Description
図1は、本実施形態の燃料システム1の概略構成を示す模式図である。この図に示すように、本実施形態の燃料システム1は、主流路2と、燃料ポンプ3と、ブーストポンプ4と、電動モータ5と、シャフト6と、返流流路7と、リリーフバルブ8と、流量計9とを備えている。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。なお、本第2実施形態の説明において、上記第1実施形態と同様の部分については、その説明を省略あるいは簡略化する。
Claims (5)
- ジェットエンジンに燃料を供給する燃料システムであって、
駆動軸の回転数の変動に連動して吐出流量を変動する定容積型ポンプからなる燃料ポンプと、
前記燃料ポンプの上流に配置されると共に駆動軸の単位回転あたりの吐出流量が前記燃料ポンプよりも多い定容積型ポンプからなるブーストポンプと、
前記燃料ポンプの前記駆動軸と前記ブーストポンプの前記駆動軸とを回転数が一致された状態で回転駆動する単一の電動モータと、
前記ブーストポンプの上流と下流とを接続する返流流路と、
前記返流流路に設置されると共に前記返流流路の内圧が基準圧力を超えたときに開口するリリーフバルブと
を備えることを特徴とする燃料システム。 - 前記燃料ポンプ及び前記ブーストポンプはギアポンプであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料システム。
- 前記ブーストポンプが2つの昇圧部を有する三連ギアポンプであり、
前記2つの昇圧部が直列接続される状態と前記2つの昇圧部が並列接続される状態とを切替える第1切替機構を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃料システム。 - 前記ブーストポンプに併設される補助ポンプと、
前記ブーストポンプ及び前記補助ポンプが直列接続される状態と前記ブーストポンプ及び前記補助ポンプが並列接続される状態とを切替える第2切替機構と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃料システム。 - 前記補助ポンプは、前記電動モータによって回転駆動されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の燃料システム。
