Description
In a vehicle equipped with a sliding door, when an excessive load is applied from the vehicle interior side to the outdoor side, such as when a load or an occupant loaded in the vehicle interior hits the slide door, The present invention relates to a slide door structure that reduces a gap between a slide door and a side body caused by twisting or the like.
Conventionally, as a side door installed on the side of a vehicle body, a slide door in which a door body is slid in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body to open and close the door opening is generally well known. It is often used as a side door for automobiles.
In a vehicle equipped with such a slide door, a plurality of guide rails extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body are provided on the side of the vehicle body, and a roller that can roll along the guide rail is provided on the door body side of the slide door. When the door is opened and closed, the roller rolls along the guide rail, so that the slide door slides in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body.
The guide rail is provided with an upper guide rail along the vehicle longitudinal direction at the upper side of the door opening, and with a lower guide rail along the vehicle longitudinal direction at the lower side of the door opening. . Further, an intermediate guide rail is provided along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body at an intermediate position in the vertical direction on the rear side of the door opening.
On the other hand, on the back surface of the sliding door, an upper guide roller that rolls along the upper guide rail is provided at an upper position of the door front end, and along the lower guide rail at a lower position of the door front end. A rolling lower guide roller is provided. An intermediate guide roller that rolls along the intermediate guide rail is provided at an intermediate position above and below the rear end of the door.
The slide door rolls along the upper guide rail and the lower guide rail by the upper guide roller and the lower guide roller, and rolls and slides along the middle guide rail by the middle guide roller. .
By the way, in the vehicle provided with the slide door as described above, the slide door is supported at three points of the vertical position of the door front end portion and the intermediate position of the door rear end portion, and the slide door is closed. Is locked by engaging a striker or the like on the vehicle body side with hooks and latches provided at upper and lower intermediate positions of the front end portion and the rear end portion of the slide door, respectively. Thus, in a state where the slide door is closed, the front end portion of the slide door is held at three locations, upper, middle and lower, and the rear end portion of the slide door is held at an intermediate position in the vertical direction (Patent Document 1). reference).
In order to improve the rigidity of the mounting portion of the sliding door, a reinforcing member is attached to the mounting portion of the upper guide roller and the lower guide roller at the front end of the door and the mounting portion of the intermediate guide roller at the rear end of the door. Such prior art (see Patent Document 2) is known.
However, if an excessive load is applied from the interior of the vehicle to the exterior of the vehicle, such as when a load or a passenger loaded in the vehicle is in contact with the slide door, the slide door is pushed outward from the vehicle body. In some cases, deformation or twisting action may be applied. The sliding door is supported at three locations, upper, middle, and lower, at the front end portion, while being held only at the intermediate position at the rear end portion. For this reason, if excessive stress is applied to the sliding door from the vehicle interior side toward the outdoor side, a torsional action acts on the rear end portion with the fixed front end portion serving as a fulcrum, and the rear end portion is moved vertically relative to the front end portion. As a result, the gap between the vertical position of the sliding door and the wall surface of the side body widens, and in particular, the gap at the upper end on the rear side of the sliding door may increase.
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and in a vehicle equipped with a sliding door, a load is applied to the sliding door from the vehicle interior side to the outside in the vehicle width direction with the sliding door closed. Is pushed to the outside of the vehicle body, the upper side of the sliding door is set to the indoor side using the twisting action set on the door inner panel of the sliding door using the twisting action that acts on the upper end of the rear side of the sliding door. It aims at providing the structure of the slide door which reduces the clearance gap which arises in the upper end part and side body wall surface of a slide door by making it bend.

According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
According to the first invention, the door inner panel is provided with the first fold-inducing portion extending in the front-rear direction above the center position of the rear-side fixing mechanism of the slide door at the lower position of the reinforcing member. Bending the upper part of the sliding door horizontally toward the indoor side at the lower part of the window against the load applied from the indoor side to minimize the generation of a gap between the vertical position of the sliding door and the side body wall surface Can do. Further, since the second fold inducing portion extending in the front-rear direction is provided at the base of the sash portion at the front portion of the door inner panel, the folding of the slide door is controlled by providing the fold inducing portion in the originally weak sash portion. be able to.
According to the second invention, the hole along the front-rear direction of the slide door is provided in the door inner panel in front of the first fold inducing portion, so that the fold is widened to the door central portion and the front portion. And the entire door can be easily folded.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the breakage-inducing weakening portion extending in the front-rear direction is provided on the rear side of the door inner panel located below the center position of the fixing mechanism of the rear portion of the sliding door, and the door inner panel Since there is a fold-inducing weakening portion on the front side of the door inner panel that is substantially the same height as the fold-inducing weakening portion that is provided on the rear side and extends in the front-rear direction, it is folded in two steps with the fold-inducing portion. Since the trigger part is formed, it is possible to trigger the break reliably.
According to the fourth aspect of the invention, since the linear breakage inducing weakened portion is provided from the base of the sash portion of the rear portion of the door inner panel toward the first breakage inducing portion extending in the front-rear direction, Can be induced more effectively.
According to the fifth invention, above the center position of the fixing mechanism of the rear part of the sliding door, above the first folding induction part provided on the rear side of the door inner panel and extending in the front-rear direction of the sliding door, Since the bend-inducing bead for dividing the ridge portion located at the base of the sash portion at the rear of the door inner panel is provided, the ridge line portion that is difficult to break can be divided to facilitate the fold.
According to the sixth invention, the fixing mechanism for the rear part of the sliding door is provided at a door lower position which is a position which is lower than the middle part of the rear end part of the door with respect to the vertical direction. Since the deformation movement to the outside of the lower portion of the door is set to be allowed, the gap on the upper side of the rear portion of the sliding door can be reduced.

According to the above-described embodiment, the
