Claims (7)
- アクティブマトリックス基板を有する表示装置のタッチ検出方法であって、前記アクティブマトリックス基板は複数の列電極と複数の行電極を有し、前記複数の列電極と前記複数の行電極は交差して設置され、前記複数の行電極はそれぞれ駆動モジュール、または検出モジュールに電気的に接続され、前記複数の列電極はスキャン駆動モジュールのみに電気的に接続されており、
前記タッチ検出方法は、
少なくとも一つの列電極を介してスキャン駆動信号を伝送するステップと、
前記駆動モジュールに電気的に接続された前記行電極を介してタッチ駆動信号を伝送するステップと、
前記タッチ駆動信号は、少なくとも一つの外部物体を介してコンデンサカップリングし、前記検出モジュールに電気的に接続された前記行電極よりカップリング信号を受信するステップと、
前記カップリング信号に基づいて、前記外部物体の位置を判断するステップとを備えると共に、前記アクティブマトリックス基板は複数のスイッチと複数のピクセル電極を更に備え、前記複数のスイッチはそれぞれ前記複数の列電極、前記複数の行電極、及び前記複数のピクセル電極に電気的に接続され、前記列電極が前記スキャン駆動信号を伝送する時、前記列電極に対応する前記複数のスイッチは導通され、前記行電極の前記タッチ駆動信号はその対応する前記複数のピクセル電極に伝送されることを特徴とするタッチ検出方法。 - 前記複数の列電極は順に前記スキャン駆動信号を伝送するか、または、前記複数の列電極の少なくとも一部は前記スキャン駆動信号を同時に伝送することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチ検出方法。
- 前記駆動モジュールに電気的に接続された行電極において伝送される前記タッチ駆動信号は当該駆動モジュールに電気的に接続された行電極の位置のエンコーダ情報を備え、
前記複数の行電極は複数のデータ表示信号をさらに伝送することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチ検出方法。 - 前記複数の行電極のうちの少なくとも一つを、前記駆動モジュール、または前記検出モジュールに電気的に接続されるように切り替えることで、駆動行電極、または検出行電極とするステップを更に備え、
前記少なくとも一つの行電極は、第一の時間において、前記駆動行電極となり、第二の時間において、検出行電極となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチ検出方法。 - 前記複数の行電極を介して複数のデータ表示信号を伝送するステップを更に備え、
前記複数のタッチ駆動信号は、前記複数のデータ表示信号と混ぜ合わせて伝送されるか、前記複数のデータ表示信号の帰線期間において伝送されるか、または、前記複数のデータ表示信号に付加されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチ検出方法。 - タッチ検出機能を有する表示装置であって、
複数の列電極と複数の行電極を有するアクティブマトリックス基板を備え、
前記複数の列電極と前記複数の行電極は交差して設置され、前記複数の列電極はスキャン駆動モジュールのみに電気的に接続されており、タッチ検出時において、前記複数の行電極は、それぞれ駆動モジュールまたは検出モジュールに電気的に接続されて、駆動行電極または検出行電極として使用され、
前記複数の行電極のうちの少なくとも一つは、第一の時間において、前記駆動行電極となり、第二の時間において、前記検出行電極となることを特徴とするタッチ検出機能を有すると共に、前記アクティブマトリックス基板は複数のスイッチと複数のピクセル電極を更に備え、前記複数のスイッチはそれぞれ前記複数の列電極、前記複数の行電極、及び前記複数のピクセル電極に電気的に接続され、もって前記列電極がスキャン駆動信号を伝送する時、前記列電極に対応する前記複数のスイッチは導通され、前記行電極のタッチ駆動信号はその対応する前記複数のピクセル電極に伝送されるように成したことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記アクティブマトリックス基板は基板とマトリックスを有し、前記マトリックスは前記基板の一側に設置され、前記表示装置の表示面は前記基板の他側に設置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の表示装置。
