In the lighting fixture shown in Patent Document 1 described above, one locking wall extends laterally through the insertion hole in a state in which the light source portion is attached to the fixture body, and is stored inside the fixture body. The allowance to the instrument body side was long, and therefore the instrument body was also long in the width direction.

This invention is made | formed in view of the said problem, The place made into the objective is to provide the lighting fixture which suppressed that the fixture main body became long in the width direction.

The lighting fixture of the present invention is detachable from the fixture main body in a state where the longitudinal direction is the same as the longitudinal direction of the fixture main body and the width direction of the fixture main body is the longitudinal direction. A light source unit to be mounted, the instrument body has a recess for accommodating at least a part of the light source unit on the side opposite to the construction material, the light source unit includes a substrate on which a plurality of light emitting elements are mounted, and a plurality of light source units And a mounting member for mounting the substrate to the instrument body so that the light emitting element faces the opposite side of the instrument body. The mounting member has a base that supports the substrate and a hook at the tip, and the width of the base. A locking fitting that extends slidably on one end side in the direction, and has an insertion hole for inserting the locking fitting on one end side in the width direction of the recess, and the hooking portion is an opening end of the insertion hole. Hooking on the edge A holding bracket for temporarily holding the light source unit, anchor fitting which is inserted into the insertion hole when mounting the light source unit to the instrument body, characterized in that the abutting contact portion is provided.

In this lighting fixture, the mounting member includes a support fitting that supports the locking fitting, the locking fitting has a protruding portion that protrudes toward the support fitting, and the support fitting temporarily holds the light source unit. At this time, the locking metal fitting 26 is in the state of being most pulled out to the left side with respect to the mounting member 21, and the protrusion 262a is engaged with the first engagement hole 251b (FIGS. 1A and 1). (See (c)).

Then, when the light source unit 2 is rotated counterclockwise with the hooking portion 261a side as the rotation center from this state, the locking spring 28 engages with a locking portion (not shown) provided in the instrument body 1. The light source unit 2 is attached to the instrument body 1 (see FIG. 1B). At this time, the locking metal fitting 26 abuts the side surface portion 12 through the insertion hole 271a, and the engagement state between the protrusion 262a and the first engagement hole 251b is released by the reaction force from the side surface portion 12, and the locking metal fitting 26 is released. Moves to the right.

In a state where the light source unit 2 is attached to the instrument main body 1, the locking member 26 is most retracted with respect to the attachment member 21, and the protrusion 262a is engaged with the second engagement hole 251c (FIG. 1). (See (b)).

Next, the assembly procedure of the light source unit 2 will be described. First, the operator fixes the power supply device 24 to the upper surface of the bottom surface portion 211 of the mounting member 21, and further fixes the two substrates 22, 22 to the lower surface of the bottom surface portion 211 of the mounting member 21 by the locking claws. To do. Thereafter, the operator passes the electric wire led out from the connector 223 of the board 22 through the hole 211 a provided in the bottom surface portion 211 of the mounting member 21, and connects the end portion to the power supply device 24.

Finally, the operator attaches the cover member 23 to the attachment member 21 with the opening side facing upward. At this time, the hook portion 233a of each leg portion 233 engages with the corresponding protrusion 212a of the side surface portion 212. The light source unit 2 is assembled by the above procedure.

Then, the construction procedure of the lighting fixture A is demonstrated. First, an operator passes a power line (not shown) wired in advance on the back of the ceiling through a hole (not shown) in the protruding portion 111 of the instrument body 1 and then is exposed from the ceiling material 100. A bolt (not shown) is passed through a hole (not shown) in the projecting portion 112. Furthermore, an operator screws a nut (not shown) into the suspension bolt to fix the appliance body 1 to the ceiling material 100.

Thereafter, the worker connects the end of the power line to the terminal block, and further connects the terminal block and the power supply device 24 with an electric wire. Finally, the operator hooks the hooking portion 261a of the locking metal fitting 26 on the opening edge of the insertion hole 271a of the holding metal fitting 27, and then rotates the light source unit 2 around the hooking portion 261a. The locking spring 28 is engaged with the locking portion of the instrument body 1. Thereby, the light source unit 2 is attached to the fixture main body 1, and construction of the lighting fixture A is completed.

As described above, when the light source unit 2 is attached to the instrument main body 1, the locking metal fitting 26 comes into contact with the side surface portion 12 of the instrument main body 1 and is pulled out most with respect to the attachment member 21 by the reaction force from the side surface portion 12. The locking fitting 26 moves from the first position to the most retracted second position. Therefore, the space for releasing the locking metal fitting 26 can be reduced, and thereby the appliance body 1 can be prevented from becoming longer in the width direction.

Moreover, the width dimension of the extension part 232 of the cover member 23 in which the light from LED222 cannot reach easily can be made small by suppressing the width dimension of the instrument main body 1. FIG. Further, when the light source unit 2 is temporarily held on the instrument body 1, the protrusion 262 a is engaged with the first engagement hole 251 b, and when the light source unit 2 is attached to the instrument body 1, the protrusion 262 a is the second engagement. Engages with the joint hole 251c. Thereby, it can suppress that the latching metal fitting 26 slides in the width direction in each state.
