Description
The present invention relates to a refrigeration apparatus that reduces supercharging of a compressor.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a technology that includes means for preventing deterioration in compressor quality due to supercharging in a refrigeration apparatus used in a supermarket, a convenience store, or a refrigerated warehouse. As such, it has a structure in which lubricating oil cooled through an oil cooler is injected into the working chamber, and has an oil amount adjusting means in at least one place of the lubricating oil flow path, and the rotational speed of the compressor An oil-cooled compressor having a control mechanism that increases or decreases the amount of lubricating oil injected into the working chamber in response to the above has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In addition, a rotating shaft that drives a compression mechanism for compressing the working gas, an electric motor that can drive the rotating shaft, and oil stored in the bottom of the sealed container are placed inside the sealed container. A hermetic electric compressor including an inner rotor and an outer rotor each having a trochoidal tooth and a variable displacement volume is proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 2). ).
A conventional refrigeration apparatus provided with a compressor as described in
Moreover, since the structure of the compressor as described in
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and avoids diversification of the compressor and suppresses deterioration in quality due to supercharging of the compressor without adding components of the refrigerant circuit. To obtain a refrigeration apparatus capable of performing
The refrigeration apparatus according to the present invention is a refrigeration system in which a plurality of outdoor units including at least an inverter compressor, a condenser, and an accumulator are connected to an indoor unit including at least a decompression unit and an evaporator to form a refrigeration cycle. Control that implements all-unit simultaneous start control for starting all the inverter compressors simultaneously and arrival time delay control for delaying the arrival time until the operating frequency of the inverter compressor becomes maximum Provided with a device, and the control device performs the simultaneous start-up control of all the units and the arrival time delay control at the same time .
Since the refrigeration apparatus according to the present invention includes a control apparatus that performs simultaneous start control and arrival time delay control for all the units, the refrigerating machine oil and the liquid refrigerant that are retained in the outdoor unit and the indoor unit by a plurality of accumulators. Can be distributed and managed. Therefore, the amount of refrigerating machine oil that moves to the compressor can be reduced as compared with that that is sequentially activated. Therefore, according to the refrigeration apparatus according to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the supercharging of the compressor, so that the diversification of the compressor can be avoided and the motor temperature excessive can be avoided without adding the components of the refrigerant circuit. It is possible to greatly suppress the deterioration of the compressor quality such as the rise and the deterioration of the compressor internal parts.

As shown in FIG. 1, the
The outdoor units 1a and 1b include compressors 2a and 2b, oil separators 3a and 3b, condensers 4a and 4b, accumulators 5a and 5b, and oil regulators 6a and 6b, respectively. In the
The compressors 2a and 2b compress the refrigerant into a high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant. The oil separators 3a and 3b are provided on the discharge side of the compressors 2a and 2b, and separate the refrigerating machine oil discharged together with the refrigerant from the compressors 2a and 2b from the refrigerant. The condensers 4a and 4b perform heat exchange between the refrigerant discharged from the compressors 2a and 2b and air supplied from a blower (not shown), for example. The accumulators 5a and 5b are installed on the suction side of the compressors 2a and 2b, and are for storing surplus refrigerant among the refrigerant circulating in the refrigeration cycle. The oil regulators 6a and 6b are for controlling the amount of liquid returned to the compressors 2a and 2b and maintaining the amount of refrigeration oil in the compressors 2a and 2b at a specified amount.
The expansion valve 21 decompresses and expands the refrigerant circulating in the refrigeration cycle, and may be configured with a valve whose opening degree can be variably controlled, such as an electronic expansion valve. The

The accumulators 5a and 5b are connected to each other by an
Gas refrigerant (including refrigerating machine oil that cannot be separated) in the accumulators 5a and 5b is sucked into the compressors 2a and 2b through the gas suction pipes 7a and 7b. The gas suction pipes 7a and 7b are U-shaped at one end inserted into the accumulators 5a and 5b, and have oil return holes 8a and 8b in the U-shaped pipe portions, respectively. However, the U-shaped tube portion inserted into the accumulators 5a and 5b may be a straight tube, and the straight tube portion may not include the oil return holes 8a and 8b. Furthermore, oil return pipes 13a and 13b for returning the oil stored in the accumulators 5a and 5b to the compressors 2a and 2b are connected to the bottoms of the accumulators 5a and 5b at one end, and the other end is an oil regulator. 6a and 6b.
The oil regulators 6a and 6b and the compressors 2a and 2b are connected by suction pipes 14a and 14b and pressure equalizing pipes 15a and 15b. Inside the oil regulators 6a and 6b, there are provided float valves (not shown) that interlock with the float. When the oil level is below the specified height, the float valve is opened and oil is supplied to the compressors 2a and 2b. When the oil level reaches the specified height, the float valve is shut off, and the supply of oil to the compressors 2a and 2b is stopped. The oil separated and stored in the oil separators 3a and 3b is supplied to the compressors 2a and 2b via the gas suction pipes 7a and 7b via a capillary tube (not shown) or directly without the capillary tube. It is supposed to be refueled. A
The compressors 2a and 2b are low-pressure shell type inverter compressors in which the inside of a shell such as a scroll has a low pressure, and has a structure in which refrigeration oil is held in the compressor shell. In this
Next, the flow of the refrigerant in the
The high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant discharged from the compressors 2a and 2b is condensed and liquefied by the condensers 4a and 4b via the oil separators 3a and 3b. Thereafter, the liquefied refrigerant is reduced in pressure by the expansion valve 21 of the
Next, the flow of refrigeration oil in the
About 90% of the refrigerating machine oil discharged together with the gas refrigerant from the compressors 2a and 2b is separated by the oil separators 3a and 3b. The separated refrigerating machine oil enters the gas suction pipes 7a and 7b through a capillary tube (not shown) and is returned to the compressors 2a and 2b. The oil that has not been separated by the oil separators 3a and 3b passes through the condensers 4a and 4b, the
In the accumulators 5a and 5b, the refrigerating machine oil and the gas refrigerant are separated, and the separated oil stays at the bottom of the accumulators 5a and 5b. The refrigerating machine oil staying in the accumulators 5a and 5b is supplied from the oil return pipes 13a and 13b to the compressors 2a and 2b via the oil regulators 6a and 6b. In order to make the oil level heights of the oil regulators 6a, 6b and the compressors 2a, 2b equal, pressure equalizing pipes 15a, 15b through which gas flows are connected. Excess oil in the refrigeration apparatus is stored in the accumulators 5a and 5b in the low pressure section.
In the refrigerant flow from the accumulators 5a and 5b to the compressors 2a and 2b, pressure loss due to friction loss in the piping occurs. The differential pressure corresponding to the pressure loss becomes a driving force for the oil to flow from the accumulators 5a and 5b to the compressors 2a and 2b. Further, the oil level head difference caused by the difference in level between the oil level in the accumulators 5a and 5b and the oil level in the compressors 2a and 2b also affects the oil flow. If the accumulators 5a and 5b have an oil level above the compressors 2a and 2b, the oil supply is promoted, and if the accumulators 5a and 5b are at the lower part, the oil supply is inhibited.
The oil that has not been separated by the oil separators 3a and 3b travels around the refrigerant circuit and flows into the outdoor units 1a and 1b again.
FIG. 2 is a refrigerant circuit diagram when three outdoor units 1a, 1b, and 1c are connected in parallel in the
In actual operation, the oil distribution is not uniform due to variations in the amount of oil contained in the high-pressure gas refrigerant discharged from the
Therefore, when used in a low temperature region, a defrosting operation is performed in which the frost of the
Since the inside of the
However, while the fan of the
Conventionally, since each inverter compressor is started sequentially, the refrigerating machine oil and liquid refrigerant discharged from all the compressors return to the outdoor unit of the compressor that was started first at a time. Therefore, the refrigerating machine oil returned to the accumulator of the outdoor unit of the compressor that is started first is the amount of refrigerating machine oil discharged from all the compressors and increases. The accumulator has a large amount of refrigerating machine oil and the liquid back operation leads to an early overflow time, and the refrigerating machine oil entering the compressor is also supercharged.
FIG. 3 is a graph showing the relationship between the amount of refrigerating machine oil discharged from the compressor (the amount of oil circulation) and the amount of refrigerating machine oil inside the compressor assuming a supercharged compressor. In FIG. 3, the horizontal axis represents the amount of refrigeration oil (L) inside the compressor, and the vertical axis represents the amount of refrigeration oil discharged from the compressor (oil circulation rate%).
As shown in FIG. 3, the amount of refrigerating machine oil discharged from the compressor increases as the supercharging becomes, that is, the amount of refrigerating machine oil inside the compressor increases. In addition, as the operating frequency of the inverter compressor becomes higher, the amount of refrigerating machine oil discharged increases as the refrigerant circulation rate increases.
The discharged refrigerating machine oil is mixed with the high-temperature refrigerant gas, separated by the
Therefore, in the
By doing so, the refrigerating machine oil and the liquid refrigerant staying in the
Furthermore, the arrival time to the full speed of the operating frequency of the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
The effect of the reduction in supercharging of the
The change of the control for starting the
Therefore, when communication is established between the
That is, since the load on the
As described above, the
