Description

The present invention relates to a connector that may be used in an electric harness used for an eco-car such as a hybrid vehicle and an electric vehicle, and particularly used for transmitting a large amount of electric power.

In recent years, significant progress has been made, for example, in hybrid vehicles, electric vehicles, etc., when transferring a large amount of power for connecting devices, such as between a motor and an inverter, or between an inverter and a battery. For example, a power harness used in the above-described configuration includes, on one end side thereof, a male terminal and a male connector portion including a first terminal housing that houses the male terminal, a female terminal connected to the male terminal, and the female terminal. The connector of the 2 division | segmentation structure with the female side connector part provided with the 2nd terminal housing to accommodate is provided (for example, refer patent document 1).

In recent years, such eco-cars have been reduced in weight for all parts for the purpose of improving energy-saving performance. However, one of the effective means for reducing the weight is to reduce the size. I hit it.

Therefore, as a known technique, for example, there is a technique as disclosed in Patent Document 2.

The technique disclosed in Patent Document 2 is a vehicle that connects a joint terminal of a plurality of phases of conductive members drawn from a motor for driving a vehicle and a joint terminal of a plurality of phases of a power line cable drawn from an inverter that drives the motor. In the electrical connection structure for use, the joining terminal of each phase of the conductive member and the joining terminal of each phase of the corresponding power line cable are polymerized, and the insulating member is disposed on the surface opposite to the overlapping surface of the joining terminal. In this technique, the joined terminals and insulating members of each polymerized phase are fastened and fixed in the polymerizing direction by a single bolt provided at a position penetrating them.

In other words, the technique of Patent Document 2 is a connection structure in which a plurality of joint terminals and insulating members are stacked, and by joining a single bolt in the stacking direction (also referred to as the stacking direction), the connection terminals are superposed. This is a connection structure in which a plurality of contact points between joint terminals, which are surfaces, are collectively sandwiched and fixed so that the joint terminals are electrically connected to each other, and such a configuration is disclosed in Patent Document 1. It is effective in that it is easy to reduce the size as compared with the above technique.

Therefore, the present inventors considered to apply the laminated connection structure to a connector.

The second connector part 3 having the second terminal housing 7 in which the second joint terminals 6a to 6c are arranged and accommodated, and the second connector terminal 3 arranged and accommodated in the second terminal housing 7, and between the second joint terminals 6a to 6c. A plurality of (four) insulating members 8a to 8d for insulation, and when the first terminal housing 5 of the first connector portion 2 and the second terminal housing 7 of the second connector portion 3 are fitted, Inside, each one surface of the plurality of first joining terminals 4a to 4c and each one surface of the plurality of second joining terminals 6a to 6c are paired (the first joining terminal 4a, the second joining terminal 6a, and the first joining terminal). 4b and second A plurality of contact points are formed so as to face each other so as to be a joining terminal 6b, a first joining terminal 4c and a second joining terminal 6c), and the first joining terminals 4a to 4c and the second joining terminals 6a to 6c. Are alternately arranged, and each contact is sandwiched between insulating members 8a to 8d. Note that the laminated structure has a rectangular parallelepiped shape (see FIG. 9B).

Hereinafter, in the laminated structure, the direction in which the first joining terminals 4a to 4c, the second joining terminals 6a to 6c, and the insulating members 8a to 8d are laminated (vertical direction in FIGS. 1A and 1B) is referred to as a lamination direction. The direction in which the two terminal housings 5 and 7 are fitted (the left-right direction in FIGS. 1A and 1B) is the fitting direction, and the direction perpendicular to both the stacking direction and the fitting direction (FIG. 1A ) And (b) are called the width direction.

In this connector 1, when the first terminal housing 5 of the first connector portion 2 and the second terminal housing 7 of the second connector portion 3 are fitted, the distal end portion of the first terminal housing 5 (on the right side in FIG. 3). Part) is inserted into the second terminal housing. The connector 1 is used, for example, for connection between a vehicle driving motor and an inverter that drives the motor. In the present embodiment, the first connector portion 2 is provided in the motor, and the second connector portion 3 is provided in the cables 66a to 66c extended from the inverter, so that the first connector portion 2 and the second connector portion 3 are connected. By doing so, the motor and the inverter were configured to be electrically connected.

Hereinafter, each structure of the connector parts 2 and 3 is explained in full detail.

[First connector part]
First, the 1st connector part 2 is demonstrated.

As shown in FIGS. 1-4, the 1st connector part 2 has arrange | positioned and hold | maintained three 1st junction terminals 4a-4c in the state spaced apart by predetermined space | interval inside, and the 3 1st junction terminals By pressing the first terminal housing 5 in which 4a to 4c are arranged and accommodated and the adjacent insulating member 8a, the plurality of first joint terminals 4a to 4c and the plurality of second joint terminals 6a to 6c are contacted. And a connection member 9 that is fixed together and electrically connected.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the first connecting terminals 4 a to 4 c are formed in a plate-like terminal shape having a surface perpendicular to the stacking direction, and the first terminal housing is disposed on the base end side thereof. Device side connection terminals 60a to 60c that are electrically connected to a device (here, a motor) to which 5 is attached are integrally provided. The device-side joining terminals 60 a to 60 c are provided so that at least the tip portions thereof protrude outside the first terminal housing 5. Holes 69 for passing bolts when connecting terminals (terminals such as cables in the motor) to be connected are formed in the center in the width direction of the tip portions of the device-side joining terminals 60a to 60c.

The device-side joining terminals 60a to 60c are formed in a plate-like terminal shape having a surface parallel to both the stacking direction and the fitting direction (that is, a surface perpendicular to the width direction). That is, the plate-shaped terminal-shaped surfaces of the first connecting terminals 4a to 4c and the plate-shaped terminal-shaped surfaces of the device-side connecting terminals 60a to 60c form an angle of 90 ° when viewed from the front in the fitting direction. ing. The device-side joining terminals 60a to 60c are held in a state of being aligned with the terminal block 71 provided in the first terminal housing 5 in the stacking direction. The detailed structure of the terminal block 71 will be described later.

Between the 1st junction terminals 4a-4c and the apparatus side junction terminals 60a-60c, the plane change part 62 which changes the direction of the surface of a plate-shaped terminal shape is formed. At least a part of the plane changing portion 62 is formed in a circular shape in a cross-sectional view, and for the terminal to ensure airtightness with the terminal block 71 around the plane changing portion 62 formed in the circular shape. A seal member 70 is provided. In other words, the plane changing unit 62 has two functions of a plane changing function for changing the orientation of the surface of the plate-like terminal shape and a sealing function for ensuring airtightness between the terminal block 71.

For example, in order to ensure airtightness in a rectangular (plate-like) portion in a cross-sectional view, a terminal seal member 70 having a special shape or material is used, or a waterproof resin is applied and airtightness is applied. However, as in the present embodiment, the terminal sealing member 70 is provided around the flat surface changing portion 62 formed in a circular shape in a cross-sectional view. It is possible to use an inexpensive rubber packing or the like generally used as 70.

By the way, in order to facilitate the connection of the terminals to be connected (terminals such as cables in the motor), it is necessary to increase the arrangement pitch of the device side connecting terminals 60a to 60c to some extent. On the other hand, in order to reduce the size of the connector 1, it is desirable that the cables 66 a to 66 c connected to the second connector portion 3 be arranged and held with as little gap as possible. Therefore, in the connector 1, the arrangement pitch in the stacking direction of the plurality of device-side joining terminals 60a to 60c is made larger than the arrangement pitch in the stacking direction of the plurality of first joining terminals 4a to 4c, and the first joining terminals 4a to 4c. A pitch converter 63 that converts the arrangement pitch in the stacking direction is formed between the device side connecting terminals 60a to 60c. In the present embodiment, the pitch conversion unit 63 is formed between the plane changing unit 62 and the first joint terminals 4a to 4c.

The pitch converter 63a formed between the first joint terminal 4b and the equipment-side joint terminal 60b disposed in the center in the stacking direction is a plate shape in which the first joint terminal 4b is linearly extended to the base end side as it is. The shape is On the other hand, the pitch converter 63b formed between the first joint terminals 4a and 4c and the device-side joint terminals 60a and 60c arranged at both ends in the stacking direction is the same as the pitch converter 63a. , 4c is formed in a plate shape continuous to the plane changing portion 62, and is bent outward in the stacking direction, and the arrangement pitch is changed by the bending. That is, in the connector 1, the pitch converter 63 b that bends so as to gradually approach the first joint terminal 4 b located at the center in the stacking direction from the device-side joint terminals 60 a, 60 c side to the first joint terminals 4 a, 4 c side. Is formed. The two upper and lower pitch converters 63b are symmetrical.

These device-side joining terminals 60a to 60c, the plane changing unit 62, the pitch converting unit 63, and the first joining terminals 4a to 4c may be integrally formed, or may be joined later by welding or the like as separate bodies. . In the present embodiment, the latter is the latter, in which the device side joining terminals 60a to 60c and the plane changing portion 62 are integrally formed, and the pitch converting portion 63 and the first joining terminals 4a to 4c are integrally formed, and these are joined. The unit 64 is integrally joined. Hereinafter, the device-side joining terminals 60a to 60c, the plane changing unit 62, the pitch converting unit 63, and the first joining terminals 4a to 4c are integrally formed as a bus bar terminal 65. In the former case, that is, when the device-side joining terminals 60a to 60c, the plane changing unit 62, the pitch converting unit 63, and the first joining terminals 4a to 4c are integrally formed, the joining portion 64 does not occur.

As a method of manufacturing the bus bar terminal 65, first, both ends of a round bar corresponding to the plane changing portion 62 are compression-molded so as to be orthogonal to each other, and one of the planes formed by the compression molding is connected to the equipment-side joining terminal 60a. ˜60c, and the other is the first joint terminals 4a to 4c. As described above, in the present embodiment, the length of the first joint terminals 4 a to 4 c is extended at the joint portion 64.

Here, since a three-phase AC power supply line for the motor / inverter is assumed, AC signals having different phases by 120 ° are transmitted to each bus bar terminal 65. Each bus bar terminal 65 may be made of metal such as silver, copper, or aluminum having high conductivity for the purpose of reducing power transmission loss in the connector 1. Moreover, each of the 1st junction terminals 4a-4c which comprise the bus bar terminal 65 has some flexibility.

樹脂成形体10は、各バスバ端子65を互いに絶縁して短絡を防止すべく、絶縁性樹脂(例えば、PPS(ポリフェニレンサルファイド)樹脂、PPA(ポリフタルアミド)樹脂、PA(ポリアミド)樹脂、PBT(ポリブチレンテレフタレート)、エポキシ系樹脂)からなる。   Each bus bar terminal 65 is aligned and held at a predetermined interval from a resin molded body (first inner housing) 10 which is a part of the first terminal housing 5. In order to insulate the bus bar terminals 65 from each other and prevent short circuit, the resin molded body 10 is made of insulating resin (for example, PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) resin, PPA (polyphthalamide) resin, PA (polyamide) resin, PBT ( Polybutylene terephthalate) and epoxy resin).

In the present embodiment, the resin molded body 10 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape is formed so as to cover from the end of the plane changing section 62 of the bus bar terminal 65 on the pitch converting section 63 side to the base end of the first joint terminals 4a to 4c. Each bus bar terminal 65 is fixed to the resin molded body 10 by fitting each bus bar terminal 65 into a groove formed in the resin molded body 10 in advance. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the resin may be cured and held after each bus bar terminal 65 is inserted when the resin molded body 10 is molded.

Moreover, in this Embodiment, the fitting direction of each bus bar terminal 65 is utilized by engaging the level | step difference of the junction part 64 with the resin molding 10 using the level | step difference formed in the junction part 64 of each bus bar terminal 65. In this way, the positional deviation is suppressed. That is, the joint portion 64 also serves to suppress a positional shift in the fitting direction of each bus bar terminal 65 with respect to the resin molded body 10.

In the present embodiment, the connection member 9 has a ring-shaped support portion 91 fixed to the first terminal housing 5 and an upper portion inserted through the hollow portion of the support portion 91, and is rotatably supported by the support portion 91. And a pressing portion 93 that moves in the vertical direction relative to the rotating portion 92 and presses the adjacent insulating member 8a. .

A deformed hole (here, a star-shaped hole) 92a for fitting a tool such as a wrench is formed on the upper surface (the surface opposite to the first insulating member 8a) of the rotating portion 92, and the connecting member 9, by rotating the rotating part 92, the pressing part 93 moves in the vertical direction (stacking direction, vertical direction in FIG. 1B) with respect to the rotating part 92, and the adjacent first insulation It is comprised so that the member 8a may be pressed. The detailed structure of the connecting member 9 will be described later.

In the connector 1, the connection member 9 is provided on the first connector portion 2 side, and the plurality of insulating members 8 a to 8 d are provided on the second connector portion 3 side. In the present embodiment, both connector portions are provided. 2 and 3, the insulating member 8 a adjacent to the connection member 9 is divided into two in the stacking direction, and the divided split insulating member is positioned outside the stacking direction (upper side in FIG. 1B). The insulating member is configured to be provided integrally with the connecting member 9. That is, in the present embodiment, a part of the insulating member 8 a adjacent to the connection member 9 is divided and provided integrally with the connection member 9. A part of the insulating member 8a provided integrally with the connecting member 9 is referred to as a third insulating member 8e.

Hereinafter, in the present specification, for the sake of simplification of description, only the divided insulating member (that is, the divided insulating member provided on the second connector portion 3 side) located on the inner side in the stacking direction after the division is referred to as an insulating member 8a. And That is, in the connector 1 according to the present embodiment, when both the connector portions 2 and 3 are fitted, the third insulating member 8e and the insulating member 8a are integrated to form one insulating member, and the connecting member 9 The pressing part 93 presses the adjacent insulating member 8a via the third insulating member 8e.

An elastic member 15 that applies a predetermined pressing force to the third insulating member 8e is provided between the lower surface of the pressing portion 93 of the connecting member 9 and the upper surface of the third insulating member 8e immediately below the pressing portion 93. In the present embodiment, the concave portion 93a is formed on the lower surface of the pressing portion 93, and the upper portion of the elastic member 15 is accommodated in the concave portion 93a. This is a device for reducing the size of the connector 1 by shortening the interval between the pressing portion 93 and the third insulating member 8e even when the length of the elastic member 15 is long to some extent. The elastic member 15 is composed of a metal (for example, SUS) spring. In the present embodiment, the elastic member 15 is positioned as a part of the connection member 9.

On the upper surface of the third insulating member 8e with which the lower part of the elastic member 15 abuts, a concave part 16 that covers (stores) the lower part of the elastic member 15 is formed, and the bottom part of the concave part 16 (ie, the lower part of the elastic member 15 abuts). The seat part) is provided with a receiving member 17 made of metal (for example, SUS) that receives the elastic member 15 and prevents damage to the third insulating member 8e made of insulating resin.

The receiving member 17 is for preventing damage to the third insulating member 8e by dispersing the stress applied from the elastic member 15 to the upper surface of the third insulating member 8e. Therefore, it is preferable to make the contact area between the receiving member 17 and the third insulating member 8e as large as possible. In the present embodiment, in order to increase the contact area between the receiving member 17 and the third insulating member 8e, the receiving member 17 having a shape that contacts the entire bottom surface of the recess 16 is provided.

The first terminal housing 5 has a hollow cylindrical body 20 having a substantially rectangular cross section. The outer peripheral portion on one end side (the right side in FIG. 1B) of the cylindrical body 20 to be fitted to the second terminal housing 7 is formed in a tapered shape in consideration of the fitting property with the second connector portion 3. ing. A terminal housing waterproof structure 21 that seals between the first connector portion 2 and the second connector portion 3 is provided on the outer peripheral portion on one end side of the cylindrical body 20. The terminal housing waterproof structure 21 includes a recess 22 formed in the outer peripheral portion on one end side of the cylindrical body 20 and a packing 23 such as an O-ring provided in the recess 22.

On the other end side of the cylindrical body 20 (on the left side in FIG. 1B), that is, on the side opposite to the side that fits the second terminal housing 7, an opening 20a that is one cylindrical opening is formed. The first joint terminals 4a to 4c of the bus bar terminal 65 are inserted from the opening 20a. The resin molded body 10 holding each bus bar terminal 65 is arranged so as to close the opening 20a.

A flange 24 for attaching the first connector portion 2 to a housing such as a device (here, a shield case of a motor) is formed on the outer periphery on the other end side of the cylindrical body 20. The flange 24 has a mounting hole 24a, and a bolt (not shown) is inserted into the mounting hole 24a to be fixed to a housing such as a device. In this embodiment, the case where the flange 24 is provided in the first connector portion 2 will be described. However, the flange 24 may be provided in the second connector portion 3, or the first connector portion 2 and the second connector. It may be provided in both of the parts 3. The flange 24 is provided with a packing 24b for ensuring airtightness with a housing such as a device.

The flange 24 is also effective in improving heat dissipation. That is, the surface area of the first terminal housing 5 can be increased by forming the flange 24, and heat generated inside the first connector portion 2 (for example, heat generated at each contact) is generated in the first terminal housing 5. When heat is radiated to the outside via the heat dissipation, the heat dissipation can be improved.

A connection member insertion hole 26 for inserting the connection member 9 is formed in the upper part (upper side in FIG. 1B) of the cylindrical body 20. The first terminal housing 5 at the periphery of the connection member insertion hole 26 is formed in a cylindrical shape (hollow cylindrical shape). Further, an insulating member assembly 100 described later when the connector portions 2 and 3 are fitted to the inner wall of the cylindrical body 20 at a position facing the connecting member insertion hole 26 (lower side in FIG. 1B). A clamping base 88 is formed which contacts the surface opposite to the connecting member 9 and clamps the insulating member assembly 100 between the connecting member 9 and the connecting member 9 when pressed.

The cylindrical body 20 is preferably formed of a metal such as aluminum having high electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity in order to reduce shielding performance, heat dissipation, and weight of the connector 1, but is formed of resin or the like. You may do it. In the present embodiment, the cylindrical body 20 is made of aluminum.

In the connector 1 according to the present embodiment, a terminal block 71 is provided on the other end side of the cylindrical body 20 to hold the device-side joining terminals 60a to 60c of the bus bar terminals 65 aligned in the stacking direction. The terminal block 71 is made of an insulating resin so as to insulate the bus bar terminals 65 from each other and prevent a short circuit.

The terminal block 71 accommodates the resin molded body 10 and is attached integrally to the cylindrical body 20 on the side opposite to the cylindrical body 20 of the base 71a and attached to the cylindrical body 20, and is connected to the device side of each bus bar terminal 65. And a pedestal portion 71b that holds the end portions of the joining terminals 60a to 60c in alignment in the stacking direction.

A packing 72 is provided on the outer periphery of the end of the base 71a on the cylindrical body 20 side so as to ensure airtightness between the base 71a of the terminal block 71 and the cylindrical body 20.

When the first connector portion 2 is connected to the motor, the base portion 71a of the terminal block 71 is also inserted into the shield case of the motor. To facilitate insertion at this time, the stacking direction of the base portion 71a Both side portions are formed with tapered portions 71c whose width (width in the stacking direction) gradually increases from the base portion 71b side to the cylindrical body 20 side. The tapered portion 71c is also inserted into a groove formed in the shield case of the motor when the first connector portion 2 is connected to the motor, and also plays a role of guiding the first connector portion 2.

Further, the base end portion (end portion on the cylindrical body 20 side) of the taper portion 71c protrudes outward from the taper portion 71c in the stacking direction, and is locked to the edge portion of the shield case of the motor so as to be within the motor of the terminal block 71. A contact portion 71d is formed to prevent falling off.

By providing the contact portion 71d, the terminal block 71 is pressed against the first terminal housing 5 side (tubular body 20 side) by the motor shield case when the first terminal housing 5 is attached to the motor shield case. Therefore, instead of the packing 72 (or in addition to the packing 72), the terminal block 71 moves to the cylindrical body 20 side between the terminal block 71 and the cylindrical body 20 of the first terminal housing 5. A terminal block seal member (not shown) may be provided that is crushed by pressing and securing airtightness between the terminal block 71 and the first terminal housing 5.

Furthermore, the base end portion of the base portion 71a (the end portion on the side opposite to the pedestal portion 71b) is extended into the cylindrical body 20 and the first joint terminals 4a to 4c are sandwiched in the width direction. A pair of wall portions 71e extending between the terminals 4a to 4c and the cylindrical body 20 are formed. The wall portion 71e is formed so as to cover most of the side surfaces of the first joint terminals 4a to 4c, and is configured to increase the creepage distance from the first joint terminals 4a to 4c to the cylindrical body 20.

The pedestal portion 71b is configured to contact one surface of the tip ends of the device-side joining terminals 60a to 60c and hold the one surface. A concave groove 73 is formed below each device-side joining terminal 60a to 60c of the pedestal 71b, and the opposite side to the base 71a is opened. In the concave groove 73, a terminal to be connected (such as a cable in a motor) A nut 74 for screwing a bolt used when connecting the terminal is inserted. The nut 74 is disposed such that the screw hole thereof coincides with the hole 69 of the device side connecting terminals 60a to 60c.

[Second connector part]
Next, the 2nd connector part 3 is demonstrated.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and FIG. 6, the second connector portion 3 includes a second terminal housing 7 in which a plurality (three) of the second joining terminals 6 a to 6 c are arranged and stored, And a plurality of insulating members 8a to 8d having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape that are provided in the terminal housing 7 and insulate the second connecting terminals 6a to 6c.

Cables 66a to 66c extending from the inverter side are respectively connected to one end sides of the second joint terminals 6a to 6c. Electricity of voltage and / or current corresponding to each bus bar terminal 65 is transmitted to each of the cables 66a to 66c. The cables 66 a to 66 c are formed by forming an insulating layer 68 on the outer periphery of the conductor 67. In the present embodiment, a conductor 67 having a cross-sectional area of 20 mm 2 is used.

Each of the cables 66a to 66c is separated and arranged at a predetermined interval by a multi-tubular resin molded body (second inner housing) 30 and held in alignment. When the first connector portion 2 and the second connector portion 3 are fitted to each other, the second joint terminals 6a to 6c are paired with the second joint terminals 6a to 6c by the resin molded body 30, respectively. In this way, they are positioned and held so as to be positioned above each of the first connecting terminals 4a to 4c facing (that is, to be connected). The resin molded body 30 is provided in the second terminal housing 7 behind the plurality of insulating members 8a to 8d in the fitting direction (right side in the drawing).

The resin molded body 30 is made of an insulating resin so as to insulate the second joining terminals 6a to 6c from each other and prevent a short circuit. Even if each of the cables 66a to 66c connected to each of the second joint terminals 6a to 6c is a cable having excellent flexibility, the resin molded body 30 allows each of the second joint terminals 6a to 6c to be predetermined. Can be held in the position.

The resin molded body 30 positions the second joint terminals 6a to 6c by holding the cables 66a to 66c, but is not limited thereto, and holds the cables 66a to 66c and the second joint terminals. 6a-6c may also be held directly and the 2nd junction terminals 6a-6c may be positioned. Further, a joining terminal holding member that directly holds the second joining terminals 6a to 6c without holding the cables 66a to 66c may be used.

With respect to the resin molded body 30, the second joint terminals 6a to 6c are positioned by holding the cables 66a to 66c without directly holding the second joint terminals 6a to 6c, that is, the present embodiment. In such a case, by making the cables 66a to 66c flexible, the distal end sides of the second connection terminals 6a to 6c can move flexibly with respect to the second terminal housing 7, and the connection member 9 Deformation of the second joint terminals 6a to 6c due to the pressing can be suppressed.

A braided shield (not shown) for improving the shielding performance is wound around the cables 66a to 66c drawn from the second terminal housing 7. This braided shield is in contact with a cylindrical shield body 41 described later, and is electrically connected to the first terminal housing 5 via the cylindrical shield body 41 (has the same potential (GND)).

In the second connector portion 3, a disconnection prevention mechanism 27 is provided so that the cables 66 a to 66 c do not come out of the resin molded body 30 even when the cables 66 a to 66 c are pulled. The disconnection prevention mechanism 27 protrudes into the projections 27a formed at the base ends (near the cables 66a to 66c) of the second connecting terminals 6a to 6c and the multiple cylindrical tubes of the resin molded body 30. The locking projection 27a locks the projection 27a to pull out the cables 66a to 66c, and the locking projection 27b regulates the movement of the projection 27a in the pushing direction.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, each of the second connection terminals 6 a to 6 c is formed integrally with the caulking portion 45 and the caulking portion 45 for caulking the conductor 67 exposed from the distal end portions of the cables 66 a to 66 c. Plate-like contact 46. Further, the second joint terminals 6a to 6c are spaced apart from each other at the same interval by bending the body portion 47 of the second joint terminal 6b connected to the cable 66b disposed at the center during alignment. The protrusions 27 a of the drop prevention mechanism 27 are formed so as to protrude upward (or downward) from both ends in the width direction at the base end of the plate-like contact 46.

Each of the second connection terminals 6a to 6c is preferably made of a metal such as silver, copper, or aluminum having high conductivity for the purpose of reducing power transmission loss in the connector 1 or the like. Moreover, each of the 2nd junction terminals 6a-6c has some flexibility.

The plurality of insulating members 8a to 8d are arranged and accommodated in the second terminal housing 7, and are opposite to the other surfaces of the plurality of second connection terminals 6a to 6c (the surfaces opposite to the surfaces bonded to the first connection terminals 4a to 4c). When a plurality of first insulating members 8a to 8c, a plurality of first joint terminals 4a to 4c, and a plurality of second joint terminals 6a to 6c provided integrally with each of the side surfaces are laminated. The first connection terminal 4c located on the outermost side (the lowermost side in FIG. 1B) is provided to face the other surface (the surface opposite to the surface bonded to the second connection terminal 6c). 2 insulating members 8d.

The first insulating members 8a to 8c are provided at positions that protrude toward the distal ends of the second connecting terminals 6a to 6c. As for each of the 1st insulating members 8a-8c, each corner | angular part by which the 1st junction terminal 4a-4c is inserted / extracted is chamfered. Also in the second insulating member 8d, the corners on the side where the first connecting terminals 4a to 4c are inserted and removed and on the first insulating member 8c side are chamfered. Furthermore, each of the surfaces provided on the second joint terminals 6a to 6c of the first insulating members 8a to 8c is formed with a protrusion (a build-up surface) that compensates for the step with the second joint terminals 6a to 6c. The lower surfaces (lower surfaces in the drawing) of the first insulating members 8a to 8c are flush with the lower surfaces (lower surfaces in the drawing) of the second joining terminals 6a to 6c. With these configurations, when the first connector portion 2 and the second connector portion 3 are fitted, the distal ends of the second joint terminals 6a to 6c are in contact with the distal ends of the first joint terminals 4a to 4c to be inserted. Therefore, there is an effect that insertability in the first joint terminals 4a to 4c is improved.

In the connector 1 according to the present embodiment, the insulating members 8a to 8d are connected to each other, and the movement of the insulating members 8a to 8d in the fitting direction and the width direction are restricted to constitute the insulating member assembly 100. ing.

As shown in FIGS. 9A, 9B, and 10, the insulating member assembly 100 is configured by sequentially connecting the insulating members 8a to 8d in the stacking direction. That is, the insulating member assembly 100 is configured by connecting the first insulating member 8a and the first insulating member 8b, the first insulating member 8b and the first insulating member 8c, and the first insulating member 8c and the second insulating member 8d. Is done.

Insulating members facing the first insulating members 8a to 8c across the second joining terminals 6a to 6c provided with the first insulating members 8a to 8c from both ends in the width direction of the first insulating members 8a to 8c Connecting pieces 81 extending integrally to 8b to 8d (the first insulating member 8b in the first insulating member 8a, the first insulating member 8c in the first insulating member 8b, and the second insulating member 8d in the first insulating member 8c) are integrally formed. Is done. Further, on both side surfaces of the insulating members 8b to 8d facing the first insulating members 8a to 8c (facing the second connecting terminals 6a to 6c to which the first insulating members 8a to 8c are fixed) are connected pieces. A connecting groove 82 is formed for accommodating 81 in a slidable manner in the stacking direction.

The connecting piece 81 of the first insulating member 8a is connected to the connecting groove 82 of the first insulating member 8b, the connecting piece 81 of the first insulating member 8b is connected to the connecting groove 82 of the first insulating member 8c, and the connecting piece of the first insulating member 8c is used. By accommodating 81 in the connecting groove 82 of the second insulating member 8d, the insulating members 8a to 8d are connected so as to be relatively movable in the stacking direction, and the insulating member assembly 100 is configured.

The width of the coupling groove 82 in the fitting direction is formed to be substantially equal to the width of the coupling piece 81 to be accommodated in the fitting direction. As a result, the movement of the insulating members 8a to 8d in the fitting direction is restricted. Further, the coupling pieces 81 formed at both end portions in the width direction of the first insulating members 8a to 8c are accommodated in the coupling grooves 82 formed on both side surfaces of the opposing insulating members 8b to 8d, so that the opposing insulation is achieved. Since the members 8b to 8d are sandwiched between the connecting pieces 81 in the width direction, the movement of the insulating members 8a to 8d in the width direction is restricted.

A U-shaped fitting groove 83 is formed at the base end portion of each connecting piece 81, and the first insulating member is formed by fitting the second joining terminals 6 a to 6 c into the fitting groove 83. 8a-8c are provided in the second junction terminals 6a-6c. Accordingly, the first insulating members 8a to 8c are held by the second terminal housing 7 via the second connecting terminals 6a to 6c, the cables 66a to 66c, and the resin molded body 30, and thus the first insulating members 8a to 8c. Positioning with respect to the second terminal housing 7 of 8c is performed.

Further, the second insulating member 8d is formed with a protrusion 84 that protrudes outward in the width direction from both side surfaces of the second insulating member 8d and receives the connecting piece 81 of the opposing first insulating member 8c.

In the connector 1 according to the present embodiment, when the first joining terminals 4a to 4c are inserted between the second joining terminals 6a to 6c and the insulating members 8b to 8d, the insulating member assembly 100 is arranged in the stacking direction. In order to restrict the movement to spread, at least one pair of restrictions projecting forward in the fitting direction (left side in FIG. 9A) so that the insulating member assembly 100 is sandwiched between the resin molded body 30 in the stacking direction. A protrusion 85 is provided.

In the present embodiment, two pairs of regulating projections 85 having a substantially rectangular shape in cross section are provided so as to sandwich both end portions in the width direction of the insulating member assembly 100 in the stacking direction. The restricting protrusion 85 is provided so as to sandwich the connecting piece 81 and the protrusion 84 located at both ends in the width direction of the insulating member assembly 100.

Further, in the present embodiment, the engaging grooves 86 are respectively formed in the insulating members 8 a and 8 d positioned at both ends in the stacking direction of the insulating member assembly 100, and the insulating member assembly 100 is stacked on the resin molded body 30. A pair of engagement claws 87 that engage with the respective engagement grooves 86 are formed so as to be sandwiched in the direction.

Here, as the engaging groove 86, a hole that penetrates the insulating members 8a and 8d in the stacking direction is formed. The engagement groove 86 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from above, and is formed to have substantially the same width as the engagement claw 87 so as not to wobble when the engagement claw 87 is engaged. The insulating members 8a to 8d constituting the insulating member assembly 100 are movable in the stacking direction within a range sandwiched between the restricting protrusions 85 and the engaging claws 87 when the connector portions 2 and 3 are not fitted. Therefore, the engagement groove 86 and the engagement claw 87 need to be configured so that the engagement is not released even when the insulating members 8a and 8d move in the stacking direction.

The insulating member assembly 100 is fixed to the resin molded body 30 by engaging the engaging claws 87 of the resin molded body 30 with the engaging grooves 86 of the insulating members 8a and 8d. Thereby, even if the insulating member assembly 100 is pulled from the opening (the left opening in FIG. 6) of the cylindrical body 36, the insulating member assembly 100 may fall out of the cylindrical body 36. Disappear. Furthermore, since both end portions in the width direction of the insulating member assembly 100 are sandwiched between the restricting projections 85, the insulating member assembly 100 is excessively spread in the stacking direction when the two connector portions 2 and 3 are fitted. In addition, the position of the insulating member assembly 100 in the stacking direction with respect to the resin molded body 30 is restricted within a range sandwiched between the restriction protrusions 85.

Further, when the insulating member assembly 100 is configured, a force (for example, a force for pulling the cables 66a to 66c or a force for pushing the cables 66a to 66c toward the first connector portion 2) is applied to the cables 66a to 66c. Even so, it is possible to prevent the displacement of the insulating members 8a to 8d, and as a result, the first connecting terminals 4a to 4c hit the insulating members 8a to 8d when connecting both the connector portions 2 and 3. Can be prevented, and the fitting operation can be performed smoothly.

The second terminal housing 7 has a hollow cylindrical body 36 having a substantially rectangular cross section. Since the first terminal housing 5 is fitted into the second terminal housing 7, the inner peripheral portion on one end side (left side in FIG. 1B) of the cylindrical body 36 fitted with the first terminal housing 5 is In consideration of the fitting property with the first terminal housing 5, it is formed in a tapered shape.

On the other end side (right side in FIG. 1B) of the cylindrical body 36, the resin molded body 30 that holds and holds the cables 66a to 66c is housed. A packingless airtight portion 43 is provided on the cable insertion side of the resin molded body 30 to prevent water from entering the second terminal housing 7 through the cables 66a to 66c. A packing 44 that abuts on the resin molded body 30 is provided on the outer periphery of the packingless hermetic portion 43.

In addition, a packing 38 that contacts the inner peripheral surface of the first terminal housing 5 is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the resin molded body 30. That is, the connector 1 has a double waterproof structure by the packing 23 provided on the outer periphery of the packing 23 of the terminal housing waterproof structure 21 and the resin molded body 30.

Further, the outer periphery of the tubular body 36 from which the cables 66a to 66c are drawn is covered with a rubber boot (not shown) that prevents water from entering the tubular body 36.

In addition, a connecting member provided in the first connector portion 2 when the second connector portion 3 and the first connector portion 2 are fitted to the upper portion of the cylindrical body 36 (upper side in FIG. 1B). A connection member operating hole 40 for operating 9 is formed. The connection member operation hole 40 has a size that prevents a finger from entering in order to prevent the connection member 9 from being erroneously operated or a finger from coming into contact with the second connection terminals 6a to 6c. It is desirable to do. In the present embodiment, since the tips of the second joint terminals 6a to 6c are covered with the insulating members 8a to 8d, the fingers do not come into contact with the second joint terminals 6a to 6c.

The cylindrical body 36 is preferably formed of a metal such as aluminum having high electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity in order to reduce shielding performance, heat dissipation, and weight of the connector 1, but is formed of resin or the like. You may do it. In the present embodiment, since the cylindrical body 36 is formed of an insulating resin, an aluminum cylindrical shield body is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the other end side of the cylindrical body 36 in order to improve its shielding performance and heat dissipation. 41 is provided.

The cylindrical shield body 41 has a contact portion 42 that contacts the outer periphery of the first terminal housing 5 made of aluminum when the first connector portion 2 and the second connector portion 3 are fitted together. The first terminal housing 5 is thermally and electrically connected to the first terminal housing 5. Thereby, the shielding performance and heat dissipation are improved. In particular, with regard to heat dissipation, significant improvement is expected by positively releasing heat to the first terminal housing 5 side, which is excellent in heat dissipation. In addition, the cylindrical shield body 41 is abbreviate | omitted in FIG.6 and FIG.9 (a).

[Connection between the first connector portion and the second connector portion]
When both the terminal housings 5 and 7 are fitted, the first joint terminals 4a to 4c are inserted between the pair of second joint terminals 6a to 6c and the insulating members 8b to 8d, respectively. And by this insertion, while facing each of one surface of several 1st junction terminals 4a-4c and each of one surface of several 2nd junction terminals 6a-6c, it is 1st junction terminal 4a-. 4c, the second joining terminals 6a to 6c, and the insulating members 8a to 8d are alternately arranged, that is, the first joining terminals 4a to 4c and the second joining terminals 6a to 6c are paired with the insulating members 8a to 8d. It will be in the lamination state arrange | positioned so that it may pinch | interpose.

At this time, each of the first insulating members 8a to 8c is fixed to the distal end side of the second connecting terminals 6a to 6c that are held in alignment with each other at a predetermined interval in the second connector portion 3. Therefore, the interval between the insulating members 8a to 8c can be maintained without separately providing a holding jig (see Patent Document 2) for holding the interval between the insulating members 8a to 8c. become. Thereby, each of the 1st junction terminals 4a-4c can be easily inserted between each of the 2nd junction terminals 6a-6c used as a pair, and insulating members 8b-8d. That is, the insertability of the first joint terminals 4a to 4c is not lowered. In addition, since it is not necessary to provide a holding jig for holding the interval between the insulating members 8a to 8c, it is very effective in that further downsizing can be realized as compared with the related art.

Further, the contact points relating to the first and second joint terminals 4a and 6a are connected to the first insulating member 8a fixed to the second joint terminal 6a constituting the contact point and the second joint terminal 6b constituting the other contact point. It is sandwiched between the fixed first insulating member 8b. In addition, the contact points relating to the first joint terminal 4b and the second joint terminal 6b are connected to the first insulating member 8b fixed to the second joint terminal 6b constituting the contact and the second joint terminal 6c constituting the other contact. It is sandwiched between the fixed first insulating member 8c. Similarly, the contact relating to the first joint terminal 4c and the second joint terminal 6c is sandwiched between the first insulating member 8c fixed to the second joint terminal 6c constituting the contact and the second insulating member 8d.

In this state, when the rotating portion 92 of the connecting member 9 is rotated with a tool such as a wrench and the pressing portion 93 is pushed downward, the first insulating member 8a, the first insulating member 8b, and the first insulating member are pressed by the elastic member 15. The pressing is performed in the order of 8c and the second insulating member 8d. Since the second insulating member 8d is in contact with the holding base 88 and its movement in the stacking direction is restricted, each of the contacts is pressed so as to be sandwiched by any two of the insulating members 8a to 8d and is pressed against each contact. Thus, a pressing force is applied, and the contacts are brought into contact with each other while being insulated from each other. At this time, each of the first joint terminals 4a to 4c and each of the second joint terminals 6a to 6c are slightly bent by the pressing from the insulating members 8a to 8d and are brought into contact in a wide range. As a result, each contact point is firmly contacted and fixed even in an environment such as a vehicle that generates vibrations.

By the way, in this Embodiment, although the 1st connector part 2 is provided in the motor, when providing the 1st connector part 2 in a motor, a cable (power cable) is first pulled out from the shield case of the motor, The terminals provided at the end of the cable are electrically connected to the device side connecting terminals 60a to 60c arranged on the pedestal 71b of the terminal block 71, respectively, and then the terminal block 71 is fitted into the shield case of the motor. The flange 24 may be fixed to the shield case using a bolt. When electrically connecting the motor-side cable terminals to the equipment-side joining terminals 60a to 60c, a bolt (not shown) is screwed into the nut 74, and the cable terminal and the equipment-side joining terminal are connected between the bolt and the nut 74. What is necessary is just to each fix the contact of 60a-60c. After the first connector portion 2 is provided on the motor, the motor and the inverter are electrically connected by fitting the second connector portion 3 electrically connected to the inverter to the first connector portion 2. It will be.

In the connector 1 of the present embodiment, since the terminal block 71 is provided on the connector 1 side, it is not necessary to provide a terminal block on the motor side. Further, in the connector 1, a terminal seal member 70 is provided around the plane changing portion 62 of the bus bar terminal 65 to ensure airtightness with the terminal block 71, and the flange 24 is airtight between the shield case. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a seal structure for preventing leakage of oil or the like and entry of water or the like on the motor side. Therefore, the structure of the motor is simplified, contributing to weight reduction of the entire vehicle.

[Connecting member]
Next, the connection member 9 will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 and FIG. 11, the connection member 9 has an upper portion inserted through a ring-shaped support portion 91 fixed to the first terminal housing 5 and a hollow portion formed by the ring-shaped support portion 91. Then, by rotating the rotating portion 92 that is rotatably supported by the support portion 91 and the rotating portion 92, the adjacent insulating member 8 a is moved in the vertical direction with respect to the rotating portion 92. And a pressing portion 93 for pressing.

The support portion 91 is formed of a ring-shaped frame that is fixed to the first terminal housing 5.

The rotating part 92 is inserted into the hollow part 91a formed by the ring-shaped support part 91, and the upper part is inserted into the support part 91 so as to be freely rotatable. 95 and a sliding protrusion 94 protruding downward from the head 95 (on the first insulating member 8a side). In the present embodiment, the two sliding protrusions 94 are formed so as to protrude downward from the positions at which the head 95 is opposed. However, the number of sliding protrusions 94 is not limited to this, and one or three or more sliding protrusions 94 may be formed.

The sliding projection 94 is formed in an arc shape in a top view so as to follow the cylindrical head portion 95. Further, the corner of the lower end of the sliding projection 94 is chamfered (rounded) so as to easily slide along a stepped surface 97a of a sliding receiving portion 97 described later. By forming the sliding projection 94 in an arc shape when viewed from the top, the strength against the load in the vertical direction can be improved as compared with the case where the sliding projection 94 is formed in a straight line when viewed from the top. As a result, the sliding protrusion 94 can be made thin, which contributes to downsizing of the connecting member 9.

The head portion 95 is formed to have a diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the support portion 91, and is integrally formed below the small diameter portion 95 a and a small diameter portion 95 a inserted into the hollow portion 91 a of the support portion 91. The large-diameter portion 95b is formed to have a diameter slightly smaller than the outer diameter. The step formed between the small-diameter portion 95a and the large-diameter portion 95b contacts the lower surface of the support portion 91, and the upward movement of the rotating portion 92 is restricted. Since the head portion 95 of the rotating portion 92 is always urged upward by the elastic member 15 via the pressing portion 93, if the upward movement of the head portion 95 is restricted, the head portion of the rotating portion 92 is The vertical position of 95 is naturally determined.

A groove 95c is formed along the circumferential direction in the central portion of the large-diameter portion 95b of the head 95 in the stacking direction, and water is prevented from entering the first terminal housing 5 into the groove 95c. A packing 14 is provided (the packing 14 is omitted in FIG. 11).

The pressing portion 93 is formed in a columnar shape, and the upper portion is inserted into the hollow portion of the head portion 95 of the rotating portion 92 (the hollow portion formed by the cylindrical head portion 95), and the insulating member 8a adjacent to the lower portion is adjacent thereto. A main body portion 96 that presses (that is, presses toward the contact point), and a slide receiving portion 97 that is formed on the side surface of the cylindrical main body portion 96 along the circumferential direction and has a stepped surface 97a on the upper side. ,have.

The main body portion 96 is formed to have a diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the head portion 95 of the rotating portion 92, and is integrally formed below the small diameter portion 96a and a small diameter portion 96a inserted into the hollow portion of the head portion 95. The large-diameter portion 96b is larger in diameter than the small-diameter portion 96a. A step formed between the small diameter portion 96a and the large diameter portion 96b is a slide receiving portion 97.

The sliding receiving portion 97 abuts the lower end of the sliding projection 94 on the stepped surface 97 a to restrict the upward movement of the main body portion 96 with respect to the head portion 95, so It is for positioning in the direction. Since the main body portion 96 is always urged upward by the elastic member 15, if the upward movement of the main body portion 96 is restricted, the vertical position of the main body portion 96 is naturally determined.

The large-diameter portion 96b of the main body portion 96 is formed with a rectangular slide protrusion 96c in front view so as to protrude radially outward from the large-diameter portion 96b. On the other hand, a slide groove (not shown) extending in the vertical direction is formed in the first terminal housing 5 at the periphery of the main body portion 96 of the pressing portion 93, that is, the inner peripheral surface of the connection member insertion hole 26. The slide protrusion 96c is slidably engaged with the slide groove to restrict the main body 96 of the pressing portion 93 from rotating with the rotation of the rotating portion 92, and the pressing portion 93 is controlled. The first terminal housing 5 can be held slidable in the vertical direction.

Although the slide protrusion 96c is formed on the pressing portion 93 side and the slide groove is formed on the first terminal housing 5 side here, the relationship between the protrusion and the groove may be reversed. That is, a slide protrusion may be formed on the first terminal housing 5 (the inner peripheral surface of the connection member insertion hole 26), and a slide groove that slidably accommodates the slide protrusion may be formed on the pressing portion 93 side.

In the connector 1 according to the present embodiment, by changing the position in the vertical direction of the stepped surface 97 a of the sliding receiving portion 97 in the circumferential direction of the main body portion 96, the pressing portion 93 is accompanied with the rotation of the rotating portion 92. Is configured to move in the vertical direction with respect to the rotating portion 92.

Specifically, the sliding receiving portion 97 includes a first horizontal portion 97b in which a step surface 97a is formed in a vertical direction (referred to as a horizontal direction) with respect to the vertical direction, and an end portion (right side in the drawing) of the first horizontal portion 97b. A slope portion 97c formed with a step surface 97a so as to extend obliquely downward (in the drawing, diagonally downward in the drawing) along the side surface of the main body portion 96, and an end portion of the slope portion 97c (on the right side in the drawing). And a second horizontal portion 97d in which a step surface 97a is formed in the horizontal direction. In other words, the sliding receiving portion 97 is configured to gently connect the first horizontal portion 97b and the second horizontal portion 97d formed at different positions in the vertical direction with the slope portion 97c.

In the present embodiment, since the two sliding projections 94 are formed at opposing positions, the first horizontal portion 97b and the slope portion 97c, which are the sliding receiving portions 97, correspond to the both sliding projections 94. , And the second horizontal portion 97d are also formed in two at opposite positions. At this time, the first horizontal portion 97b and the second horizontal portion 97d are adjacent to each other. However, since the second horizontal portion 97d is formed below the first horizontal portion 97b, the first horizontal portion 97b and the second horizontal portion 97d A step 98a in the vertical direction is formed between the two horizontal portions 97d. The step 98a plays a role of regulating the sliding projection 94 so that the sliding projection 94 does not move (rotate) to the right of the second horizontal portion 97d.

Further, a protrusion 98b that protrudes upward from the step surface 97a is formed at the end of the first horizontal portion 97b on the second horizontal portion 97d side (the end on the left side in the drawing), that is, at the top of the step 98a. The protrusion 98b is for restricting the sliding protrusion 94 so that the sliding protrusion 94 does not move (rotate) to the left of the first horizontal portion 97b. The vertical length from the lower end of the step 98a to the upper end of the protrusion 98b (that is, the vertical length from the second horizontal portion 97d to the upper surface of the protrusion 98b) is the vertical length of the sliding protrusion 94 ( That is, it is formed substantially equal to the vertical length from the lower end of the sliding projection 94 to the lower surface of the head 95.

On the step surface 97a (step surface 97a on the left side of the projection 98b) of the first horizontal portion 97b, a concave projection holding portion 99 that accommodates the lower end portion of the sliding projection 94 is formed. The protrusion holding portion 99 is for preventing the head 95 of the rotating portion 92 from unintentionally rotating due to vibration or the like and releasing the application of the pressing force to each contact. The above-described protrusion 98 b comes into contact with the left end portion of the sliding protrusion 94 when the lower end portion of the sliding protrusion 94 is accommodated in the protrusion holding portion 99.

Further, by forming the projection holding portion 99, vibration (or change in operational feeling) when the sliding projection 94 is fitted into the projection holding portion 99 is in the hands of an operator who is operating a tool such as a wrench. The operator feels that the sliding protrusion 94 has been fitted into the protrusion holding portion 99, that is, that the rotating portion 92 has been rotated to a position where it cannot be rotated any further. Can be captured. That is, the protrusion holding unit 99 notifies the operator that the rotation unit 92 has been sufficiently rotated, and also serves to prevent the operator from rotating the rotation unit 92 too much. .

As the support part 91, the rotation part 92, and the pressing part 93 of the connection member 9, it is desirable to use those made of an iron-based material such as SUS from the viewpoint of durability and mechanical strength.

Next, a specific turning operation of the connecting member 9 will be described with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIG. 12A, first, the rotating portion 92 is rotated counterclockwise (counterclockwise) in the top view with respect to the support portion 91, and the sliding protrusion 94 is positioned at the second horizontal portion 97d. Let At this time, the movement (rotation) of the sliding projection 94 is restricted by the step 98a, and the rotation portion 92 is prevented from excessively rotating.

In a state where the sliding protrusion 94 is positioned on the second horizontal portion 97d, the main body portion 96 of the pressing portion 93 is moved to the uppermost side (the side opposite to the first insulating member 8a). In this state, the first terminal housing 5 and the second terminal housing 7 are fitted, and the second joint terminals 6a to 6c and the insulating members 8b to 8d facing the second joint terminals 6a to 6c are connected to each other. 1 joining terminal 4a-4c is inserted.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 12B, the rotating portion 92 is rotated clockwise (clockwise) with respect to the support portion 91 in a top view. Then, the sliding projection 94 slides along the stepped surface 97a of the sliding receiving portion 97 and rides on the slope portion 97c, and the main body portion 96 of the pressing portion 93 gradually lowers against the spring force of the elastic member 15. The main body 96 presses the adjacent first insulating member 8a via the elastic member 15, and a pressing force is gradually applied to each contact.

When the rotating portion 92 is further rotated, as shown in FIG. 12C, the sliding projection 94 rides on the first horizontal portion 97b. At this stage, the main body 96 of the pressing portion 93 moves to the lowermost side (first insulating member 8a side), and a sufficient pressing force is applied to each contact.

When the rotating portion 92 is further rotated, the sliding protrusion 94 is accommodated in the protrusion holding portion 99 as shown in FIG. When the sliding protrusion 94 is fitted into the protrusion holding portion 99, vibration (or change in operation feeling) is transmitted to the hand of the operator who is operating a tool such as a wrench. The rotation of the rotation unit 92 is terminated when the change in the operational feeling is felt by the hand. When the sliding projection 94 is accommodated in the projection holding portion 99, the movement (rotation) of the sliding projection 94 is restricted by the projection 98b, so that the rotation portion 92 is prevented from excessively rotating. It has become.

As shown in FIG. 13, the state before turning the turning portion 92 (the state in FIG. 12A) and the state after turning the turning portion 92 (the state in FIG. 12D). In the connector 1 according to the present embodiment, the vertical position of the upper surface of the connection member 9 (that is, the upper surface of the head portion 95 of the rotating portion 92) changes before and after the rotating portion 92 rotates. I understand that I don't. Therefore, according to the connector 1, when the operation is performed with a tool such as a wrench, the connecting member 9 does not move in the vertical direction and the tool does not interfere with other members, and the tool can be easily rotated. . In addition, since the connecting member 9 does not sink into the first terminal housing, the deformed hole 92a for fitting the tool is easily visible, which contributes to improvement in workability.

[Operation of this embodiment]
The operation of the present embodiment will be described.

In the connector 1 according to the present embodiment, the device-side joining terminals 60a to 60c that are integrally provided on the base end sides of the first joining terminals 4a to 4c are arranged with surfaces parallel to both the stacking direction and the fitting direction. The first terminal housing 5 is provided with a terminal block 71 that holds the device-side joining terminals 60a to 60c in alignment with each other in the stacking direction. In other words, the terminal block 71 for aligning the plate-like device-side joining terminals 60a to 60c is provided so as to form a plane parallel to the side surface of the rectangular parallelepiped laminated structure.

Thereby, even in the connector 1 using the laminated connection structure, terminals such as cables extended from devices such as motors can be easily connected to the device-side joining terminals 60a to 60c aligned and held on the terminal block 71. The connector 1 can be easily connected to a terminal such as a cable in the device. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to provide a terminal block on the device side such as a motor to which the first connector portion 2 is connected, it contributes to weight reduction of the entire vehicle.

Moreover, in this Embodiment, the plane change part 62 which changes the direction of the surface of a plate-shaped terminal shape is formed between the 1st junction terminals 4a-4c and the apparatus side junction terminals 60a-60c, At least a part of the plane changing portion 62 is formed in a circular shape in a cross-sectional view, and a terminal sealing member 70 that ensures airtightness with the terminal block 71 around the circular plane changing portion 62 formed in the circular shape. Is provided.

As a result, it is possible to use an inexpensive rubber packing or the like generally used as the terminal seal member 70, which contributes to cost reduction. Further, according to the connector 1, since the terminal sealing member 70 is provided and the flange 24 is provided with the packing 24b, it is not necessary to provide a sealing structure for preventing leakage of oil on the equipment side such as a motor. In addition, the structure of a device such as a motor can be simplified.

Further, in the present embodiment, the arrangement pitch in the stacking direction of the plurality of device-side joining terminals 60a to 60c is set larger than the arrangement pitch in the stacking direction of the plurality of first joining terminals 4a to 4c, and the first joining terminal 4a. ~ 4c and the device side connecting terminals 60a ~ 60c, since the pitch conversion unit 63 that converts the arrangement pitch in the stacking direction is formed, it is easier to connect with terminals such as cables in the device, Workability of connection work can be improved.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

For example, in the said embodiment, although the case where the 1st connector part 2 was made into a male as a connector and the 2nd connector part 3 was made into a female was demonstrated, the 1st connector part 2 was made into a female and a 2nd connector part. 3 may be a male connector.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the case where the insulating members 8a-8d were accommodated in the 2nd terminal housing 7 was demonstrated, it comprised so that the insulating members 8a-8d might be accommodated in the 1st terminal housing 5. Also good.

Further, in the above embodiment, a three-phase alternating current power line is assumed. However, according to the technical idea of the present invention, for example, a connector for an automobile, which is a three-phase alternating current between a motor and an inverter. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which lines for different uses such as a power line for a power supply and a DC two-phase power line for an air conditioner are connected together. By configuring in this way, it is possible to connect power lines for a plurality of uses at once with a single connector, so there is no need to prepare different connectors for each use, saving space and reducing costs. Can contribute.

Also, the surface of each of the first joint terminals 4a to 4c and the second joint terminals 6a to 6c is roughened by knurling, etc., increasing the frictional force, making it difficult for the terminals to move, and fixing at the respective contacts. You may make it harden.

Furthermore, in the said embodiment, although the 2nd junction terminal 6a-6c was fitted by the fitting groove | channel 83, the case where the 1st insulating members 8a-8c were provided in the 2nd junction terminal 6a-6c was demonstrated. The first insulating members 8a to 8c may be provided on the second connecting terminals 6a to 6c by insert molding, or the second connecting terminals 6a to 6c may be press-fitted and fixed to the first insulating members 8a to 8c. Good.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the cable excellent in flexibility was used as the cables 66a-66c, a rigid cable may be used.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, the direction in the use condition of a connector may be the connection member 9 in a substantially horizontal state, or a substantially vertical state. In other words, the usage condition of the connector in this embodiment does not require the orientation in the usage state.

In the above-described embodiment, the adjacent first insulating member 8 a is pressed by the main body portion 96 of the pressing portion 93 via the elastic member 15 that is a part of the connection member 9. Instead, the adjacent first insulating member 8 a may be pressed directly by the main body portion 96.

In the above embodiment, the connection member 9 is provided only on one side of the first terminal housing 5. However, the connection member 9 is provided on both sides of the first terminal housing 5, and both the sides provided on both sides are provided. You may comprise so that pressing force may be provided to each contact by the connection member 9. FIG.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the main-body part 96 of the press part 93 was formed in the substantially cylindrical shape, it is good also as a penetration type | mold by forming the axial part which penetrates each contact integrally with the main-body part 96.
