Claims (10)
- 航空機用プロペラ組立体(10)であって、
少なくとも1つのレシーバ開口(16)を含むハブ(12)と、
前記レシーバ開口(16)内に配置され、翼開口(22)を画定する第1のカラー(20)を含むレシーバ(18)と、
第2のカラー(24)および突起部(26)を含む翼(14)であって、前記第2のカラー(24)が前記第1のカラー(20)に当接し、前記突起部(26)が前記翼開口(22)内に受けられる翼(14)と、
前記第1のカラー(20)および前記第2のカラー(24)内の位置合わせされた開口(28)と、前記位置合わせされた開口(28)を貫通するボルト(30)とを備える第1の固定具(32)と、
前記突起部(26)および前記レシーバ(18)の一方の中に形成されるキャッチ(44)と、前記突起部(26)および前記レシーバ(18)の他方の中に形成される移動可能なストライク(46)とを含む戻り止め(42)を備える第2の固定具(40)と
を備えるプロペラ組立体(10)において、
前記翼(14)を前記レシーバ(18)に組み立てるために、前記第2のカラー(24)が前記第1のカラー(20)に当接するまで、前記突起部(26)が前記翼開口(22)の中に挿入され、前記ボルト(30)が前記位置合わせされた開口(28)を貫通し、前記ストライク(46)が前記キャッチ(44)の中に移動する、プロペラ組立体(10)。 - 前記キャッチ(44)が、前記翼(14)の前記突起部(26)内に溝(48)を備える、請求項1に記載のプロペラ組立体(10)。
- 前記移動可能なストライク(46)が、作動中に前記溝(48)内に固定される選択的に引っ込み可能なボール(50)を備える、請求項2に記載のプロペラ組立体(10)。
- 前記第2の固定具(40)が、係止される位置と係止されない位置との間に移動可能なピストン(52)を更に備える、請求項3に記載のプロペラ組立体(10)。
- 前記ピストン(52)が係止されない位置にある場合、前記ボール(50)が前記ピストン(52)内のアンダーカット(54)内に受け取られて、前記ボール(50)が前記溝(48)内に保持されず、前記翼(14)が前記第2の固定具(40)によって固定されないようになる、請求項4に記載のプロペラ組立体(10)。
- 前記第2の固定具(40)が、前記翼(14)の作動中に前記係止される位置に前記ピストン(52)を保持するための付勢要素(56)を更に備える、請求項4または5に記載のプロペラ組立体(10)。
- 前記ピストン(52)および前記付勢要素(56)が、前記第2の固定具(40)の筐体部分(58)を通って導入される油圧によって係止されない位置に移動可能である、請求項6に記載のプロペラ組立体(10)。
- 前記突起部(26)および前記ストライク(46)が、平衡を欠く状態である間に前記突起部(26)が前記翼開口(22)内で半径方向に移動することができるような寸法に形成されている、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれかに記載のプロペラ組立体(10)。
- 前記ストライク(46)が、係止ボール(50)を備える、請求項1に記載のプロペラ組立体(10)。
- 前記翼(14)が、前記第2の固定具(40)の作動性を妨げずに前記ハブ(12)から分離可能である、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれかに記載のプロペラ組立体(10)。
