‐前記ベーンの予備形状体をマトリクスで密度を高めて、組み込まれた内側のプラットフォーム及び外側のプラットフォームを有する複合材料製のベーンを得るステップ。
Claims (7)
- 内側のプラットフォーム及び外側のプラットフォームに固定されたエーロフォイルを備え、複合材料製のターボ機械のベーンを製造する方法であって、以下のステップを備える方法。
‐多層織を用いて、製造されるべき前記ベーンの方向に対応する長さ方向を有し、かつ、織によって連結されている複数の糸の層を備えた織られた第一部分、織られた第二部分、及び織られた第三部分を厚み方向に含む、繊維の半加工品を形成するステップであって、前記第一部分は、前記第二部分と前記第三部分との間に配置され、その長さ方向の範囲の部分のみにおいて織によってそれらに連結されているステップ;
‐前記繊維の半加工品を用いて、前記第一部分の両側で、前記第一部分に連結されていない第二部分及び第三部分のセグメントを広げ、前記第一部分を成形して製造されるべき前記ベーンの前記エーロフォイルのための予備形状体の部分を形成し、前記第二部分及び前記第三部分の広げられたセグメントを成形して製造されるべき前記ベーンの前記内側のプラットフォーム及び前記外側のプラットフォームための予備形状体の部分を形成することによって、製造されるべき前記ベーンのための予備形状体を形成するステップ;及び
‐前記ベーンの予備形状体をマトリクスで密度を高めて、組み込まれた内側のプラットフォーム及び外側のプラットフォームを有する複合材料製のベーンを得るステップ。 - 前記半加工品の前記第一部分は、前記半加工品の前記第一部分の長さ方向の範囲全体にわたって延びており、かつ、成形されて中空の前記エーロフォイルのための予備形状体の部分を形成するように前記半加工品の前記第一部分の長さ方向の端部において単に開放されている、隣接する2つの糸の層の間に内部の非連結領域を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一部分に連結されていない前記半加工品の前記第二部分及び前記第三部分の前記セグメントは、前記半加工品の前記第二部分及び前記第三部分の長さ方向の端部に配置されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記半加工品の前記第二部分及び前記第三部分は、長さ方向の端部において前記半加工品の前記第一部分に織によって連結され、前記半加工品の前記第一部分に連結されていない前記半加工品の前記第二部分及び前記第三部分の前記セグメントが当該長さ方向の端部の間で延びている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エーロフォイルのための前記予備形状体の部分は、前記内側のプラットフォーム及び前記外側のプラットフォームのための前記予備形状体の部分の幅よりも小さい幅を有し、前記半加工品の第一部分の区域を介して、前記セグメントの、前記半加工品の残部との接続部分に沿って前記半加工品の幅全体にわたって、前記半加工品の第二部分及び前記第三部分の間で連結領域を残しつつ、前記半加工品の前記第一部分の余分な幅が切断されることによって取り除かれて前記エーロフォイルのための前記予備形状体の部分が形作られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- タービンノズル又はコンプレッサのディフューザのためのベーンを作るために、前記ベーンの予備形状体が、前記外側のプラットフォームのための前記予備形状体の部分を、その外側において、超えて延びている外側の延伸部分を備えて形成され、かつ、前記外側の延伸部分が、前記ベーンの予備形状体を形成しつつ、タービン又はコンプレッサのケーシングに取り付けるための取り付け部分のための予備形状体の部分を形成するように形作られている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- タービンノズル又はコンプレッサのディフューザのためのベーンを作るために、前記ベーンの予備形状体が、前記内側のプラットフォームのための前記予備形状体の部分を、その内側において、超えて延びている内側の延伸部分を備えて形成され、かつ、前記内側の延伸部分が、前記ベーンの予備形状体を形成しつつ、アタッチメント部分のための予備形状体の部分を形成するように形作られている、請求項1に記載の方法。
