Claims (9)
- 入力信号に従って周波数領域信号を取得するステップと、
所定の割当て規則に従って所定のビットを前記周波数領域信号に割り当てるステップと、
ビットが割り当てられる前記周波数領域信号の最高周波数が所定値より大きいときに前記周波数領域信号に対する前記ビット割当てを調節するステップと、
前記周波数領域信号に対する前記ビット割当てに従って前記周波数領域信号を符号化するステップと、
を含み、
前記周波数領域信号に対する前記ビット割当てを調節するステップは、前記周波数領域信号においてより多くのビットが割り当てられる周波数帯に割り当てられるビットの数を減らすステップと、ビットが割り当てられる最高周波数に割り当てられるビットと前記最高周波数付近の周波数領域信号に割り当てられるビットの数を増加させるステップとを含み、前記周波数領域信号においてより多くのビットが割り当てられる前記周波数帯は低周波数帯である、信号符号化方法。 - 前記所定値は前記所定のビットの数と前記周波数領域信号の解像度に従って決まる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の割当て規則は、前記所定のビットにおけるより多くのビットが前記周波数領域信号における低周波数帯信号に割り当てられ、前記所定のビットにおける残りのビットが、前記低周波数帯信号を除いてより大きなエネルギの周波数帯に割り当てられるというものである、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記最高周波数が前記所定値を下回る場合には、前記所定の割当て規則に従って実施される前記周波数領域信号に対する前記ビット割当てを維持するステップをさらに含む、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 入力信号に従って周波数領域信号を取得するように構成された周波数領域変換ユニットと、
所定の割当て規則に従って所定のビットを前記周波数領域信号に割り当てるように構成されたビット割当てユニットと、
ビットが割り当てられる前記周波数領域信号の最高周波数が所定値以上であるとき、前記周波数領域信号に対する前記ビット割当てを調節するように構成されたビット調整ユニットと、
前記周波数領域信号に対する前記ビット割当てに従って前記周波数領域信号を符号化するように構成された周波数領域符号化ユニットと、
を備え、
前記周波数領域信号においてより多くのビットが割り当てられる周波数帯に割り当てられるビットの数を減らすステップと、ビットが割り当てられる最高周波数に割り当てられるビットと前記最高周波数付近の周波数領域信号に割り当てられるビットの数を増加させるステップにより、前記ビット調整ユニットが前記周波数領域信号に対する前記ビット割当てを調節するように構成され、前記周波数領域信号においてより多くのビットが割り当てられる前記周波数帯は低周波数帯である、信号符号化装置。 - 前記所定値は前記所定のビットの数と前記周波数領域信号の解像度に従って決まる、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記所定の割当て規則は、前記所定のビットにおけるより多くのビットが前記周波数領域信号における低周波数帯信号に割り当てられ、前記所定のビットにおける残りのビットが、前記低周波数帯信号を除いてより大きなエネルギの周波数帯に割り当てられるというものである、請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 前記最高周波数が前記所定値を下回るとき、前記ビット調整ユニットは前記周波数領域信号に対する前記ビット割当てを調節しないように構成され、前記周波数領域符号化ユニットは、前記ビット割当てユニットにより実施された前記ビット割当てに従って前記周波数領域信号を符号化する、請求項5乃至7の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- プログラムを記録したコンピュータ可読記憶媒体であって、前記プログラムはコンピュータに請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の方法を実行させる、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
