Description

The present invention relates to a light source unit and a lighting fixture using the same.

Conventionally, lighting fixtures using semiconductor light emitting elements such as light emitting diodes have been provided (see, for example, Patent Document 1). This lighting fixture includes two substrates that are each formed in a long shape and on which a plurality of semiconductor light emitting elements are mounted along the longitudinal direction, and a long fixture main body to which the two substrates are attached.

A connecting connector for connecting to the other board is mounted on one end in the longitudinal direction of each board, and an end for connecting a power supply line or a short-circuit piece to the other end in the longitudinal direction of each board. By connecting to the end connector, the lighting fixture is assembled.

By the way, in the lighting fixture shown in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, the connection connector and the end connector are arranged outside the semiconductor light emitting element, and the hole is arranged outside the end connector of one substrate. For this reason, there is a problem that light emitted from the semiconductor light emitting element does not easily reach the end of the instrument body, and the end is darker than the center.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a light source unit that suppresses darkening of an end portion in the longitudinal direction and a lighting fixture using the light source unit. .

The light source unit of the present invention is formed in a long shape, a substrate on which a plurality of light emitting elements are mounted along the longitudinal direction, a longitudinal direction that is the same as the longitudinal direction of the substrate, and a width that is the same as the width direction of the substrate. And a mounting member to which the board is attached in a state in which the direction is set, and the board has a connecting portion that is mounted on one end side in the longitudinal direction and on one end side in the width direction and to which an electric wire from the power supply device is connected. Has a first insertion hole that is provided on one end side in the longitudinal direction and on the other end side in the width direction and through which the electric wire is inserted, and in the state where the substrate is attached to the attachment member, the connecting portion is arranged along the width direction. The first insertion hole is arranged side by side and is configured to be exposed to the light emitting element side.

In this light source unit, two substrates are provided, and the attachment member has a second insertion hole provided at a position symmetrical to the first insertion hole with respect to the center of the attachment member and through which the electric wire is inserted. The lighting fixture of this invention is equipped with said light source unit, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

According to the configuration of the present invention, when the substrate is attached to the attachment member, the connection portion and the first insertion hole are arranged side by side in the width direction of the attachment member. Compared to the case where the holes are arranged side by side, the light emitting element can be arranged closer to the end of the mounting member, and as a result, the light source unit that suppresses the dark end in the longitudinal direction and the light source unit are used. There is an effect that it is possible to provide a lighting device.

The LED 222 is exposed through the grooves 225 and 225 provided respectively. Further, in this state, the holes 211a and the connectors 223 are arranged side by side along the width direction (left-right direction) at each end in the front-rear direction of the mounting member 21. Therefore, the LEDs 222 mounted on the substrate 22 can be disposed closer to the end in the longitudinal direction of the mounting member 21.

Next, the assembly procedure of the light source unit 2 will be described. First, the operator attaches the power supply device 24 to the upper surface side of the bottom surface portion 211 of the attachment member 21, and fixes the two substrates 22, 22 to the bottom surface portion 211 of the attachment member 21 by the locking claws. At this time, the two substrates 22 and 22 are attached to the attachment member 21 so as to be point-symmetric with respect to the center P <b> 1 of the attachment member 21. Thereafter, the worker passes the electric wires led out from the connector 223 of each board 22 through the holes 211 a provided in the bottom surface portion 211 of the mounting member 21, and connects the end portions to the power supply device 24.

Finally, the operator attaches the cover member 23 to the attachment member 21 with the opening side facing upward. At this time, the protrusions 233 a provided on the respective protruding wall portions 233 of the cover member 23 engage with the inclined portions 212 a provided on the respective side surface portions 212 of the attachment member 21, so that the cover member 23 is attached to the attachment member 21. It is done. The light source unit 2 is assembled according to the above procedure.

Then, the construction procedure of the lighting fixture A is demonstrated. In the following description, it is assumed that the terminal block is attached to the instrument body 1 in advance. First, the operator passes a power line (not shown) wired in advance on the back of the ceiling through the hole 111a of the instrument body 1, and further passes the suspension bolt 200 exposed indoors through the hole 111b. A nut 300 is screwed into the bolt 200 to fix the instrument body 1 to the ceiling material 100.

Thereafter, the operator connects the end of the power supply line to the terminal block, and further connects the terminal block and the power supply device 24 with an electric wire. And finally, the operator can arrange the light source unit 24 with a fitting structure (not shown) provided in the instrument body 1 and the mounting member 21, respectively, so that the power supply device 24 is accommodated in the recess 11 of the instrument body 1. 2 is attached to the instrument body 1. The lighting fixture A is constructed on the ceiling according to the procedure as described above (see FIGS. 3 and 4).

According to the present embodiment, when the board 22 is attached to the attachment member 21, the connector 223 and the hole 211 a are arranged side by side in the width direction of the attachment member 21, so the connector 223 and the hole 211 a in the longitudinal direction of the attachment member 21. The LED 222 can be disposed closer to the end of the mounting member 21 than when the are arranged side by side. As a result, it can suppress that the edge part in the longitudinal direction of the attachment member 21 becomes dark.

Moreover, the aesthetics as the whole instrument can be improved by suppressing that the edge part in the longitudinal direction of the attachment member 21 becomes dark. Furthermore, the shape of the substrate 22 can be integrated into one type by making the shape of the substrate 22 symmetrical with respect to the center P1 of the mounting member 21.

In the present embodiment, the case where the number of the substrates 22 is two has been described as an example, but the number of the substrates 22 may be one. Also in this case, as shown in FIG. 1B, the hole 211a is exposed to the LED 222 side (lower side) through the groove 225 provided in the substrate 22, and the connector 223 and the hole 211a are in the width direction of the mounting member 21. As long as they are arranged side by side. Thereby, it becomes possible to arrange | position LED222 near the edge part in the longitudinal direction of the attachment member 21 similarly, As a result, it can suppress that the edge part in the longitudinal direction of the attachment member 21 becomes dark.

Further, in the present embodiment, the groove 225 is provided at the corner of the substrate 22 in order to expose the hole 211a to the LED 222 side, but a hole having a size capable of exposing the hole 211a may be provided instead of the groove 225. The present embodiment is not limited to this.
