Description

Claims (7)
- 接続されたインペラ(1)及びシャフト(2)であって、前記インペラ(1)が、めくら穴の中心凹部が設けられたシャフト側のハブ伸長部(H)を有し、前記インペラには、前記インペラ(1)を前記シャフト(2)に接続するコネクター(3)が嵌合され、前記インペラは、前記シャフトの材料よりも大きい熱膨張係数を有する材料で形成され、
前記コネクターが前記中心凹部に挿入され、前記ハブ伸長部の半径方向の内面と前記コネクターの外側に向いた面(14)が摩擦接続し、前記コネクターの前記外側に向いた面と前記ハブ伸長部の前記半径方向の内面の間の摩擦接続が、使用に際して前記シャフト及び前記インペラ間で実質的に全てのトルクを伝達し;
前記コネクターが、前記シャフトの対応のネジ部(7)に螺合するネジ山を持つネジ部(12)を有し、前記コネクターが、前記インペラ及び前記シャフト間に回転不能な接続を提供し;
前記コネクターが、前記シャフトの材料の熱膨張係数よりも大きい熱膨張係数を有する材料で形成され、(α c −α s )/(α i −α s )の値が0.2よりも大きく0.9未満であり、ここで、α c が前記コネクターの熱膨張係数であり、α i が前記インペラの熱膨張係数であり、及びα s が前記シャフトの熱膨張係数であることを特徴とする、接続されたインペラ及びシャフト。 - 前記コネクターが、前記インペラの材料よりも高強度の材料で形成される、請求項1に記載の接続されたインペラ及びシャフト。
- 前記コネクターの前記ネジ部が前記中心凹部内にある、請求項1又は2に記載の接続されたインペラ及びシャフト。
- 前記コネクター及び/又は前記インペラが、前記シャフトの1以上の対応のセンタリング部(5;5a、5b)に係合する係合面を有する1以上のセンタリング部(10;10a、10b)を有し、前記コネクターの前記ネジ部及び前記コネクター及び/又は前記インペラの前記センタリング部がインペラ軸に沿って配される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の接続されたインペラ及びシャフト。
- 前記インペラがケースを有し、前記コネクター及び/又は前記ハブ伸長部が、前記ケースの区分(15)とシールを形成する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の接続されたインペラ及びシャフト。
- 前記コネクターが、その半径方向の外面にオイル切り周構造(R)が形成され若しくはオイル切り周構造(R)を持つ、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の接続されたインペラ及びシャフト。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の接続されたインペラとシャフトを有するターボチャージャ。
