Description
The present invention relates to a roll holder, and more particularly, to a roll holder that stores a roll of paper sheet.
In the production of a paper sheet such as a lotion tissue (hereinafter referred to as a lotion tissue) in which a lotion chemical is applied to tissue paper, generally, an original fabric roll on which a long paper sheet is wound is used. The raw roll is normally stored in a storage until it is set in a processing machine such as a folding machine.
FIG. 14 is a view showing the raw fabric roll stored in the storage.
As shown in FIG. 14, the
In particular, when a chemical solution is applied to a paper sheet, the
。 Thus, various techniques for preventing moisture absorption of the raw fabric roll have been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
By the way, in recent years, as the size of the raw roll increases, an apparatus and a method for storing the raw roll are required to be simple. In addition to simplicity, there is also a demand for a technique that can more effectively suppress deformation of the raw roll from the viewpoint of improving the quality of a paper sheet.
In order to meet such a demand, it is effective to develop a technology that can receive and hold the raw roll stably with a simple structure when the raw roll is stored.
In Patent Document 3, when the roll-shaped object is placed on the top wall portion of the receiver body, the top wall portion is bent downward to receive the roll-shaped object, and the side portions of the roll-shaped object at both wall portions. Although the holder of the roll-shaped thing which supports A from the both sides is disclosed, the technique disclosed by this patent document 3 is a technique for improving the assemblability and retention of a receiver, It is not intended to prevent deformation.
In addition to being a larger apparatus than the original fabric, the stock storage for use in
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to hold a sheet roll of a paper sheet stably with a simple structure and to easily and effectively deform the sheet roll. It is to provide a roll holder that can be suppressed.
The present invention is grasped by the following composition.
The roll holder of the present invention is a roll holder on which a paper roll of paper is placed, and the roll of the roll is stored in a posture in which a winding core is oriented in a horizontal direction with respect to an installation surface. The holder is characterized by having a receiving surface that is formed in a curved shape along the outer peripheral surface of the original fabric roll and that receives the lower portion of the original fabric roll.
According to this configuration, the lower part of the original fabric roll, which is most easily deformed by its own weight, can be stably received and held by the curved receiving surface, thereby preventing the lower part of the original fabric roll from being deformed. Thereby, a deformation | transformation of an original fabric roll can be suppressed more effectively.
The roll holder according to the invention includes a support portion provided with the receiving surface on an upper surface, and a leg portion that supports the support portion by floating from the installation surface, and the receiving surface is a smooth curved surface. Features.
According to this structure, the lower part of the original fabric roll can be received by the receiving surface which is a smooth curved surface. On the other hand, it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the receiving surface is positively deformed by providing a bending line on the receiving surface. However, in this case, although the flexibility of the receiving surface can be obtained, the surface of the original fabric roll is recessed due to the bent corners of the receiving surface, and a recessed mark remains on the surface of the original fabric roll. In this regard, according to the present invention, the lower surface of the original fabric roll is received by the receiving surface which is a smooth curved surface, so that the surface of the original fabric roll can be maintained as a smooth surface.
Further, according to the present invention, the support portion is lifted from the installation surface and supported by the leg portion. If there is no leg portion and the support portion is placed directly on the installation surface, the lower part of the original fabric roll receives a large drag from the installation surface. In this case, the lower part of the raw roll is crushed. In this respect, in the present invention, since the support portion is supported by being lifted from the installation surface by the leg portion, there is no fear that the lower portion of the original fabric roll is crushed. Thereby, the deformation | transformation of an original fabric roll can be suppressed more effectively.
In the roll holder according to the invention described above, the support portion is composed of a paper laminated plate in which a core material and a face material for preventing warpage of the core material are laminated, and the receiving surface is formed on the upper surface of the support portion. While the face material is provided, the face material is not provided on the lower surface of the support portion.
According to this configuration, it is possible to reduce the weight of the roll holder and improve the handleability by configuring the support portion with a light paper laminated plate. Moreover, since there is no face material on the lower surface of the support portion that supports the original fabric roll, the support portion is favorably curved when a load is received from the original fabric roll. On the other hand, if there is a face material on the lower surface of the support portion, the rigidity of the lower surface of the support portion increases, so that deformation of the lower surface of the support portion is suppressed. In this respect, in the present invention, the lower surface of the support portion without the face material is favorably curved, so that the original fabric roll can be stored more stably.
In the roll holder according to the invention, the leg portion is composed of a paper laminated plate in which a core material and a face material for preventing warpage of the core material are laminated, and in the laminated plate constituting the leg portion, The face material is provided on both surfaces in the thickness direction.
According to this configuration, by configuring the leg portion with a light paper laminated plate, it is possible to reduce the weight of the roll holder and improve the handleability. In addition, since the leg portion is composed of a highly rigid laminated plate provided with face materials on both sides in the thickness direction of the core material, the compression resistance strength of the leg portion can be increased. Thereby, an original fabric roll can be firmly supported with a roll holder with respect to an installation surface.
The roll holder according to the invention is characterized in that the core material is provided with a large number of holes through the partition in the thickness direction of the core material.
According to this configuration, the strength of the core material can be increased by the large number of holes, and the roll holder can be further reduced in weight and strength.
In the roll holder of the above invention, the hole portion has a planar filling shape.
According to this configuration, it is possible to obtain a structure (for example, a honeycomb structure) in which the holes are efficiently arranged by forming the holes in a plane-filled shape (for example, a triangle or a hexagon). As a result, the strength of the core material can be further increased.
In the roll holder of the above invention, the original rolls are stacked in a stack so that one upper roll is disposed above a valley between two adjacent lower rolls on the lower stage side. The roll holder is a fitting portion that fits from above between the receiving surface that receives the lower part of the upper-side original fabric roll and the upper valleys of the two adjacent original fabric rolls on the lower-stage side. And having a feature.
According to this configuration, using the roll holder having the receiving surface at the upper part and the fitting part at the lower part, the raw rolls can be stably stacked in a plurality of stages. That is, by disposing a roll holder in a substantially triangular gap formed by two lower side rolls and one upper side roll, it is placed on two adjacent rolls. Raw material roll can be loaded. Moreover, since the original fabric roll can be arranged without a gap, the storage efficiency of the original fabric roll can be increased.
In the roll holder according to the invention, the raw roll is a roll of a paper sheet coated with a chemical solution.
According to this structure, when storing the original fabric roll of the paper sheet which apply | coated the chemical | medical solution, a deformation | transformation of an original fabric roll can be suppressed simply and effectively.
According to the roll holder of the present invention, it is possible to stably hold the original roll of the paper sheet with a simple structure, and to easily and effectively suppress the deformation of the original roll.

(Overall configuration of raw roll storage device)
This embodiment is an example in which the roll holder of the present invention is applied to a raw roll storage device. First, the entire configuration of a raw roll storage device (hereinafter referred to as “storage device”) will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, the

Next, the structure of the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
Returning to FIG. As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the
The plurality of
As shown in FIG. 4, the plurality of
As shown in FIG. 5, the
As the laminated plate constituting the
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, the

(Storage method of raw roll)
Subsequently, a method for storing the original fabric roll according to the embodiment (hereinafter referred to as “storage method”) will be described with reference to FIGS.
In this embodiment, the storage method is a method of storing the
As shown in FIG. 8, in the lapping process, roll support means 30 including a pair of
As shown in FIG. 9, in the band tightening step, after the tightening

○ Type of sample wrapping film 15: Stretch film Material of wrapping film 15: Dimension of polyethylene wrapping film 15: thickness 1.4 μm, width 500 mm
Method As shown in FIG. 11, the wrapping
○ Results Table 1 shows the measurement results (N = 5).
As shown in Table 1, the force (tensile strength) required for cutting the wrapping
The operation and effect of the embodiment described above will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 12, since the
Further, by stably receiving the lower part of the
Moreover, in the
Further, in the
Moreover, the weight reduction of the
Further, since the
(Modification of roll holder)
Next, a modification of the roll holder of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown to Fig.13 (a), the
The
In this way, by using the
