Description

The present application relates to a mounting fixture for an on-roof installation with reduced cost by reducing the number of members. The present application also relates to a mounting bracket for a roof installation that is resistant to positive pressure and negative pressure received by the installation on the roof.

FIGS. 6 to 8 show the fixtures for the installation on the roof. The fixing bracket of FIG. 6 is attached on the roof, and the fixing bracket of FIG. 7 is combined on it. And the installation object on a roof is mounted on the fixing metal fitting of FIG. 7, and is attached like FIG. The fixing metal fitting and the holding metal fitting shown in FIG. 7 are combined with bolts erected on the mounting piece of the fixing metal fitting shown in FIG. Moreover, the attachment position of the installation object (solar cell module) on a roof is easily determined with the fixing metal fitting of FIG.

FIG. 9 shows a mounting bracket having a mechanism in which the fixing brackets of FIGS. 6 and 7 are integrated. In the mounting bracket of FIG. 9, the male threaded rod portion is integrated by welding or the like. 9 is tightened with the screw fastening means 7 and 8 to change the bending angle of the receiving part 5 and the gob catching part 4, and is attached on the roof with the gob between the finger parts 4b and 4b. It is done. Furthermore, it is necessary to install the solar cell module 3 at an appropriate position.

FIG. 10 shows an enclosure fixture. The main body A provided in a pair of left and right symmetry includes a bolt support portion 15 formed by a bolt head storage portion 15a and a bolt shaft storage portion 15b. When the main body A is combined in an appropriate state by tightening the connector B, the mounting bolt 4 is erected and fixed in a non-rotating state.

FIG. 11 shows a bolt mounting tool. The mounting bolt 2 is erected and fixed by the front side sandwiching body 6 and the back side sandwiching body 8.

The fixing fixtures for the on-roof installation shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 have the problems of improving the strength against positive pressure and negative pressure applied to the installation on the roof and reducing the cost by reducing the number of members.

The mounting bracket shown in FIG. 9 has a high processing cost because the male threaded rod portion is integrated by welding or the like. In addition, the mounting bracket of FIG. 9 changes the bending angle of the receiving portion 5 and the gob grip portion 4 by fastening the screw fastening means 7 and 8. For this reason, the strength of the bent portion is low, and there is a risk of being cut by the positive / negative pressure applied to the installation object on the roof. Furthermore, there was no positioning means when installing the solar cell module 3. For this reason, the pressing metal fitting may not be attached to the solar cell module, or it may be reattached to the correct position of the mounting metal fitting.

In the enclosure fitting shown in FIG. 10, only when the main body A is combined in an appropriate state by tightening the connector B, the attachment bolt 4 is fixed upright in a non-rotating state. Therefore, when the main body A cannot be combined in an appropriate state due to the state of the roof or the like, there is a risk that the mounting bolt 4 may be idle or fall off.

In the bolt mounting tool of FIG. 11, the mounting bolt 2 is erected and fixed by the front side sandwiching body 6 and the back side sandwiching body 8. For this reason, the number of members is large, leading to an increase in cost.

In the technologies from FIG. 6 to FIG. 11, when the installation on the roof is a photovoltaic power generation panel, it is necessary to conduct between the photovoltaic power generation panels. In this case, it was necessary to conduct using another additional member or to connect the ground wires of the photovoltaic power generation panel.

An object of the present application is to provide a mounting bracket for an installation on a roof having a small number of members, easy mounting, and high load bearing strength. It is another object of the present invention to provide a mounting fixture for an installation on the roof that can easily determine an appropriate attachment position of the installation on the roof and also has a conduction function.

The present application is a mounting member for an on-roof installation having a fixing member, a mounting member combined on the fixing member, a bolt inserted into the mounting member from the fixing member side, and a shaft body. The mounting member includes a bolt insertion surface having a bolt insertion hole, a hanging portion that is folded so as to form two substantially parallel surfaces from the bolt insertion surface, and a connection portion in which a central portion of the hanging portion extends downward. And a mounting portion that is bent outward from the hanging portion. The connecting portion is formed with a shaft body insertion hole at a position lower than the placement portion. The shaft body is inserted into the shaft body insertion hole, and the fixing member and the placement member are combined.

Further, in addition to the above, the present application is a mounting bracket for an installation on a roof having a positioning portion in which a bolt insertion surface extends toward an end portion and has a wider interval than between hanging portions.

Furthermore, in addition to the above, the present application is a mounting bracket for an installation object on a roof in which a conductive protrusion is formed on the mounting member.

The mounting member in the present application has a shape that integrates the mounting piece of FIG. 6 described above and the fixing bracket of FIG. 7 and can be manufactured from a single plate. Therefore, the number of members can be reduced and the cost can be reduced. Moreover, it is a part with which the bolt of the mounting member was combined most when a load is applied to the installation thing on a roof. There is a connecting portion directly below or near the portion, and is connected to the shaft body. Therefore, compared with the structure in which only the part not directly under the bolt is connected to the shaft body, the present application has higher strength against the positive pressure and the negative pressure applied to the installation object on the roof.

In the present application, the bolt head is fitted between the hanging portions, and the rotation is stopped. Therefore, it is possible to attach the installation object on the roof only by combining the holding metal fittings and tightening the nut. Further, since it is not necessary to perform welding or the like, the processing cost can be suppressed. Furthermore, this application can determine easily the suitable attachment position of an installation thing on a roof by contact | abutting to a hanging part or a positioning part.

In the present application, the mounting member and the fixing member are separate bodies. For this reason, the fixed state of the mounting bracket does not affect the mounting state of the installation object on the roof and the standing state of the bolt, and the bolt does not idle or fall off.

In the present application, only the mounting member is used for standing the bolt, or a very inexpensive stopper or the like is used. Therefore, the number of members is small, and the cost can be kept low.

In the present application, a conductive protrusion is formed on the mounting member. Therefore, it is not necessary to conduct by using another additional member or to connect the ground wires of the photovoltaic power generation panels.

An example of a mounting bracket for a roof installation according to the present application will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 to 3 are explanatory views of the first embodiment. 4 to 5 are explanatory views of the second embodiment.

First, in this application, an installation on a roof refers to the thing generally attached on a roof. For example, a solar power generation panel is typical. In addition, in this application, the member for attaching a photovoltaic power generation panel etc. are also contained in a roof installation thing.

The roof in this application does not ask | require the kind of roofing material currently installed. For example, a goby folded-plate roof to which a mounting bracket using a shaft is easily applied is optimal, but other horizontal or vertical roofs may be used.

First, Example 1 will be described. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the mounting bracket, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the mounting member 1, and FIG. 3 is an explanatory view of the mounting state of the installation object S on the roof as viewed in a direction orthogonal to the flow direction of the roof.

In this embodiment, the fixing member 2, the mounting member 1 combined on the fixing member 2, the bolt 3 inserted into the mounting member 1 from the fixing member 2 side, and the shaft body substantially parallel to the roof surface. 4 is a mounting bracket for the on-roof installation S having 4. The installation of the installation object S on the roof is performed as follows.

First, the installation object S on the roof is placed on the mounting member 1. Next, the holding metal fitting O is inserted into the bolt 3 and is put on the installation object S on the roof. When the nut N is tightened to the bolt 3, the installation object S on the roof is sandwiched between the mounting member 1 and the holding metal fitting O and attached.

In the present application, the presser fitting O is used in combination. When the presser fitting O has a substantially hat-shaped cross section as in the present embodiment, it is possible to cope with various thicknesses of the installation object S on the roof depending on how the nut N is tightened. However, the presser fitting O may not have a substantially hat-shaped cross section. For example, when a locked portion extending outward from the bottom surface of the end portion of the installation object on the roof as shown in FIG. 9 is formed, the presser fitting O has a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section as used in FIG. It may be a shape. Moreover, the holding metal fitting of the shape which mounts an installation object on a roof only on the mounting part 14 of the one side of FIG. 3, and hold | suppresses only that side may be sufficient.

The shaft body 4 may be parallel to the flow direction of the roof, or may be parallel to the crossing direction of the roof. Further, it is desirable that the shaft body 4 is inserted and fixed to the fixing member 2 from the side surface. In the present embodiment, the shaft body 4 is a bolt for swinging the mounting member 1 with the fixing member 2. The shaft body 4 is not limited to a bolt for swinging, but may be a shaft body 4 provided for other purposes. For example, the bolt may be used as the shaft body 4 as long as it is as in the present embodiment in which the goby portion of the roof is clamped with a bolt. Further, the shaft body 4 may be provided only for combining the fixing member 2 and the mounting member 1 or may be a rod-shaped member that is not a bolt.

The fixing member 2 only needs to be able to combine the mounting member 1 and the shaft body 4, and the fixing structure to the roof material and other components are not limited. A present Example is an attachment metal fitting attached to a goby folded-plate roof. The fixing member 2 of the mounting bracket of the present embodiment is fixed by sandwiching the goby portion of the roof.

The mounting member 1 is formed by bending a single plate material in the present embodiment. Conventionally, it is common that the mounting member 1 formed by bending a single plate material increases its strength by increasing its plate thickness. Therefore, an increase in cost is inevitable for improving the strength.

The mounting member 1 includes a bolt insertion surface 11 having a bolt insertion hole, and hanging portions 12 and 12 that are folded down so as to form two substantially parallel surfaces from the bolt insertion surface 11. The bolt may be a commercially available hexagon bolt. In this case, it is desirable that the interval between the hanging parts 12 and 12 is larger than the width of the two faces of the bolt head and smaller than the diagonal of the bolt head. By doing so, it is only necessary to cover the installation object S on the roof S with the holding metal fitting O and tighten it with the nut N when attaching the installation object S on the roof. At this time, the bolt head comes into contact with the hanging portion 12 and is in a non-rotating state.

It is desirable that the bolt insertion hole 111 of the mounting member 1 is formed at a substantially central portion of the bolt insertion surface 11. By doing so, when a negative pressure is applied to the installation object S on the roof, a load is applied to the mounting bracket with a good balance. Further, the bolt insertion surface 11 is formed by bending the hanging portion 12. Therefore, the bolt insertion surface 11 is reinforced by the hanging parts 12 and 12, and is not easily deformed when the bolt 3 is subjected to a lifting / pressing load.

It is desirable to form a stopper hole 121 in the hanging part 12. The stopper hole 121 is formed at a position about the height of the bolt head from the bolt insertion surface 11. Therefore, after the bolt 3 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 111, the stopper T is inserted into the stopper hole 121. As a result, the bolt 3 does not fall. As a result, it is easy to attach the installation object S on the roof.

The mounting member 1 has a hanging portion 12 and a connecting portion 13 in which a central portion of the hanging portion 12 extends downward. The connecting portion 13 is preferably formed on one plane with the hanging portion 12. By doing so, it becomes the most efficient structure for transmitting the load applied to the bolt 3 to the shaft body 4 directly below.

The mounting member 1 has a mounting portion 14 that is bent outward from the hanging portion 12. In the present embodiment, a substantially U-shaped cut is formed, the inside thereof is left as the connecting portion 13, and the outside thereof is bent to form the placement portion 14. Moreover, it is desirable that the bolt insertion surface 11 and the mounting portion 14 form a step. By providing this step, it is possible to use a shorter bolt 3 than when there is no step.

The end portion of the mounting portion 14 may be bent to form the mounting portion outer surface 142. Further, the placement portion auxiliary surface 143 may be formed by bending the placement portion outer surface 142. By doing so, the mounting area of the installation object S on a roof becomes large, and the stable installation is attained.

When the installation object S on the roof is a photovoltaic power generation panel, when the placement unit outer surface 142 is formed, a cut is made in the placement unit 14 and the placement unit 14 is folded down on the placement surface. A protruding conductive protrusion 141 may be provided. In this embodiment, conductive protrusions 141, 141, 141, 141 are formed at four locations. When the photovoltaic power generation panel is pressed from above by the presser fitting O, the film of the frame of the photovoltaic power generation panel is broken by the conductive protrusion 141. As a result, the adjacent photovoltaic power generation panels can be made conductive by the mounting member 1. At this time, the mounting member 1 needs to have conductivity. By providing the conductive protrusion 141, the conductive wiring between the photovoltaic power generation panels can be omitted, so that the workability is improved. Furthermore, by forming a plurality of conductive projections 141, any of the conductive projections 141 functions even when the mounting bracket is tilted, so that electrical conduction between the photovoltaic power generation panels can be reliably ensured.

A shaft body insertion hole 131 is formed in the connecting portion 13 at a position lower than the placement portion 14. The shaft body 4 is inserted into the shaft body insertion hole 131 so that the fixing member 2 and the mounting member 1 are combined. In addition, in order to combine the fixing member 2 and the mounting member 1, other components may be formed. In this embodiment, the shaft body 4 is inserted through the second connecting portions 144 and 144 having the second shaft body insertion holes 144a and 144a. Therefore, the shaft member 4 is inserted into the mounting member 1 at a total of four locations, and the strength of the mounting bracket is improved. Further, the mounting member 1 and the fixing member 2 may be additionally formed with a combination structure that is unrelated to the shaft body, in addition to the portion through which the shaft body 4 is inserted.

In the present embodiment, the bolt insertion surface 11 has a positioning portion 15 that extends toward the end and has a wider interval than between the hanging portions 12 and 12. The positioning portion 15 forms a positioning contacted portion 151 that is bent so as to be parallel to the hanging portion 12. In attaching the installation object S on the roof, the end part of the installation object S on the roof is brought into contact with the contacted portion 151 for positioning, so that it can be arranged at an appropriate attachment position. Further, the width of the positioning part 15 can be arbitrarily set as long as it is wider than the width of the hanging parts 12. Further, in this embodiment, the positioning contacted portion 151 is formed by bending, but the edge or the like may be used as it is without being bent.

Next, from the assembly of the mounting bracket of the present embodiment to the mounting of the installation object S on the roof will be described.

First, the bolt 3 is inserted into the mounting member 1 from the side of the fixing member 2 and is not dropped by the stopper T. Thus, the mounting member 1 and the bolt 3 are integrated. Next, the mounting member 1 is combined on the fixing member 2, and the shaft body 4 is inserted through them to be integrated as a mounting bracket.

The assembled mounting bracket is attached by the fixing member 2 holding the goby portion of the goby folded plate roof. At the time of attachment, the hanging parts 12 and 12 are attached in a direction facing the eaves-ridge direction. After the plurality of mounting brackets are attached to the roof, the installation object S on the roof is placed on the placement member 1. At this time, the edge of the installation object S on the roof is brought into contact with the positioning unit 15 to be positioned. Then, the holding metal fitting O is inserted into the bolt 3 and put on the roof installation object S. Then, the nut N is fastened to the bolt 3. As a result, the installation object S on the roof is sandwiched and attached between the mounting member 1 and the holding metal fitting O.

Next, Example 2 will be described. 4 is a perspective view of the mounting bracket, and FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view of the mounting bracket.

The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the configuration of the fixing member 2. In the mounting bracket of this embodiment, a hole is made in the roof, and the fixing member 2 is fixed by a fixing tool K such as a roof bolt. Thus, it does not ask | require about the structure where the fixing member 2 is fixed to a roof. A sandwiching structure as in the first embodiment may be used, or a structure fixed with a roof bolt as in the present embodiment may be used. In addition, the structure etc. which are stuck with an adhesive agent etc. may be sufficient.

Next, attachment of the installation object S on a roof is demonstrated.

First, the bolt 3 is inserted upward into the mounting member 1 from the fixing member 2 side, with the bolt head facing down, so that the stopper 3 does not fall. Thus, the mounting member 1 and the bolt 3 are integrated.

Next, a hole for inserting the fixture K is made in the roof. And the fixing member 2 which has a fixing hole in a bottom face is mounted on the roof which opened the hole. The fixing tool K is inserted into the fixing hole from above and tightened to fix the fixing member 2 on the roof. Then, the mounting member 1 is mounted on the fixed member 2, the shaft body 4 is inserted, and they are combined. Thus, after fixing on a roof, you may combine as an attachment metal fitting.

In this way, after the plurality of mounting brackets are attached to the roof, the roof installation object S is placed on the mounting member 1.
