in this example).

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the pair of partition-side partings 4, 4 are provided at positions where the pair of outer wall-side partings 3, 3 are sandwiched from both the left and right sides and spaced from the outer wall 1 to the indoor side. It is. Each partition-side parting object 4 is constituted by a plate (steel plate in this example) that has an appropriately bent shape, and as shown in FIG. 2, a main body located between the outer wall 1 and the wall 2A. The connecting portion 11 extending in parallel with the outer wall 1, the main body portion 10 and the connecting portion 11 are connected to each other at a position farther from the outer wall 1 to the indoor side than the main body portion 10 and the outer wall side parting piece 3 (plate 8). And a relay portion 12 extending along the wall 2A.

Here, each partition-side parting piece 4 extends from the vicinity of the floor to the vicinity of the ceiling, and the upper and lower portions of the connecting portion 11 of each partition-side parting piece 4 are receiving members 13 and 13 attached to the ceiling and the floor, respectively (see FIG. 2, see FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the receiving member 13 is a plate-shaped member having a substantially L-shaped vertical cross section. The receiving member 13 extends in the horizontal direction along the ceiling or the floor and is attached to the ceiling or the floor by, for example, screw fastening. It has the surface part 14 and the vertical surface part 15 extended in the perpendicular direction and the connection part 11 of the partition side parting object 4 is connected (for example, screw fastening). FIG. 3 shows the receiving member 13 attached to the ceiling. When the receiving member 13 is attached to the floor, it may be used upside down.

And the connection part 11 of one partition side parting object 4 is connected to the upper and lower receiving members 13 and 13 in the state which overlapped with the connection part 11 of the other partition side parting object (screw fastening in this example), and two An elastic sheet (for example, a butyl sheet) 16 is sandwiched between the connecting portions 11 and 11.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1 (particularly as compared with FIG. 2), it is surrounded by a pair of outer wall side cutouts 3, 3 and vertical surface portions 15, 15 of the upper and lower receiving members 13, 13. A sound absorbing material (for example, rock wool) 17 is arranged in the space. Here, each of the pair of outer wall side cutouts 3 and 3 and the sound absorbing material 17 extends from the vicinity of the floor to the vicinity of the ceiling.

In the joint structure between the outer wall 1 and the partition wall 2 of the present embodiment described above, it is possible to follow the behavior of the outer wall 1, while preventing transmission of sound and vibration from the outer wall 1 to the partition wall 2, and between adjacent rooms. The sound insulation performance can be improved.

That is, first, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, only the seal material 5 is provided between the outer wall 1 and each partition-side parting object 4 (main body part 10). Accordingly, the clearance C1 (see FIG. 2) that allows the outer wall 1 to behave in the out-of-plane direction (in the room direction) is formed between the outer wall 1 and each partition-side parting object 4, and the behavior of the outer wall 1 in the range of the clearance C1. Can follow.

Further, when the distance D (see FIG. 2) from the outer wall-side part 3 fixed to the outer wall 1 to the connecting part 11 of the partition-side part 4 is smaller than the clearance C1, the outer wall 1 is in the out-of-plane direction (in the room direction). When this occurs, the outer wall-side part 3 collides with the connecting portion 11 of the partition-side part 4 and the effectiveness of the clearance C1 may be impaired. However, in the present embodiment, the distance D is equal to or larger than the clearance C1 by appropriately setting the length of the relay portion 12 of each partition-side part 4 and the position of the vertical surface portion 15 of the receiving member 13. By doing so, the behavior of the outer wall 1 corresponding to the clearance C1 can be reliably allowed.

Further, since the elastic member 6 is inserted between the outer wall side part 3 and the partition side part 4, the sound and vibration from the outer wall 1 are transmitted to the partition wall 2 via the part 3 and 4. This is also effectively prevented. In particular, in this embodiment, since a gasket is used as the elastic member 6, high sound insulation performance and durability can be obtained. In this example, the elastic member 6 is bonded and fixed to the outer wall side parting piece 3.

Here, in the previous example shown in FIG. 5, the parting object 51 straddling the adjacent rooms is a weak point in sound insulation between the adjacent rooms. However, in the present embodiment, sound and vibration are prevented from being transmitted to the adjacent chamber via the pair of partition-side partings 4 and 4 exposed to the indoor side by the elastic sheet 16 sandwiched between the both 4 and 4. The

However, in the present embodiment, the pair of outer wall side parting objects 3 and 3 are provided between the pair of sealing materials 5 and 5 so as to exert a sound insulating effect, and therefore pass through the pair of sealing materials 5 and 5. Sufficient sound insulation performance can be obtained even on the route.

Of course, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. For example, the following examples can be given, and it is needless to say that the modifications given in the present specification may be appropriately combined.

In the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the outer wall 1 is a double-skin type glass curtain wall, and the present invention can effectively improve the sound insulation performance when applied to such an outer wall 1. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the outer wall 1 may be a single skin type curtain wall or the like.

In the example shown in FIG. 2, each outer wall side cut-off metal 3, 3 is constituted by two plates 7, 8. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, each outer wall side cut-off metal 3 is constituted by a single plate. The shape thereof may be variously changed according to the structure of the outer wall 1 and the like. Further, the pair of outer wall side parting objects 3 and 3 may be integrated without being separated.

In the example shown in FIG. 2, the connecting portion 11 of one partition-side parting object 4 is connected to the upper and lower receiving members 13 and 13 in a state where it overlaps with the connecting part 11 of the other partition-side parting object. An elastic sheet 16 is sandwiched between 11 and 11. However, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, the two connecting portions 11, 11 may be connected (for example, screwed) to the upper and lower receiving members 13, 13 without overlapping each other. An elastic sheet 16 may be sandwiched between the vertical surface portion 15 and each connecting portion 11, or only between one of the two connecting portions 11 and each vertical surface portion 15 of the upper and lower receiving members 13, 13. 16 may be sandwiched.
