Description
The present invention relates to a system trolley equipped with various devices to which an endoscope is connected and configured to be movable in that state.
In a conventional endoscope system, various devices for connecting an endoscope, for example, external devices such as a control unit, a video processor, a light source device, and a display device are mounted and configured to be movable in that state. Is generally put to practical use.
In a conventional system trolley, as a means for mounting a display device having a thin monitor panel, for example, an arm device for attaching a monitor is provided on an upper part of a trolley, a side part or the like. As a configuration of the monitor mounting arm device, for example, there is a configuration in which each arm member is configured to be extendable and contractable by connecting a plurality of arm members via joint portions. A conventional system trolley equipped with this type of monitor mounting arm device deploys each arm member in accordance with the state of the endoscope system to be mounted (the state of use or the state of movement, storage, etc.) By being folded, it is configured such that settings such as directing the display screen of the display device attached to the tip of the arm member in a desired direction can be easily performed.
Various types of monitor mounting arm devices for mounting a display device having a thin monitor panel have been proposed by, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2009-125371, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-97775, etc. It has been put into practical use.
The monitor mounting arm device disclosed in the above Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2009-125371 and the above Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-97775 is for mounting a display device in an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2009-125371 discloses that the display device and the support arm mechanism can be maintained in a posture suitable for the situation while using the support arm mechanism having a high degree of freedom. Specifically, for example, the support arm mechanism is provided with a mechanism capable of setting the posture of the arm unit supporting the display device to a fixed state (locked state) or releasing the fixed state. Thereby, the display screen of the display device during use of the system can be held in a posture that is easy for the user to observe. Further, in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-97775, the display device supported by the arm unit is fixed in a largely inclined posture, or the storage state is fixed so that the display device and the arm mechanism do not protrude from the device width. By doing so, it has been devised so that a forward view at the time of trolley movement can be secured or a form suitable for movement can be obtained.
On the other hand, conventional system trolleys are generally put into practical use so that they can be easily moved even when they are equipped with a structural unit of an endoscope system that is relatively heavy by providing casters. Yes.
However, when the endoscope system is used, it is desirable that the trolley itself can be fixedly installed at a predetermined position without moving. Therefore, a conventional system trolley equipped with a mechanism for locking casters used at the time of movement is disclosed in, for example, the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-10169, and is generally put into practical use.
The system trolley disclosed by the above Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-10169 discloses a mechanism for detecting a holding state of an installed endoscope or the like and interlocking a caster lock mechanism according to the detection result. .
In a conventional system trolley equipped with a monitor mounting arm, when moving, the monitor mounting arm is normally folded and arranged at a position where the display device is substantially integrated with the system trolley. The monitor mounting arm can be extended and contracted with a relatively light force so that the user can easily use it. From this, when the system trolley moves, for example, when the system trolley turns right or left from a straight movement state, the folded arm moves due to the centrifugal force applied to the system trolley, which is not intended. The arm may expand.
Therefore, in the system trolley of the conventional form, the trolley is pushed and walked while holding the arm or the like that may move during the movement with the user's attention while moving. In this case, since the user must press the system trolley with the other hand while holding the arm or the like with one hand, there is a problem that the burden on the user at the time of movement increases.
In the case of a system trolley equipped with casters, it is desirable that the casters be in a free state during movement, while the casters are securely locked during use of the endoscope system. However, in the case of a conventional system trolley with a caster, the operation to set the lock state or the operation to release the lock is generally performed arbitrarily by the user each time, so the user forgets to operate it. There was much possibility that etc. occurred.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described points, and the object of the present invention is according to the use situation (during use, at the time of movement, at the time of storage, etc.) without the user being particularly conscious. The monitor mounting arm is in an appropriate state (deployed state, locked state, unlocked state, etc.) and can be maintained so that it is easy to operate while ensuring safety during movement. Is to provide a system trolley.
In order to achieve the above object, a system trolley according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a housing including an area in which stored items can be stored, an arm portion extending outside the housing, and a lock of the arm portion. A locking mechanism for releasing, a gripping part for gripping when moving the housing, an operation part capable of fixing and releasing the locking mechanism in accordance with a gripping operation to the gripping part, and the operation part And an interlocking unit that performs a fixing operation and a releasing operation of the lock mechanism in accordance with the operation.
According to the present invention, the state of the monitor mounting arm (deployed state, locked state, unlocked state, etc.) according to the usage situation (during use, movement, storage, etc.) without special awareness by the user. It is possible to provide a system trolley that takes the operability into consideration while ensuring the safety during movement.

[First Embodiment]

In FIG. 5, one monitor mounting arm device (main) is in the retracted state, and the other monitor mounting arm device (sub) is in the extended state.
First, a schematic configuration of the system trolley of the present embodiment will be described below mainly using FIGS.
1 to 5, the
Here, various constituent units constituting the endoscope system include, for example, various devices that connect the endoscope, for example, external devices such as a control unit, a video processor, a light source device, and a display device. Of the various constituent units constituting the endoscope system, the external device directly related to the present invention is a display device. Therefore, in FIGS. 1 to 5, only two display devices (
In addition, if it is set as the state which mounts the various structural units etc. which comprise an endoscope system with respect to the
Further, on the bottom surface side of the
The
As shown in FIG. 5, the
Similarly, the
When the
Here, in the present embodiment, the storage state of the first arm device 21 (see FIGS. 1, 2, and 5) is specifically such that the two
Similarly, the storage state of the
In addition, the
Here, FIG. 6 is an enlarged configuration diagram of a main part showing an enlarged configuration part of the moving handle of the system trolley of the present embodiment and also showing an internal configuration thereof. As shown in FIG. 6, a
The
The
With this configuration, when the user grips one
Here, FIG. 7 is a conceptual diagram showing the arrangement of wires in the system trolley of the present embodiment. One
8, FIG. 9, and FIG. 10 are conceptual diagrams showing an internal configuration of a joint portion (portion indicated by reference numeral [8] in FIG. 7) of the second arm device in the system trolley of the present embodiment. 8 and 10 are views of the joint portion viewed from the side, and FIG. 9 is a view of the joint portion viewed from the direction [9] in FIG. 8 and 9 show a state where the second arm device is extended (deployed state), and FIG. 10 shows a state where the second arm device is bent (stored state).
As described above, in the
As shown in FIG. 8, the two
A locking hole 22ad is formed in a predetermined portion on the inner peripheral surface of the concave portion 22ab. The
Further, when the
That is, when the user holds the moving
At this time, when the user releases the grip of the moving
As described above, the
In the above description, the detailed configuration in the vicinity of the
As described above, according to the first embodiment, the
With such a configuration, if the user previously puts the monitor mounting arm devices (21, 22) in the retracted state prior to moving the
[Second Embodiment]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. The configuration of this embodiment is basically the same as that of the first embodiment described above, and the configuration of the monitor mounting arm device is different. Therefore, the detailed description of the same configuration as that of the above-described first embodiment will be omitted, and only different parts will be described below. In the following description of the present embodiment, the same reference numerals are used for the same components as those of the first embodiment described above.
FIGS. 11-13 is a conceptual diagram which shows schematic structure of a 2nd arm apparatus among the monitor attachment arm apparatuses in the system trolley of the 2nd Embodiment of this invention. Among these, FIG. 11 shows a state where the monitor mounting arm device (second arm device) is extended (deployed state). FIG. 12 shows a state where the monitor mounting arm device (second arm device) is bent (stored state). 11 (A) and 12 (A) are schematic views of the entire monitor mounting arm device (second arm device) to which the display device is attached, and FIG. 11 (B) and FIG. 12 (B). These are the figures which expand and show the internal structure of each joint part of FIG. 11 (A) and FIG. 12 (A). FIG. 13 is a conceptual diagram showing an internal configuration viewed from the direction [13] in FIG.
Among the monitor mounting arm devices in the system trolley of the present embodiment, the basic configuration of the
Here, in this embodiment, the structure of two arm part 22Aa, 22Ab and joint part 22Ac differs from the above-mentioned 1st Embodiment. That is, in the present embodiment, the planar shape of the portion that forms the joint portion 22Ac at the tip of one arm portion 22Aa is formed in a substantially circular shape as shown in FIGS. Further, as shown in FIG. 13, the cross-sectional shape of the same portion of the tip portion of the arm portion 22Aa is formed in a substantially channel shape, and the channel-shaped opening opens toward the forefront side and both side portions. It is formed as follows. A through hole 22Aac is formed in the same portion of the distal end portion of the arm portion 22Aa in a direction orthogonal to the major axis direction of the arm portion 22Aa and passing through the opening. Further, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the planar shape of the portion that forms the joint portion 22Ac that is the base end portion of the other arm portion 22Ab is formed in a substantially circular shape, and the circular shape is The arm portion 22Aa is formed so as to be smaller than the circular shape of the tip portion. Further, a through hole 22Abc that penetrates in the direction orthogonal to the major axis direction of the arm portion 22Ab is formed at the base end portion of the arm portion 22Ab.
The joint shaft member 22Aca of the joint portion 22Ac is fitted into the through hole 22Aac and the through hole 22Abc. Accordingly, the two arm portions 22Aa and 22Ab are configured to be rotatable within a predetermined range around the joint shaft member 22Aca of the joint portion 22Ac.
A
In the
That is, in the present embodiment, the user can fold the
Further, if the user stops the movement of the trolley and releases the operation of grasping the
In the above description of the second embodiment, the detailed configuration of the vicinity of the joint portion 22Ac of the
As described above, according to the second embodiment, the
With such a configuration, the user is particularly aware of only the operation of grasping the
[Third Embodiment]
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the first and second embodiments described above, the folding mechanism that operates the lock mechanism that locks the monitor mounting arm device by holding the moving
On the other hand, the configuration of this embodiment is basically the same as that of the first and second embodiments described above, but in this embodiment, the caster can be obtained by gripping both the moving
14 and 15 are views showing a third embodiment of the present invention. Among these, FIG. 14 is a conceptual diagram showing the arrangement of wires in the system trolley of the present embodiment. FIG. 15 is a conceptual diagram showing an outline of the internal configuration by enlarging the caster in the system trolley of the present embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 14, the basic configuration of the
In the
Here, the detailed structure of the
The
The
The
The
The end of the
With such a configuration, in the
On the other hand, when the user moves the
As described above, according to the third embodiment, when the
With such a configuration, the user is particularly aware of only the operation of grasping the
In the third embodiment described above, the
[Fourth Embodiment]
Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described. In each of the above-described embodiments, by holding both the moving
On the other hand, the configuration of the present embodiment is basically the same as that of the second embodiment described above, but in this embodiment, the monitor is electrically mounted in conjunction with the main power on / off operation. It is a structural example provided with the mechanism which operates the arm folding mechanism of an arm apparatus. Therefore, the detailed description of the same configurations as those of the above-described embodiments will be omitted, and only different parts will be described below. In the following description of the present embodiment, the same reference numerals are used for the same configurations as the configurations of the above-described embodiments.
16-19 is a figure which shows the 4th Embodiment of this invention. Among these, FIG. 16 is a conceptual diagram showing a schematic configuration of a system trolley of the present embodiment and an arrangement of wires. FIG. 17 is a block configuration diagram showing an outline of an electrical configuration in the system trolley of the present embodiment. 18 and 19 are conceptual diagrams showing an outline of the internal configuration in the vicinity of the joint portion of the monitor mounting arm device in the system trolley of the present embodiment. 18 is a view seen from the direction [18] of FIG. 19, and FIG. 19 is a view seen from the direction [19] of FIG.
As shown in FIG. 16, the basic configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 17, the electrical configuration of the
As described above, the
The electric circuit components in the two monitor mounting arm devices (21B, 22B) are provided in or near the joint portion 22Bc, and the
With this configuration, in this embodiment, when the
Here, the outline of the internal configuration of the two monitor mounting arm devices (21B, 22B) will be briefly described with reference to FIGS. As two monitor mounting arm devices, there are a
The
In the second embodiment described above, the
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, one
As described above, according to the fourth embodiment, the folding state of the monitor mounting arm device is operated in conjunction with the off / on operation of the
Note that the lock release mechanism of the
