Claims (15)
- 層ごとに3次元対象物を生成する方法であって、前記方法は、
印刷される3次元対象物および支持構造物の断面層を含む画像データを生成する工程と、
異なるインクジェット印刷ヘッドから、前記画像データに従って、一つ以上のモデリング材料、支持材料および前記インクジェット印刷ヘッドの少なくとも2つから以前に排出された再利用可能な廃棄材料を層ごとに選択的に分配する工程であって、前記材料のそれぞれは前記インクジェット印刷ヘッドの異なる一つから分配され、前記再利用可能な廃棄材料は、前記3次元対象物を生成する間に再利用される、前記インクジェット印刷ヘッドから分配された後に回収された支持材料とモデリング材料の混合材料を含む、工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 印刷プラットフォームに堆積された層を少なくとも部分的に凝固するために放射線を適用する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記再利用可能な廃棄材料が、以前に堆積された層から除去される余剰材料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記再利用可能な廃棄材料が、パージ操作の間に回収された材料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 濾過された材料を再利用可能な廃棄材料容器に送達させる前に前記再利用可能な廃棄材料から固体粒子を濾過し、除去する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 層ごとに分配する工程が、3次元の層を形成するのと同時に、前記3次元対象物に隣接する別個の廃棄ブロックを形成するように前記再利用可能な廃棄材料を分配する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記再利用可能な廃棄材料が前記3次元対象物の一部を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記再利用可能な廃棄材料が前記支持構造物の一部を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- メンテナンス操作の間に使用される材料を回収する工程と、3次元印刷プロセスにおいて再利用するために前記材料を運搬する工程とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記モデリング材料および再利用可能な廃棄材料が、室温で液体形態の光硬化性材料である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記一つ以上のモデリング材料および再利用可能な廃棄材料が、室温で固体または半固体形態である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 層ごとに3次元対象物を生成するための印刷システムであって、前記印刷システムは、
少なくとも3つのインクジェット印刷ヘッドであって、モデリング材料を堆積させるための印刷ヘッド、支持材料を堆積させるための印刷ヘッドおよび該インクジェット印刷ヘッドの少なくとも2つから以前に排出された再利用可能な廃棄材料を堆積させるための印刷ヘッド、を含む少なくとも3つのインクジェット印刷ヘッドと、
前記モデリング材料および支持材料を保持する2つ以上の容器と、
前記再利用可能な廃棄材料を保持する再利用可能な廃棄材料容器と、
堆積された層から余剰材料を除去するレベリング装置と、
を含み、
前記再利用可能な廃棄材料は、前記3次元対象物を生成する間に再利用される、前記インクジェット印刷ヘッドから分配された後に回収された支持材料とモデリング材料の混合材料を含む、印刷システム。 - 硬化ユニットをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の印刷システム。
- 前記3次元対象物の生成を制御するための制御装置をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の印刷システム。
- 目詰まりした印刷ヘッドをパージするためのパージユニットをさらに含み、前記再利用可能な廃棄材料は、前記3次元対象物を生成する間に再利用される、前記パージユニットから回収された材料を含む、請求項12に記載の印刷システム。
