Claims (3)
- 地域の遺伝的固有性を承継して緑化工事を行うための植栽方法であって、
緑化対象地の過去の植生を調査し、調査結果に基づいて緑化対象地に植栽する植物を選定する対象植物選定工程と、
前記対象植物選定工程で選定した植物が存在する地域を特定する対象植物存在地域特定工程と、
前記対象植物選定工程で選定した植物と同一種の植物であり、前記対象植物存在地域特定工程で特定した特定地域で出生した植物あるいは前記特定地域で出生した植物由来の植物に対して遺伝子検査を行い、該植物の遺伝的固有性の評価を行うとともに該植物の情報を記録して情報化する遺伝的固有性の評価・情報化工程とを備えていることを特徴とする植栽方法。 - 請求項1記載の植栽方法において、
前記対象植物選定工程は、資料調査によって、緑化対象地の地域固有の植物が生育していた年代を調査し、年代を設定する年代設定工程と、
前記年代設定工程で設定した設定年代の地層を含むように緑化対象地の地層のボーリングサンプルを採取し、該ボーリングサンプルに含まれた植物の情報源から前記設定年代の植物を推定するとともに、前記植物の情報源の遺伝子検査を行って遺伝子情報を取得する植物解明工程と、
前記植物解明工程で遺伝子情報を取得して特定した複数の植物から緑化対象地に植栽する植物を選定する選定工程とを備えていることを特徴とする植栽方法。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の植栽方法において、
前記対象植物存在地域特定工程では、任意に設定した設定地域内に存在し、且つ前記対象植物選定工程で選定した植物と同一種の植物に対して遺伝子検査を行い、遺伝的に分化した植物集団の分布を示す遺伝的分化型の分布地図を作成して、前記対象植物選定工程で選定した植物が存在する地域を特定するようにしたことを特徴とする植栽方法。
