Description

The present invention is a detergent composition used in the form of an aerosol for cleaning screen doors, air conditioner filters, etc., after the sprayed foam adheres to the spray object and exhibits an excellent cleaning effect The present invention relates to a foaming detergent composition in which the foaming body is defoamed to improve the cleaning efficiency of the sprayed object.

Conventionally, screen doors have been washed by a method such as rubbing with a sponge or scrubbing brush, or a method using a commercially available cleaning agent. However, the method of scrubbing with a scrubber or the like may damage the mesh surface or cause sagging. Therefore, as a screen cleaner, it is necessary to use a cleaning agent that has a high cleaning power that removes dirt without rubbing. In particular, foamability is important so as not to pass. In addition, it is known that the foam is more advantageous than the liquid in the cleaning effect of the sprayed object. For example, in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-265800), the foam adhesion rate is improved. A cleaning composition for screen doors for the purpose is disclosed. Furthermore, in Patent Document 2 and Patent Document 3 (Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-72239 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-30360), the attached foam is further defoamed to further increase the cleaning power. It is also known. Furthermore, in the cleaning of screen doors and filters, considering that the wiping property affects the cleaning power and workability, it can be said that rapid defoaming further enhances the cleaning effect.

By the way, as a proposal which mix | blends an antifoamer in the cleaning composition for screen doors, there exists patent document 4 (Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2009-13321) using the silicone type antifoamer, for example. This document is effective in suppressing after-drawing in which bubbles are accumulated in the vicinity of the nozzle hole of the button after spraying, but it cannot be said that the defoaming property of the spray object is necessarily high. Patent Document 5 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2008-31098) discloses an aerosol composition containing an oil component, an emulsifier, an antifoaming agent, a water component, and dimethyl ether, and oxyethylene as an antifoaming agent. There are block copolymers containing units and oxypropylene units. However, this aerosol composition is intended for a cream formulation that gives a feeling of popping when the exhaled material is spread on the skin, and it is difficult to serve as a reference for the present invention relating to cleaning of screen doors. Patent Document 6 (Japanese Patent No. 3558393) discloses a stock solution containing a lower alcohol, water, an oil component, and a specific nonionic surfactant, and an injection of 2-7 kg / cm 2 · G at 25 ° C. Disclosed is a foamable aerosol composition that is foamed when sprayed, and foams itself without being broken, but this composition can be used when sprayed onto a screen such as a screen door. There is a problem that foaming is insufficient, there are many bubbles passing through the mesh surface, and sufficient detergency cannot be obtained. Patent Document 7 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2012-46725) discloses a foamable aerosol product containing an aerosol composition comprising an aqueous stock solution containing a foaming agent, a water-soluble solvent, water, and an oil, and a liquefied gas. A foamable aerosol product is disclosed that forms a foam that bursts so that it bounces after foaming or adhering to a foam on an object. However, the invention of Patent Document 7 is intended mainly for glass plates, tiles, various metal surfaces, etc. as objects, and of course, the degree of penetration when used for screen doors and filters, No investigation has been made on the bubble breaking speed of the foam, and it does not serve as a reference for the present invention for the purpose of cleaning a screen door or an air conditioner filter.

The propellant (E) used in the present invention is preferably mainly composed of LPG having a pressure of 0.23 to 0.50 MPa at 20 ° C. Of course, dimethyl ether (DME) or compressed gas (nitrogen, carbon dioxide gas) Etc.) may be added as necessary.
In addition, 50-85 volume% / 15-50 volume% is suitable as a compounding ratio of the washing | cleaning liquid and (E) propellant in a foaming detergent composition.

In the cleaning liquid of the foamable detergent composition of the present invention, a nonionic surfactant having an HLB as a component (A-2) foam control agent of less than 7.0 is further blended. Conventionally, many preparations containing an oil agent as an antifoaming agent have been reported. However, simply adding an oil agent is too good to blow out, making it difficult to spread on screen doors and filters, resulting in many penetrations. To do. Therefore, as a result of intensive research, the present inventors have fully developed a screen door and a filter by adding a nonionic surfactant having a component (A-2) HLB of less than 7.0 as a foam regulator. After wearing and adhering, it becomes possible to quickly defoam the foam, and in particular on the vertical surface, the foaming agent disappears before the foam falls, so that the cleaning agent acts efficiently on the object. Thus, it has been found that not only the cleaning power is increased, but also the foaming body is rapidly defoamed so that the cleaning work efficiency can be greatly enhanced.

Although it does not specifically limit as a nonionic surfactant whose component (A-2) HLB is less than 7.0, A polyoxyalkylene alkylamine is used suitably and 0.1-5. It is preferable to add 0% by mass. If the amount is less than 0.1% by mass, a problem may occur in the defoaming property, whereas if it exceeds 5.0% by mass, the initial foaming may be affected. It should be noted that other types of antifoaming agents such as fatty acid ester antifoaming agents, higher alcohol antifoaming agents, and polyether antifoaming agents may be added as long as the effects of the present invention are not hindered. .

The injection button used in the present invention may be any button that forms bubbles, but preferably has a mechanical breakup mechanism.

Next, based on a specific Example, the foaming detergent composition of this invention is demonstrated in detail.

70 vol% of the cleaning liquid was put in an aerosol container, and (E) LPG as a propellant was pressure-filled with 30 vol% to obtain a foamable detergent composition of the present invention.
The pressure of LPG at this time was 0.29 MPa (20 ° C.), and the injection button used was Cosmos SPC Aqua hole diameter 0.64 mm manufactured by Precision Valve Co., Ltd.

When 30 mL of the foamable detergent composition of the present invention was treated on a metal screen having an area of 2 m 2 , the sprayed foam adhered to the screen and exhibited an excellent cleaning effect. The foams disappeared in order within 20 seconds and became liquid without dripping down as foams. The screen door could be cleaned simply by lightly wiping with a cloth. The screen door cleaning operation is efficient and extremely practical.

According to Example 1, a foaming detergent composition having the composition shown in Table 1 (with the balance being water) was prepared, and the following detergency test and foam performance test were conducted. The results are shown in Table 2.
(1) Detergency test Various foaming detergent compositions are sprayed on the screen surface of a screen door that has been left outdoors for a long period of time, then left for 5 minutes, washed with water, the state of cleaning of the screen surface is observed, and evaluated according to the following criteria did.
○: Dirt was completely removed Δ; Dirt partially remained x: Dirt was hardly removed (2) Foam performance Foamability when various foaming detergent compositions were sprayed on the screen surface of the screen door, Foam adhesion, foam scattering, and defoaming on screen doors were observed and evaluated according to the following criteria.
<Foaming properties>
○: Good foaming Δ; Foaming is not enough ×: Almost no foaming <Foam adhesion>
○: Adhesion rate of 90% or more Δ; Adhesion rate of 50 to 90%
X: Adhesion rate of 50% or less <bubble scattering>
○: Almost △; A little ×; Many <Defoaming on screen door>
○: Sharply defoamed within 20 seconds Δ; Defoamed within 30 seconds but not clear x; It took longer than 30 seconds to disappear

As a result of the test, all of the foaming detergent compositions (Examples 2 to 8) of this example had good foaming properties when cleaning screen doors, removed dirt without rubbing, and were sharper and excellent antifoaming properties. It was confirmed to have. In particular, (A-1) a nonionic surfactant that uses an alkylamine oxide as a surfactant as a foaming agent, and (B) a paraffinic hydrocarbon as an oil agent, and (A-2) has an HLB of less than 7.0. In Examples 2 and 3, in which polyoxyethylene laurylamine was used as the sprayed foam adhered to the screen door surface, the foam remained foamy and disappeared within 20 seconds. In addition, cleaning work such as screen doors has become extremely efficient.
On the other hand, when (B) oil agent and (A-2) nonionic surfactant whose HLB is less than 7.0 are not used (Comparative Examples 1, 2, 4, 5, 6), or conventionally, an antifoaming agent In the case of using the oxyethylene / oxypropylene block copolymer used as (Comparative Example 3), the defoaming property was poor and the cleaning workability was poor. Moreover, when (C) ethanol and / or isopropyl alcohol were not mix | blended (comparative example 4), foamability was a little bad and defoaming property was also inferior. Moreover, the comparative example 7 which has not mix | blended (A-1) surfactant as a foaming component was inferior in foamability, adhesiveness, and was inferior in the washability.

The foaming detergent composition of the present invention is used for screen doors and air conditioner filters, and is also used for cleaning window glass, ventilation fans, toilets, bathtubs, automobiles, etc. There is a possibility that it can be used in the field of chemicals and insect repellents.
