Claims (4)
- 差別化されたサービスの制御パラメータ(94)に従ってアクセスポイント(14)とネットワークを介して無線通信するように構成されたノード(20)であって、
ノード(20)に対応する差別化されたサービスの制御パラメータ(94)の設定の個別制御を行うように構成されたコントローラ(26)であって、
生理学的データ(60)を受信し、
前記生理学的データ(60)に前記アクセスポイントへ伝送される確率を向上させる優先レベル(92)を割り当て、
前記優先レベル(92)に基づいて前記ノード(20)に前記差別化されたサービスの制御パラメータ(94)の設定を調整し、
前記生理学的データ(60)に前記優先レベル(92)を割り当てるために加重和の計算を行い、
前記生理学的データ(60)をデータ閾値と比較して分類(80)を決定し、前記分類(80)に基づいて前記加重和の計算を行う
ように構成され、
前記差別化されたサービスが、前記ネットワークの測定信号品質に応じて前記生理学的データ(60)のすくなくとも一部を取り除くことを含む、前記コントローラ(26)
を含む、ノード(20)。 - 前記ノード(20)が、IEEE802.11eプロトコルに従って前記アクセスポイント(14)と無線通信するように構成され、
前記差別化されたサービスの制御パラメータ(94)が、Differentiated Services Code Pointである、請求項1に記載のノード(20)。 - 前記生理学的データ(60)は、心拍数ECGデータ、血圧データ、体温データ、血液ガス測定データ、および気道ガス測定データのいずれかであり、
前記データ閾値は、心拍数ECGデータ、血圧データ、体温データ、血液ガス測定データ、および気道ガス測定データについて定義された限界または範囲を含み、
前記ノード(20)が患者監視装置(20)であって、前記生理学的データ(60)が前記患者監視装置(20)によって取得される生理学的データ(60)である、請求項1または2に記載のノード。 - 前記アクセスポイント(14)と、
請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の複数のノード(20)と、
