Description
基板、および該基板と剥離可能に結合した、ガラス板を含む補強板を有する積層板の加工方法であって、
前記積層板の端部を砥石で研削する面取り工程を有し、
前記基板と前記補強板との界面と、前記基板の前記砥石で研削した研削面とのなす角が26°よりも大きく、30°以下である、積層板の加工方法が提供される。
試験例1〜4では、積層板として、支持板上に流動性を有する樹脂組成物を塗布し、硬化させて、剥離膜を形成し、形成した剥離膜上にガラス基板を圧着したものを用意した。試験例1〜4の積層板は、同じ構成とした。
試験例5〜8では、ガラス基板として、旭硝子社製の無アルカリガラス板(920mm×730mm×厚さ0.2mm)を用いた以外、試験例1〜4と同様の試験を行った。試験の結果を表2に示す。

Claims (8)
- 基板、および該基板と剥離可能に結合した、ガラス板を含む補強板を有する積層板の加工方法であって、
前記積層板の端部を砥石で研削する面取り工程を有し、
前記基板と前記補強板との界面と、前記基板の前記砥石で研削した研削面とのなす角が26°よりも大きく、30°以下である、積層板の加工方法。 - 前記基板はガラス基板であり、
前記補強板は、前記ガラス基板と剥離可能に結合する樹脂膜、および該樹脂膜を介して前記ガラス基板を支持する前記ガラス板を含む、請求項1に記載の積層板の加工方法。 - 前記基板はガラス基板であり、
前記補強板は、前記ガラス基板と剥離可能に結合する前記ガラス板を含む、請求項1に記載の積層板の加工方法。 - 前記基板はガラス基板であり、
前記補強板は、前記ガラス基板と剥離可能に結合する無機膜、および該無機膜を介して前記ガラス基板を支持する前記ガラス板を含む、請求項1に記載の積層板の加工方法。 - 基板、および該基板と剥離可能に結合した、ガラス板を含む補強板を有し、端部に砥石で研削した研削面を有する、加工された積層板であって、
前記基板と前記補強板との界面と、前記基板の前記砥石で研削した研削面とのなす角が26°よりも大きく、30°以下である、加工された積層板。 - 前記基板はガラス基板であり、
前記補強板は、前記ガラス基板と剥離可能に結合する樹脂膜、および該樹脂膜を介して前記ガラス基板を支持する前記ガラス板を含む、請求項5に記載の積層板。 - 前記基板はガラス基板であり、
前記補強板は、前記ガラス基板と剥離可能に結合する前記ガラス板を含む、請求項5に記載の積層板。 - 前記基板はガラス基板であり、
