Claims (20)
- 患者にエネルギーを送達する装置であって、
1またはそれ以上の腎神経が周囲に位置する患者の腎血管に隣接する対象領域に、超音波エネルギーを送達するように構成されるエネルギー源と、
プロセッサとを含み、前記プロセッサは、
前記腎血管の位置に関連するインプットを受信し、

- 前記エネルギー源は、患者の皮膚を介して前記超音波エネルギーを送達するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記エネルギー源は、前記超音波エネルギーを送達して、前記超音波エネルギーの経路の範囲内にある組織を損傷せずに、前記1またはそれ以上の腎神経のうちの少なくとも一つを調節するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 画像信号を提供するための撮像デバイスをさらに含み、前記プロセッサは前記インプットとして前記画像信号を受信するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記撮像デバイスは、CTデバイス、MRIデバイス、サーモグラフィデバイス、赤外線撮像デバイス、光コヒーレンス・トモグラフィーデバイス、光音響撮像デバイス、PET撮像デバイス、SPECT撮像デバイス、又は超音波デバイスを含む、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記腎血管の位置を特定するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、ドップラー三角測量手法を使用して前記腎血管の位置を特定するように構成される、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記エネルギー源はさらに、前記患者に試験エネルギーを送達するように構成されており、前記試験エネルギーは、当該試験エネルギーによって生じる反応を確認するためのものである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記腎血管の撮像用にBモード超音波を提供するための撮像デバイスをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記腎血管の内側に配置される基準体と、
前記腎血管の内側の前記基準体を検出する検出デバイスとをさらに含み、
前記プロセッサが、検出された前記基準体の三次元座標を決定するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記基準体は血管内カテーテルに接続される、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記基準体は、外部信号に応答するように構成される受動的基準体である、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記基準体は、その位置を前記検出デバイスに伝送する能動的基準体である、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記基準体は、超音波の短パルスを伝送して、患者の内側にあるその位置を信号で伝えるように構成される、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記対象領域における前記超音波エネルギーの範囲は100W/cm2〜2500W/cm2の間である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記対象領域に40度〜60度の間の温度場を創出するための超音波強度を決定するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
