Description

Claims (17)
- 海底に接続された係留ブイを有する浮遊式掘削プラットフォームの掘削ライザを切り離す方法であって、
前記海底に係合された海底構成要素から前記掘削ライザを切り離す段階と、
前記係留ブイを前記掘削ライザに取り付ける段階と、
前記係留ブイ及び前記取り付けられた掘削ライザを前記掘削プラットフォームから解放する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 第1の数のライザジョイントを回収する段階をさらに含み、前記海底構成要素から切り離す前において前記掘削ライザは、第2の数のライザジョイントを備え、前記第1の数のライザジョイントは、第2の数のライザジョイント未満である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記海底構成要素は、噴出防止装置である、請求項1から2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記係留ブイは、圧縮クランプを解除することで前記掘削ライザに取り付けられる、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮クランプは、前記係留ブイからライザジョイントに延びるストラットと、前記圧縮クランプか解除された場合に前記ライザジョイントに固定された一対の円錐表面に係合する嵌合部材とを備える、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記係留ブイは、張力ストラットをライザジョイント及び前記係留ブイに連結することによって前記掘削ライザに取り付けられる、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 張力ストラットをピンと張るために、前記張力ストラットに作動可能に連結されたターンバックルを調整する段階をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記係留ブイはムーンプールを有し、前記掘削ライザは、前記ムーンプールの内部に位置決めされる、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 掘削ライザを浮遊式掘削プラットフォームから切り離すシステムであって、
少なくとも1つのブイ固定機構によって前記浮遊式掘削プラットフォームの船体に解放可能に連結され、複数の係船索によって海底に接続された係留ブイと、
前記係留ブイの外面に取り付けられたクランプシステムと、
を備え、
前記クランプシステムは、前記掘削ライザが前記係留ブイに対して自由に動くことができる解除位置を有し、前記クランプシステムは、前記掘削ライザが前記係留ブイに対して自由に動くのを阻止する係合位置を有し、前記クランプシステムは、前記係留ブイが前記浮遊式掘削プラットフォームの船体から解放された後、前記係合位置を維持するように構成及び配置される、ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記クランプシステムは、圧縮クランプを備える、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧縮クランプは、前記係留ブイに固定されたフレームに第1の端部が連結されたストラットと、前記ストラットの第2の端部に取り付けられた嵌合部材とを備え、前記嵌合部材は、前記クランプシステムが前記係合位置にある場合、ライザジョイントに固定された一対の円錐面に係合するように構成及び配置される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記円錐面の少なくとも1つの内面に衝撃パッドが取り付けられている、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記ストラットは、油圧で操作される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記ストラットは、バネを備えている、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記クランプシステムは、前記係留ブイに固定されたブイ取付け部と、ライザジョイントに固定されたライザ取付け部と、前記クランプシステムが前記係合位置にある場合に、前記ブイ取付け部及び前記ライザ取付け部に取り付くように構成及び配置された、張力ストラットとを備える、請求項9から14のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記張力ストラットは、前記張力ストラットに作動可能に連結されたターンバックルを備える、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記係留ブイはムーンプールを有し、前記掘削ライザは、前記ムーンプールの内部に位置決めされる、請求項9から16のいずれかに記載のシステム。
