Description
The present invention relates to a soldering iron tip cleaning device.
The soldering iron tip cleaning device is a device that removes deposits such as oxides of solder and flux on the soldering iron tip that is manually operated. . A typical tip cleaning device is a metal web that wipes off the tip of a soldering iron and is placed on a receiving tray. The user rubs the tip of the web to remove the deposits.
By the way, since a web is metal, the apparatus comprised so that a soldering iron and a web might be electrically connected and a predetermined test | inspection might be performed is proposed. For example, the apparatus described in Patent Document 1 is configured to detect a leak current from a tip when the leak inspection machine is electrically connected to the web and the tip and the web are connected. Yes.
On the other hand, a rotating brush or cleaner driven by a motor is used instead of the web placed on the tray, and the motor is automatically driven by detecting that the soldering iron is mounted at a predetermined position. A proposed device has also been proposed. For example,
In the configuration of Patent Document 1, only detection of leakage current is performed, and the brush cannot be driven.
On the other hand, in the configuration of
Moreover, in the structure of patent document 3, in order to drive a limit switch, it is necessary to open a shutter with the tip of a soldering iron. For this reason, there is a concern that the adhering matter also adheres to the shutter and the operability of the shutter is deteriorated. Further, since the tip needs to be pressed against the shutter, the tip may be easily damaged.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and has a high versatility in a configuration in which a rotating brush is employed and a motor for driving the rotating brush can be automatically driven when cleaning a soldering iron. It is an object of the present invention to provide a soldering iron tip cleaning device capable of automatically driving a motor without applying a load to the tip.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a soldering iron tip cleaning device having a tip, wherein the casing and the casing are electrically insulated from each other, and the casing is electrically insulated. A conductive rotary brush that is rotatably held, a motor that drives the rotary brush, a power supply circuit that supplies power to the motor, and a voltage that is applied to the rotary brush by being electrically connected to the rotary brush, A detection line that is insulated on the ground side and connected to the feeder circuit, and the detection line is connected to the ground side of the tip by contacting the tip of the soldering iron with the rotating brush. A soldering iron tip cleaning device comprising switch means for closing the power feeding circuit of the motor when energized. In this aspect, the detection line is connected to the rotating brush. An inspection voltage is applied to the detection line. However, the detection line is insulated from the ground side, and the rotating brush is also supported in an electrically insulated state. Therefore, in a state where the rotating brush is not in contact with the tip and the insulating property of the rotating brush is maintained, the detection line is not energized even if a voltage is applied to the detection line. On the other hand, when the tip contacts the rotating brush, the grounding side of the tip and the detection line are conducted through the rotating brush. Therefore, an applied current flows through the detection line. Based on this applied current, the switch means closes the power feeding circuit. As described above, in this embodiment, the tip of the soldering iron is grounded, and when the tip contacts the rotating brush, the detection line is energized, and the switch means sets the power feeding circuit. close up. As a result, the soldering iron can be detected regardless of the length of the soldering iron, and the versatility of the tip cleaning device can be improved. Further, as in the past, the feeding circuit can be closed simply by bringing the tip into contact with the rotating brush. Therefore, the motor can be driven without applying a large load to the tip.
In a preferred embodiment of the tip cleaning device, a detection circuit connected to the detection line for detecting the resistance value of the tip, and connected to the detection circuit, the detection result of the resistance value of the tip is notified. And a notification means for performing the operation. In this aspect, since the resistance value of the tip can be detected at the same time when the tip is cleaned and the result can be notified, the user can determine whether or not the tip needs to be replaced. .
In a preferred embodiment of the tip cleaning device, the rotating brushes are arranged in pairs and include a connecting member that electrically connects the detection line to each rotating brush. In this aspect, cleaning can be performed more reliably by arranging two sets of rotating brushes in parallel. In addition, since each of the two pairs of rotating brushes is connected to the detection line by the connecting member, the reliability of the connection structure connecting the detection circuit and the rotating brush is increased.
In a preferred embodiment of the tip cleaning device, each of the pair of rotating brushes further includes a pair of gears that mesh with each other, and the connecting member is a brake that moves the pair of gears in a direction of meshing with each other. It is a wire. In this aspect, since each rotating shaft is moved in the radial direction by the connecting member functioning as a brake wire, rattling due to backlash or dimensional tolerance of a pair of gears is absorbed during rotation, and each rotating shaft is Rotates smoothly. Therefore, noise and vibration during driving can be reduced. Moreover, since the above-mentioned shakiness can be absorbed, the dimensional tolerance of each part can be set relatively large. This eliminates the need for strict dimensional accuracy and facilitates manufacturing and assembly.
In a preferred embodiment of the tip cleaning device, a mouth portion that forms an opening in the casing for allowing the rotating brush to face the soldering iron, and provided in the mouth portion along an outline of the mouth portion, And an insulating guide for guiding the tip to the rotating brush. In this aspect, the insulating guide can easily guide the tip to the rotating brush in a state in which the insulation between the soldering iron and the casing is ensured, and the operability is improved.
In a preferred embodiment of the tip cleaning device, the switch is provided with an operation line that outputs an operation signal when the detection line and the ground side of the soldering iron are connected, and the operation signal A photocoupler having a light emitting element that emits light and a light receiving element that receives light from the light emitting element and outputs a signal; and the switch means is based on a signal output by the light receiving element of the photocoupler. The power feeding circuit is configured to be closed. In this aspect, since the detection circuit and the switch means can be configured based on a simple semiconductor element, the reliability of the apparatus can be increased at a relatively low cost.
As described above, according to the present invention, the physical displacement of the switch means can be achieved by energizing the grounding side of the tip by utilizing that the tip of a general soldering iron is grounded. It is possible to detect the soldering iron without closing and close the power supply circuit, so that versatility can be improved and high reliability can be demonstrated without applying a load to the tip. Has a remarkable effect.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIGS. 3 to 5, the

A

Each of the spur gears 122 and 123 has a metal
A
A
The connecting

Each
Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6,

The
The
Referring to FIGS. 5, 6, and 7, the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The main body device 3 includes a
Next, the circuit configuration of the tip cleaning device 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9. Here, as shown in FIG. 8, the power supply of this embodiment is a single-phase three-wire wiring, and in the figure, the central wiring is a ground line among a set of three wirings.
The
The
On the other hand, the secondary side of the
The
Next, details of the
First, a detection line 172 is connected to the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 9, the
The
In the illustrated example, the
In the configuration as described above, the tip cleaning device 1 and the main body device 3 of the
The main body device 3 heats the
By repeating the soldering operation, surplus solder, flux or the like adheres to the
Prior to this cleaning operation, the user can switch the operation mode of the tip cleaning device 1 between the automatic operation mode and the manual operation mode by operating the
When the user switches the
On the other hand, when the
In the automatic operation mode, when the
In parallel with the output to the
While the
When the
The adhering matter collected on the
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the detection line 172 to which an inspection voltage (for example, 25 mV) is applied is provided, and the detection line 172 is connected to the
Further, in the present embodiment, a
In the present embodiment, the rotating
In the present embodiment, each of the two pairs of
Further, in the present embodiment, a
In the present embodiment, when the detection line 172 and the ground side of the
