Description
The present invention relates to a solid supply system and a solid supply method.
A lock hopper is a device for supplying solids from one device to another. Since the lock hopper can be used even under pressurized conditions, it is used in an apparatus that gasifies solid fuel such as coal (see, for example,
However, until now, there has been reported a method of pressurizing the lock hopper after supplying solids to the lock hopper from a normal pressure device, but a method of supplying solids from the pressurized device to the lock hopper has been reported. Absent.
An object of the present invention is to provide a novel solid supply system and a novel solid supply method.
When the solids are supplied to the lock hopper under normal pressure from the pressurized device, the momentum of the supplied solids becomes too strong, and the impact is given to the lock hopper. As a result, the lock hopper is easily broken. I discovered that the problem of becoming. The solid supply system and the solid supply method according to the present invention can solve this problem.
That is, the solid supply system according to the present invention is a solid supply system for supplying solids from a storage device in which the inside is pressurized to a lock hopper that is at normal pressure, and is in a pressurized state. And a lock hopper connected in the gravitational direction of the storage device, and a valve for adjusting the movement of the solid at a connecting portion between the storage device and the lock hopper. A solid supply system including a water supply path for supplying water to the inside of the lock hopper. With such a solid supply system, even if solid is supplied from a pressurized storage device to a normal pressure lock hopper, the water accumulated in the lock hopper by supplying from the water supply path is stored. Since the momentum of the solid supplied from the device can be absorbed, the impact of the solid on the lock hopper can be reduced. As a result, the lock hopper can be prevented from being damaged, and can be constantly removed from the pressurized storage device. Solids can be fed into the pressure lock hopper.
It is preferable that the lock hopper further includes a pressure extraction path. By setting it as such a structure, the internal pressure of the lock hopper to which the solid was supplied can be reduced through a pressure extraction path. Then, after reducing the internal pressure of the lock hopper, the solid in the lock hopper is discharged to the outside, so that the momentum of the discharged solid can be weakened. As a result, the device that receives the discharged solid is damaged. Or the discharged solid can be prevented from scattering.
Preferably, the valve is configured not to open unless a predetermined amount of water accumulates in the lock hopper. With this configuration, the solid is supplied from the storage device to the lock hopper only after a predetermined amount of water has accumulated inside the lock hopper, so the momentum of the solid supplied to the lock hopper is Therefore, it is surely absorbed by the water inside the lock hopper, and as a result, the lock hopper can be more reliably prevented from being damaged.
Here, the predetermined amount of water is preferably an amount in which an air layer remains in the lock hopper. With the air layer remaining in the lock hopper, the air layer is compressed by pressure by supplying the solid from the pressurized container to the normal pressure lock hopper. Can be easily.
The volume of the air layer is preferably larger than the volume of the solid at normal pressure. With this configuration, when the solid is supplied from the pressurized container to the lock hopper, the air layer in the lock hopper is compressed by pressure, so that the volume of the solid in the lock hopper is the same. Since the space more than the extent is vacant, the supply of the solid to the lock hopper can be facilitated.
The solid supply method according to the present invention is a method for supplying a solid contained in a storage device from a storage device in which the interior is pressurized to a normal pressure lock hopper connected in the gravity direction of the storage device. The solid supply method includes a step of supplying water to the lock hopper and a step of supplying solid from the storage device to the lock hopper having the supplied water. By adopting such a solid supply method, even if the solid is supplied from the pressurized storage device to the normal pressure lock hopper, the water in the lock hopper can absorb the momentum of the supplied solid. Therefore, the impact applied to the lock hopper can be reduced, and as a result, solid can be supplied to the lock hopper while preventing the lock hopper from being damaged.
The solid supply method according to the present invention further includes a step of reducing the internal pressure of the lock hopper supplied with the solid, and a step of discharging the supplied solid out of the lock hopper from the lock hopper with the reduced internal pressure. It may be included. After reducing the internal pressure of the lock hopper, the solids in the lock hopper can be discharged to the outside so that the momentum of the discharged solids can be weakened. As a result, the device that receives the discharged solids can be damaged. It is possible to prevent the discharged solid from being scattered.
The step of supplying water preferably supplies water to the lock hopper so as to leave an air layer inside the lock hopper. By supplying the solid to the lock hopper from the pressurized container with the air layer remaining in the lock hopper, the air layer is compressed by the pressure, so that the supply of the solid to the lock hopper is facilitated. be able to.
The volume of the air layer is preferably larger than the volume of the solid at normal pressure stored in the storage device.

== Solid supply system ==
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an overall configuration of a solid supply system described as an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, a
The
In the present specification, “pressurized” means that a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure is applied (in the present specification, atmospheric pressure is also referred to as normal pressure). Although the magnitude | size of the pressure in the
The
The
The
Note that the
A method of using the
First, the motor-operated
The amount of water stored in the
Here, after the solid is accommodated in the pressurized state in the
Next, by opening the motor-operated
Conventionally, when a solid is supplied from the
Here, the motor-operated
By closing the motor-operated
At this time, if it is taken into consideration that the
When the pressure in the

By doing so, the solid housed in a state of being pressurized in the

After the

In this way, in the solid supply system according to the present invention, the lock hopper includes the water supply passage, so that the solid is supplied from the pressurized storage device to the normal pressure lock hopper in which an appropriate amount of water is stored. The impact of the solid on the lock hopper by the accumulated water can be mitigated, so that the lock hopper can be prevented from being damaged during the movement of the solid. At this time, the amount of water in the lock hopper is set to an amount in which an air layer having a volume larger than that of the supplied solid remains in the lock hopper, so that the movement of the solid from the storage device to the lock hopper is further increased. It can be easily performed.
Furthermore, in the solid supply system according to the present invention, the lock hopper includes a water supply passage, so that the lock hopper itself, the motor operated valve provided in the solid discharge port of the lock hopper, and the pressure discharge passage can be easily and conveniently provided. Since it can wash | clean, it becomes possible to suppress that solid adheres to these and clogs.
In addition, in the solid supply system according to the present invention, the lock hopper includes a pressure extraction path, so that solid or water can be discharged outside the lock hopper after the pressure is extracted from the pressurized lock hopper. As a result, it is possible to mitigate the impact, noise, etc. that the discharged matter gives to the outside.
Hereinafter, the solid supply system of the present invention will be described specifically by way of examples. These examples are for explaining the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention.

The obtained reaction mixture was supplied to the gas-
Next, water was supplied from the
By closing the motor-operated
The
By opening the motor-operated
After the solid and water were discharged from the
Subsequently, water was stored in the washed
After washing the
