Claims (6)
- 上顎デジタル像に対する複数の異なる位置で下顎デジタル像を表示できるバーチャル顎像の生成方法を最初に実施する、スキャンレールの形成方法であって、
前記バーチャル顎像、上顎デジタル像および下顎デジタル像は、ボリューム像であり、
前記生成方法は、
コンダイログラフ法である動き記録法を実施することにより、所定の期間にわたって、所定の時点における上顎に対する下顎の実際の空間的位置を記述する複数の位置データセット((t1, x1, y1, z1, rx1, ry1, rz1), (t2, x2, y2, z2, rx2, ry2, rz2),..)を生成して、コンダイログラムである動き記録を取得するステップ(100)と、
前記動き記録法の実施中に所定の時点において、咬合採得部材を用いて、実際の上顎の表面区画と実際の下顎の表面区画とをサンプリングすることにより、当該所定の時点における当該表面区画の空間的関係を求めるステップ(110)と、
デジタル化された前記咬合採得部材を用いて、少なくとも1つの位置データセットを、前記上顎デジタル像に対する前記下顎デジタル像のバーチャル位置に対応付けるステップ(130)と、
1つの位置データセットを選択するステップ(140)と、
選択した前記1つの位置データセットに従い、前記上顎デジタル像に対して前記下顎デジタル像のバーチャルのアライメントを行うことにより、前記バーチャル顎像を生成するステップ(150)と、
を有し、
前記バーチャルのアライメントは、前記選択した1つの位置データセットに応じた、前記上顎に対する前記下顎の実際の位置に相当し、
さらに、前記バーチャル顎像に基づいて、少なくとも1つの規定された上顎当接面と少なくとも1つの規定された下顎当接面とを有するスキャンレールであって、当該上顎当接面が上顎に当接し、かつ当該下顎当接面が下顎に当接しているときに、当該下顎が当該上顎に対し、前記選択した位置データセットに応じた空間的位置をとるように、当該上顎当接面と当該下顎当接面とが相互にアライメントされているスキャンレールを形成する、
方法。 - 前記上顎デジタル像および前記下顎デジタル像をそれぞれ、任意の顎位においてイメージング法により生成する(120)、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記位置データセットを選択するために、前記動き記録における1時点を選択し、選択した当該1時点に基づいて、選択される当該位置データセットを特定する、
請求項1または2記載の方法。 - 前記上顎デジタル像または前記下顎デジタル像の要素を選択し、
選択した当該要素の動き軌道を、前記動き記録にしたがって表示する、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 動き過程中の前記上顎デジタル像または前記下顎デジタル像の要素の動き軌道を、前記動き記録にしたがって推定する、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - デジタル像の生成方法において、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項にしたがい製造されたスキャンレールを、実際の下顎と実際の上顎とに当接させ、
次に、それぞれスキャンレールに当接した状態で当該実際の下顎および実際の上顎を、断層撮影法に供し、
前記断層撮影法により、顎領域の部位が、前記選択した位置データセットに応じて表現される画像を生成する、
ことを特徴とする、デジタル像の生成方法。
