Claims (4)
- 血液由来試料を滴下する開口部が設けられた筐体と、
前記筐体内に収容され、前記開口部から滴下される前記血液由来試料が含有する成分のうち、白血球を滴下位置の近傍で捕捉し、他の成分を所定の方向に展開させる担体と、を備え、
前記筐体には、前記開口部から前記他の成分の展開方向に離間した位置に、前記担体を外部から視認可能とする展開確認窓が設けられていることを特徴とする白血球測定デバイス。 - 前記開口部は、前記血液由来試料を滴下し、かつ前記血液由来試料が含有する成分のうち、白血球による呈色を確認する開口部であり、
前記担体は、前記白血球を前記滴下位置の近傍で捕捉し、赤血球及び/又はヘモグロビンを含有する他の成分をラテラルフローによる展開方向に展開させて白血球を分離する担体であり、
前記展開確認窓は、前記展開方向に沿って一以上設けられており、前記赤血球及び/又はヘモグロビンによる前記担体の着色の有無を確認することにより、前記赤血球及び/又はヘモグロビンの展開状態を確認する確認窓であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の白血球測定デバイス。 - 前記担体の前記滴下位置には、前記白血球による呈色反応のための試薬の一部又は全部が含漬していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の白血球測定デバイス。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の白血球測定デバイス、前記白血球による呈色反応のための試薬、及び/又は洗浄液、及び/又は希釈液を含むことを特徴とする試薬キット。
