Description
本出願は、2011年4月4日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/471,328号(発明の名称“STEAM GENERATOR TUBE LANE FLOW BUFFER”)の優先権を主張する。
Claims (15)
- 一次流体から二次流体へ熱を伝達するチューブアンドシェル型蒸気発生器であって、前記蒸気発生器は、
一端が管板の第1の側面により閉塞され、仕切板により入口プレナムと出口プレナムとに分離される一次流体ヘッダ、
夫々が、一端においてU字状湾曲部により連結されるホットレグおよびコールドレグを有し、他端において、ホットレグの入口部で終端し、また、コールドレグの出口部で終端し、ホットレグの入口部は管板を貫通して入口プレナムで開口し、また、コールドレグの出口部は管板を貫通して出口プレナムで開口する、複数のU字形中空伝熱管、
管板の第1の側面とは反対側の胴部側の側面上にあり、U字形中空伝熱管のホットレグとコールドレグとの間にあって、ホットレグに隣接する側部とコールドレグに隣接する側部を有するチューブレーン、および、
チューブレーンの前記両方の側部を前記管板に実質的に垂直な方向に延び、前記一次流体ヘッダ内の一次流体と連通しない複数の長尺の緩衝棒、
から成る蒸気発生器。 - 前記緩衝棒の最大外径が前記U字形中空伝熱管の外径に実質的に等しい、請求項1のチューブアンドシェル型蒸気発生器。
- 前記緩衝棒は軸長を有し、緩衝棒の外径は軸長に沿って変化する、請求項2のチューブアンドシェル型蒸気発生器。
- 前記外径は様々でステップ状に分布する、請求項3のチューブアンドシェル型蒸気発生器。
- 縦方向に離隔して、また、夫々が緩衝棒の軸に対して横方向に配置された複数の管支持板を有し、緩衝棒が貫通する管支持板のうち管板から最も離れた管支持板のところの緩衝棒の直径が最大である、請求項4のチューブアンドシェル型蒸気発生器。
- 前記緩衝棒は一端において前記管板に連結されている、請求項1のチューブアンドシェル型蒸気発生器。
- 前記緩衝棒が前記管板を突き抜けない態様で前記管板内に延びる、請求項6のチューブアンドシェル型蒸気発生器。
- 前記蒸気発生器は、前記管板に垂直で一次流体ヘッダから離れる方向に延びる軸を有し、さらに、縦方向に離隔して、また、夫々が前記軸に対して横方向に配置された複数の管支持板を有し、ホットレグおよびコールドレグが各管支持板を貫通し、前記緩衝棒が管支持板の少なくとも一部の間を延びる、請求項1のチューブアンドシェル型蒸気発生器。
- 前記緩衝棒が前記管板から延びて実質的に全ての管支持板を貫通する、請求項8のチューブアンドシェル型蒸気発生器。
- 前記緩衝棒の軸長の少なくとも一部が中空であり、緩衝棒の前記中空部分は前記複数のU字形中空伝熱管の壁厚と等しいかそれより厚い壁厚を有する、請求項8のチューブアンドシェル型蒸気発生器。
- 前記緩衝棒は中実である、請求項8のチューブアンドシェル型蒸気発生器。
- 前記緩衝棒は前記管板よりも高い位置から延び始める、請求項8のチューブアンドシェル型蒸気発生器。
- 前記緩衝棒は前記複数の管支持板のうち最も高い位置にある管支持板よりも低い位置で終端する、請求項8のチューブアンドシェル型蒸気発生器。
- 前記緩衝棒が隣接する少なくとも2つの管支持板の孔を貫通し、前記2つの隣接する管支持板の一方にある前記貫通孔は、他方の管支持板の貫通孔に対してオフセットされている、請求項8のチューブアンドシェル型蒸気発生器。
- 前記オフセット量は最大で4ミリメートルである、請求項14のチューブアンドシェル型蒸気発生器。
