Description
Claims (13)
- 複数個のセンサパッド及び前記複数個のセンサパッド各々に連結された信号配線を含むタッチパネルのタッチ検出装置であって,
前記複数個のセンサパッドの中でタッチ発生有無の検出対象になる特定センサパッドと隣接した他のセンサパッドの間で発生する寄生静電容量を制御するための寄生静電容量制御部を含み,
前記寄生静電容量制御部は,前記特定センサパッドの出力端電圧が前記特定センサパッドの信号配線に隣接した信号配線と連結された他のセンサパッドに印加されるようにし,かつ,
第1フレーム及び第2フレームで検出された前記特定センサパッドの出力端電圧の中で一つが前記第2フレームで前記他のセンサパッドに選択的に印加されることを特徴とするタッチ検出装置。 - 前記寄生静電容量制御部は,前記特定センサパッドの出力端電圧が前記特定センサパッドの検出時期に前記他のセンサパッドに印加されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタッチ検出装置。
- 前記寄生静電容量制御部は,バッファーを含み,
前記バッファーの入力端は,前記特定センサパッドの出力端と連結され,
前記バッファーの出力端は,前記他のセンサパッドに各々連結されることを特徴とする請求項2記載のタッチ検出装置。 - 前記寄生静電容量制御部は,バッファー及びマルチフレクサを含み,
前記バッファーの入力端は,前記特定センサパッドの出力端と連結され,
前記バッファーの出力端は,前記マルチフレクサの入力端に連結され,
前記マルチフレクサの出力端は,前記他のセンサパッドに各々連結されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタッチ検出装置。 - 前記寄生静電容量制御部は,前記第1フレーム及び前記第2フレームで検出された前記特定センサパッドの出力端電圧の中で一つを選択し,前記他のセンサパッドに各々印加されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタッチ検出装置。
- 前記寄生静電容量制御部は,前記第1フレームが最初フレームである場合,前記第1フレームで前記特定センサパッドの出力端電圧が前記他のセンサパッドに印加されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタッチ検出装置。
- 前記寄生静電容量制御部は,前記第2フレームで検出された前記特定センサパッドの出力端電圧がタッチ検出のための基準値より高い場合,前記第2フレームで前記特定センサパッドの出力端電圧が前記他のセンサパッドに印加されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタッチ検出装置。
- 前記複数個のセンサパッドは,行及び列方向に配置され,前記列と列との間には,列方向に配置されて隣接した列に属するセンサパッド間の関係による寄生静電容量発生を抑制するダミーラインが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタッチ検出装置。
- 前記複数個のセンサパッドは,前記センサパッドを駆動する駆動装置から遠く離れるほど大きい面積を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のタッチ検出装置。
- 複数個のセンサパッド及び前記複数個のセンサパッド各々に連結された信号配線を含むタッチパネルのタッチ検出方法であって,
前記複数個のセンサパッドのうちタッチ発生有無の検出対象になる特定センサパッドの出力端電圧が前記特定センサパッドの信号配線に隣接した信号配線と連結された他のセンサパッドに印加されるようにして寄生静電容量を制御する段階と,
前記特定センサパッドの出力端電圧変化の差に基礎してタッチ発生有無を検出する段階と,を含み,
前記寄生静電容量制御段階は,前記特定センサパッドの検出時期に前記特定センサパッドの出力端電圧が前記特定センサパッドの信号配線と隣接した信号配線を有した他のセンサパッドに印加されるようにされ,
第1フレーム及び第2フレームで検出された前記特定センサパッドの出力端電圧の中で一つが前記第2フレームで前記他のセンサパッドに選択的に印加されるようにする段階を含むことを特徴とするタッチ検出方法。 - 前記寄生静電容量制御段階は,前記特定センサパッドの出力端電圧が前記特定センサパッドの検出時期に前記他のセンサパッドに印加されるようにする段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載のタッチ検出方法。
- 前記寄生静電容量制御段階は,前記第1フレームが最初フレームである場合,前記第1フレームで前記特定センサパッドの出力端電圧が前記他のセンサパッドに印加されるようにする段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載のタッチ検出方法。
- 前記寄生静電容量制御段階は,前記第2フレームで検出された前記特定センサパッドの出力端電圧がタッチ検出のための基準値より高い場合,前記第2フレームで前記特定センサパッドの出力端電圧が前記他のセンサパッドに印加されるようにする段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載のタッチ検出方法。
