Description

The present invention relates to a joint member with a seat provided with a plurality of pipe connecting portions.

In the water supply / hot water supply piping of a building, a joint member is connected to a pipe arranged under the floor or along the wall, and connected to indoor equipment such as a faucet device through the joint member. Yes. Moreover, while connecting the edge part of the piping extended under the floor to the joint member fixed to the floor surface etc., the piping which stands | starts up indoors through the through-hole provided in the floor is also performed.

As for this type of joint member, a metal elbow joint main body provided with a mounting washer on the back surface and a mounting hole for a fastening member such as a screw provided in the washer is widely known (for example, Patent Documents). 1 (see page 2, Fig. 4)). As shown in FIG. 7, in the conventional elbow joint 10 with a seat, a mounting seat 110 and a joint body 120 are integrally formed by casting. The mounting hole 111 for screwing a screw or the like is provided with a recess 112 for accommodating the head of the fastening device. By screwing the fastening tool through the mounting hole 111, the head of the fastening tool can be engaged with the recess 112 of the mounting hole 111, and the seated elbow joint 10 can be fixed to the wall surface, floor surface, or the like. It is configured as follows.

The conventional elbow joint with a seat 10 has sufficient strength because the mounting seat 110 including the mounting hole 111 is made of a metal material. On the other hand, an elbow joint with a seat made of a synthetic resin is also demanded from the viewpoint of weight reduction and cost reduction, and a product in which a joint body and a mounting seat are integrally formed of a synthetic resin material is required. A mounting seat made of a synthetic resin molded product can be sufficiently reduced in weight and excellent in dimensional accuracy compared to a case made of a metal material. However, the edge of the molded product is easily damaged when an external force is applied. For example, when a fastening tool is screwed into a mounting hole that does not have a recess in the edge of the mounting hole, the head interferes around the mounting hole. Thus, a pressing force acts. For this reason, if the fastening tool is excessively screwed, stress concentrates around the mounting hole, and there is a possibility that damage such as cracks may occur in the mounting seat. Further, forming the mounting seat of the conventional elbow joint with a seat as it is by a synthetic resin molded product has a problem that it is difficult to open the molding die and has not been realized.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and the object of the present invention is to prevent damage to the synthetic resin mounting seat even if the fastening device is screwed in, and to be attached to the mounting surface. An object of the present invention is to provide a joint member that can perform work efficiently and smoothly.

The solving means of the present invention for achieving the above object is based on a joint member including a joint body having a plurality of pipe connecting portions and a synthetic resin mounting seat for supporting the joint body on a mounting surface. To do. For this joint member, the mounting seat is provided with a plurality of through holes for screwing the fasteners, and a recessed groove that is recessed from the surface of the mounting seat is adjacent to each through hole. It extends to the edge of the mounting seat. In addition, the outer periphery of the adjacent through hole and the groove is provided with an inclined edge that is inclined obliquely so that the inclined edge surrounds a part of the peripheral edge of the through hole and both edges of the groove. It is characterized by being provided continuously.

Due to this specific matter, when the mounting seat is fixed to a mounting surface such as a wall, the head of the fastening device is accommodated in the inclined edge of the peripheral edge of the through hole into which the fastening device is screwed, and the fastening device is received. . For this reason, it is possible to prevent the fastening tool from being excessively screwed in, and it is possible to fix the mounting seat to the mounting surface without the fastening tool being recessed into the mounting seat. In addition, by having a concave groove adjacent to the through hole, the load applied around the through hole can be reduced, and even if the fastening tool is screwed, damage such as a crack occurs in the concave groove of the mounting seat. Can be prevented.

The following is mentioned as a more concrete structure of the said joint member. That is, in the joint member, the concave grooves adjacent to the through holes of the mounting seat may be provided in parallel to each other. Moreover, you may provide a ditch | groove as wide as the edge part of a mounting seat.

Thereby, it is possible to effectively prevent damage to the mounting seat due to screwing of the fastening device, and it is possible to improve the moldability.

The joint body of the joint member may be provided with a bent portion, and the mounting seat may have a bent shape along the bent portion of the joint body. Thereby, a joint member can be stably fixed to the attachment surface of 2 directions, such as a wall surface, a floor surface, or a base surface.

In the present invention, the synthetic resin mounting seat is provided with a plurality of through-holes for screwing the fasteners and concave grooves recessed from the surface of the mounting seat, and the adjacent through-holes and the outer circumferential portions of the concave grooves are provided. An inclined edge portion that is inclined obliquely is provided, and the inclined edge portion is continuously provided so as to surround a part of the peripheral edge portion of the through hole and both edge portions of the concave groove. For this reason, it is possible to reduce the load on the periphery of the through hole by tightening the fastening tool, and it is possible to prevent damage to the synthetic resin mounting seat.

Hereinafter, a joint member according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1 to 6 show a joint member according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 1 is a plan view of the joint member, FIG. 2 is a bottom view, FIG. 3 is a perspective view, FIG. 4 is a side view, and FIG. FIG. Moreover, FIG. 6 is explanatory drawing which shows the attachment method of the said joint member. For convenience of explanation, the connection port side of the pipe connection portion 21 of the joint member 1 in FIG. 1 is shown as a top view in a plan view, and the contact surface side with the mounting surface of the mounting seat 3 in FIG. Although shown, the joint member according to the present invention is not necessarily used in the orientation shown in these drawings, and may be used in any orientation.

The joint member 1 includes a joint body 2 having a plurality of pipe connection portions, and a mounting seat 3 that supports the joint body 2 on a mounting surface. The joint body 2 and the mounting seat 3 are integrally formed of a synthetic resin molded product.

The joint body 2 is formed in an elbow shape having a 90-degree bent portion, and is used for connecting, for example, a water supply / hot water supply pipe. In the illustrated embodiment, the joint body 2 includes, as pipe connection parts, a faucet connection part 21 for connecting a faucet instrument, and a pipe connection part 23 for connecting a synthetic resin pipe such as a water supply / hot water supply pipe. It has.

A metal female screw member 22 is fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the faucet connection portion 21, and a faucet device is screwed and connected. A member such as a one-touch joint or a cap nut connected by inserting a resin pipe is installed on the pipe connection portion 23. The pipe connection portion 23 has a plurality of seal grooves 24 formed therein.

The mounting seat 3 formed integrally with the joint body 2 is bent along the bent portion of the joint body 2. The mounting seat 3 includes seats in two orthogonal directions, and is formed in a substantially L-shaped cross-sectional shape as shown in the figure.

The mounting seat 3 has a plurality of through holes 32 for screwing the fasteners 4. The through hole 32 is a circular hole that penetrates the mounting seat 3 in the plate thickness direction, and can be used by penetrating, for example, a countersunk screw as the fastening tool 4. As shown in the figure, the through holes 32 are evenly arranged so as to be axially symmetrical on the left and right sides of the joint body 2 with respect to the shaft center of the joint body 2.

The fastener 4 is inserted into the through-hole 32 from the surface 31 side of the mounting seat 3. Then, the mounting seat 3 is screwed and fixed by screwing the fastener 4 into a mounting surface such as a wall surface. The fastening device 4 is not particularly limited, such as a screw, a screw, a screw nail, or a simple nail, and any fastening device similar to these can be used.

The through-hole 32 is chamfered so as to accommodate the head of the fastening device 4 and includes an inclined edge 34. The inclined edge portion 34 is formed on the surface 31 side of the mounting seat 3 in the through hole 32. The inclined edge 34 has a diameter corresponding to the taper shape of the seating surface on the back side of the head of the fastening device 4 such as a countersunk screw, from the front side in the insertion direction of the fastening device 4 toward the back side in the insertion direction. The slope is a truncated cone shape (substantially tapered shape) that gradually decreases.

Such an inclined edge 34 is in a state where the seating surface of the head of the fastening device 4 faces when the fastening device 4 is inserted into the through hole 32. As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the inclined surface of the inclined edge 34 is fixed to the fastening device 4 according to the inclination angle of the seating surface of the fastening device 4 in a sectional view along the insertion direction of the fastening device 4. Is inclined inward in the radial direction of the through hole 32 from the front side in the insertion direction toward the back side in the insertion direction (arrow B direction).

The inclined edge 34 is preferably formed by a slope inclined at 45 degrees with respect to the surface of the mounting seat 3 in accordance with, for example, an inclination angle of about 45 degrees of the seat surface of the countersunk screw. In consideration of using other types of fastening devices 4, the inclined edge 34 is not limited to a 45-degree slope, and is approximately 30 to 60 degrees with respect to the surface 31 of the mounting seat 3. Preferably, it is formed at an inclination angle within a range.

Further, the mounting seat 3 of the joint member 1 is provided with a concave groove 33 adjacent to the through hole 32. The recessed groove 33 is provided for each through-hole 32 and is formed so as to be recessed from the surface 31 of the mounting seat 3. Each concave groove 33 extends from the through hole 32 to the edge of the mounting seat 3 and has a constant width.

The outer peripheries of the adjacent through hole 32 and the concave groove 33 are surrounded by an inclined edge 34 that is inclined obliquely. In the illustrated form, the inclined edge portion 34 around the through hole 32 is provided so as to surround a substantially half circumference portion of the through hole 32 near the joint body 2. The inclined edge 34 partially surrounds the peripheral edge of the through hole 32 and is continuous with both edges of the concave groove 33 so as to surround the periphery and extend to the edge of the mounting seat 3. Has been. The plurality of concave grooves 33 are arranged in parallel to each other.

For example, when the fastening tool 4 is screwed onto the mounting surface using an electric tool such as an electric screwdriver, the screwing speed of the fastening tool 4 with respect to the mounting surface is faster than when the operator manually turns the driver or the like. . For this reason, there is a high possibility that the seating surface of the fastener 4 will collide with the edge of the through-hole 32, and a collision load acts. Synthetic resin products are generally weak against such a collision load, and are liable to cause damage such as cracks.

On the other hand, in the joint member 1 according to the present embodiment, the through hole 32 has the inclined edge 34, and the concave groove 33 is provided adjacent to the through hole 32, and the concave groove 33 is also inclined. An edge 34 is provided continuously. When the fastening tool 4 is screwed into the through-hole 32 using a power tool and the rotational speed of the power tool is fast, the approach speed of the seating surface of the fastening tool 4 with respect to the inclined edge portion 34 becomes fast. However, the inclined edge portion 34 of the through-hole 32 receives the seating surface of the fastener 4 by an inclined surface having a substantially equivalent inclination. This prevents the fastener 4 from being excessively screwed. Further, the concave groove 33 adjacent to the through hole 32 reduces the contact area between the fastening device 4 and the mounting seat 3 and relaxes the action received by the mounting seat 3, so that the concave groove 33 around the through hole 32 is formed. Prevents damage such as cracks.

In the joint member 1, the concave groove 33 and the inclined edge 34 as described above are extended to the edge of the mounting seat 3, so that the molding die is a split mold and the mold opening direction is that of the mounting seat 3. It is possible to remove the mold by sliding in the direction along the concave groove 33. Thereby, the mounting seat 3 as a molded product can be easily taken out from the molding die. Moreover, by providing the concave groove 33 and the inclined edge 34 continuously around the through-hole 32, the ease of molding can be improved, the mold design is not complicated, and the productivity is improved. Can do.

Further, in the joint member 1 according to the present invention, the plurality of concave grooves 33 are formed in parallel at equal widths from the edge of the through hole 32 to the edge of the mounting seat 3 in the mounting seat 3 as described above. Not limited. That is, for example, the plurality of concave grooves 33 are formed so as to be wider toward the edge portion of the mounting seat 3, or are equal in width to the middle portion from the through hole 32 to the edge portion. Further, it may be formed so as to become wider toward the edge portion, or the groove 33 having such a shape may be included in a part of the plurality of grooves 33. In these cases, the grooves 33 may not be arranged in parallel. In any case, the formation of the concave groove 33 prevents cracks and the like from being generated around the through-hole 32, and the joint member 1 can be stably fixed with good workability.

As described above, the joint member 1 according to the present invention can be lightweight and excellent in dimensional accuracy, and the fastening member 4 can be screwed even in the mounting seat 3 made of a synthetic resin molded product. It is possible to prevent damage around the through-hole 32 due to. Therefore, the piping work using the joint member 1 can be performed efficiently and in a short time, and can be used in a good condition in the long term. Moreover, since the concave groove 33 provided adjacent to the through hole 32 and the peripheral inclined edge 34 are provided, demolding is facilitated, and the productivity of the mounting seat 3 by the synthetic resin molded product is enhanced.
